Quiet and private resort. A bit pricey but if you can afford it, a great place to relax and enjoy your day.

Good food, clean, spacious, good customer service, beach front, proximal to cbd in area, and worth the money

All were amazing (except for the food, but some of it was good!) Well worth the relatively high price point! I want to treat my mother to a stay here!

Visited this place last May, 2023. And overall, it's really good experience! A good place to unwind / relieved your stress.

- Rooms are very clean and organized.
- Service was really good.
- The location - I really like it!
- Foods was very delicious!
- If you forgot to pay to the toll of Department of Tourism, they will forward it for you.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Beach front. Rooms are clean. Food was great. Best of all, the staff was very courteous & helpful.

The day tour is 2700 per head. 1000 is consumable for food only - false advertising food and beverage on the website. As for the 1700 entrance fee, in my opinion, it is overpriced - luxury resort but the common area shower does not even have hot water?

The 5 star rating is first and foremost for their personable, service-oriented and diligent staff. Special mention goes to Kier who ably assisted me in locating my missing costly electronic gadget, and to Nixon who showed incessant initiative in ensuring that we have a worry-free and enjoyable time. The high rating is also for the generous breakfast buffet spread which consisted of an assortment of local and international dishes. Our casita with sweeping views of the infinity pool and open sea was fitted with amenities that ensure a comfortable stay.

Its well maintained, facilities are good! A relaxing place to bring the family. A getaway from the busy metropolis. Architecture is great! The whole place is well designed and maintained.

An Exclusive Resort in San Juan Batangas

The resort seemed to be highly in demand especially during the weekend. We booked months ago thru their official website so I am not sure if walk in is acceptable when most of the weekends were easily fully booked.

We managed to reach the resort earlier than check in. The staff were able to assist us for our documents but we still needed to wait until the rooms were vacant. They gave us a tour around the area and refreshing welcome drinks while waiting. We also opted to go to their restaurant for late lunch. They offered unli buffet but we chose ala carte from their menu since most of the food were already empty. The staff were seem to be limited by that time since no one assisted us when we accidentally spilled some water or when we needed extra spoon. There was also only one staff accepting our payment and answering the phone. Good thing, their kitchen staff did a good job since the food were absolutely delicious.

Just after lunch, our rooms were available so we brought our own stuff from the parking to our room. One room was well cleaned while sadly, the other room still had some trash in their bin. On a positive note, the rooms had complete toiletries.

The beach and the pool were well maintained. The bar near the pool was also in a good spot for guest to have fun while swimming. There was also a guard near the beach to make sure only Acuatico's guest could enjoy the exclusivity of the place. The dinner and the unli breakfast were good experience too.

We enjoyed our vacation since we are with our loved ones. But we also expected so much from the place.

Not responsible at all, I paid 30k pesos online, half of the cost for two rooms, but they only said that they received 15k pesos, and I have successfully paid the bills, but they have no way to deal with it, just delaying time, such a place Such an attitude makes people never want to go again!

Nice resort, good facilities with clean beach & pool. Their service was amazing, the staffs were all polite, friendly and very helpful. Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The room we got was lovely, with panoramic view of the beach. Amenities inside the room were all good and their food was great. We really appreciate the hospitality and will definitely go back.

I enjoyed my 2 days and 1 night stayed in the hotel through a company outing. Staff are accommodating, friendly and proactive. Cleanliness, orderliness and superb customer service is very evident in all aspect. I felt secured and safe even I stayed until 11pm in the beachfront. If you can afford their rates, why not. Thank you, Aquatico for the service. Kudos!

However, women's common restroom was so dark inside.

Not the cheapest resort around the area but you get what it's worth. Such an exclusive service and experience. The staffs are all friendly and very accommodating (they will even bring your drinks to you as you rest and enjoy on their sunlongers). The food served are delicious and reasonably affordable. We loved the idea of free breakfast buffet.

Aside from the food served at the resto, everything they offer here is worth the price. Kulang ang overnight stay for sure.

Second time at this place and they never fail to impress. The first one was in 2018. Our daughter’s very first beach trip. The second occasion was in February 2022. Their health and safety protocols including on site vaccination is an assurance to guests that there is a level of safety within the resort. Food remains superb since our last visit. I thought our La Prima room was cozy and well thought of. Make sure to be there at least and hour before check in to give time for the antigen test. All in all another great experience. An overnight is bitin!
