Aquila Crystal Palace Tagaytay

The place is very instagrammable, however facilities could use some work. The bathroom doors were broken and the space itself was very tight. The venue is also small for a large gathering 100pax+.

PROS:
1. Garden is beautiful. Good for outdoor ceremonies
2. Event hall/ ballroom is spacious and the decor is great
3. Rooms look modern and with lots of outlets for charging. The lockset also uses a combination lock instead of a keycard

CONS:
1. Lacking safety equipment such as wheelchairs in case of emergencies
2. No hot water for bedrooms
3. No toiletries & towels included in the bedrooms
4. Rooms are not cleaned properly when they were handed over to us to use
5. Some areas are slippery and prone to accidents

Good place for weddings and debut. My niece pre debut shoot held here.

Update: my niece's debut turned out perfectly. Aquila and their tie-up partners makes sure that your big day will be executed without any problems.

The Venue can accommodate numbers of guest only, but the place is good with enough space to party and entertain family and relative since they have Garden and Bar place

We did our wedding here and it was really beautiful! Ahnne who is one of their marketing staff is very kind and helpful. We really love the design of the place and the styling they did to our wedding.

Aquila Crystal Palace has more to offer.
Surprisingly amazing especially inside the facility.
It is just that there is no proper or convenient parking space.

Venue good for birthdays and weddiing reception and other important event or activies. Decorations done on wedding occasion is good.

Maganda yung venue. Di sya ganun kalaki pero enough naman. Maganda din yung mga rooms.malayo nga lang yung parking

Social distancing is not implemented with their floor plan. 1st time encountering a stylist that doesn’t meet his client. He decides on his own styling and decorations used are not worth of its value. Not recommended.

Our only regret in our wedding is chosing aquila as our reception. No meeting was made by the stylist, we sent our detailed floor plan and styling peg and we're only told by the AE that they can work on our layout, but on the day of the wedding, it's a total dissapointment. They decide alone on whatever styling they want and it's not even worth the price. If you're more of a detailed couple who has your own taste of styling, please save yourselves in this venue.

Very elegant ang events place. Kahit maikli lang ang oras namin dito, nag enjoy kami. Good service and ang galing ng host

The event place was superb. Nice fountain center piece.
But
Has muddy parking area as of November 2019.

On par with my expectations. The decors are great although it can still be improved and I think they're working on it. Very accessible as well.

A very beautiful place for a wedding.however.the facility such as CR that day has a lot of inconveniences.no water and proper lighting.

Tent venue with live music. Very accessible via Emilio Aguinaldo highway near Olivarez college Tagaytay

A quaint event place. Unfortunately, does not have sufficient parking space. Guests have to park at the nearby highway.
