Bag of Beans

We had a quick coffee break here at Bag of Beans. It was at around 6pm. Too bad there wasn't any signal in the area. But well, it means more time to be away from the gadgets.

We went here during my birthday, and it's nice to be close with the nature while relaxing. I love the idea of their outdoor dining - very aesthetic, classy, plus clean!

Would like to commend the quality of food and drinks they serve. My daughter got a slice of red velvet cake. It was really a big slice, but since it tastes great (not much sweet safe from toddler being hyperactive), she managed to finish the whole slice! And she's just 2!

The menu's more on the expensive side, but we get to have a nice ambiance while eating, so it's worth it.

I will surely come back and try the pizza! (Those from the other table got it and it looks delish!)

I've been in this BOB branch 3x and the food yesterday did not make me happy
The Pancakes were overcooked, it's not fluffy and because it is overcooked, it does not taste right Same goes with the bacon.
It's a foggy morning and I'm supposed to enjoy the food and coffee but it did not end up that way. I hope they'll have standard cooking for pancakes; like how BOB Main does it
The crew were great as usual though.

I used to love going to this place but after the renovation, I feel like the view is already obstructed so there's not much to see anymore. The food is good though and the coffee so maybe I will go back because of that.

I really love their pasta here.

The place is also a petfriendly thats what I love here maliban sa food since Im a fur mom, madadala ko here mga babies.

On the third day of September -this was my 5th visit -, we ventured to Bag of Beans Athena. I was gravely perturbed as we were denied access to the function room for dining, and regrettably, the staff - particularly Emil - cast an unwelcoming countenance upon me following my inquiry. Curiously, although Emil was generally affable to others, I seemed to be the exception. Furthermore, to my extreme discontent, my meal was adulterated with a hair. Nevertheless, a glimmer of hope shone through my disappointment; the assistance provided by Noah proved to be exceptional. Commendations to Noah! I love the ambiance. Coffee was good and the carrot cake was amazing. Will definitely come back there with friends to chill and have coffee again

This is a must-go restaurant if you pass by this neighborhood.

All menu items are delicious and the atmosphere is very nice.

One of our favorite places to eat in Tagaytay. They never fail to give us a good experience

Brilliant views, but now very wheelchair friendly as it is very steep going down and a struggle pushing back up again. Wheelchair path was like an afterthought and not built to code

1st time at Athena branch but the taste and experience is very similar to the main branch. Staff are very accomodating fast service. Pets are allowed to dine with you.
Cost per plate of Php 450 is worth it for it's taste and serving.

4th time in this branch, and so far, this is my my new favorite, next to the original because of its spacious outdoor seating, nicer classy ambiance, and newly-renovated restrooms.:)

Have been wanting to visit this branch but it is on the other side of the road. But this time, made sure that we make it to the place. Was a great dining experience. Food was delicious, service friendly and the view awesome! They have wheel chair access but the ramps are quite steep, please be informed.

Better dine in during weekdays since customers flood in during weekends even in the early hours. Even though place could be busy, the staff will accomodate all your needs. Their food are delicious! Place is great tho a little bit small (since some areas were closed that time).

Good food, bright and airy ambience. Prepare to fork out 500 php per person for a hearty breakfast. Ample parking space, but might be a bit intimidating to new drivers due to the steep incline. Worth the visit

Great experience tho it's a bit crowded. They have many customers coming and we almost haven't got a table. Anyways. The cakes were tasty and the coffee was good too. The place was somewhat like an old cabin. With pretty much great designs on the inside.

I don't recommend this place if you wanted to have a view of the Taal Volcano. - visit other branch in Tagaytay. Other than that, the food was tasteful and had enough servings. The pizza was delicious - we ordered Philly cheese. For it's price, I'd say it's worth the bucks.

If you're coming from Manila, you need to make a UTurn in Aguinaldo Highway since it's on the other side of the road. Expect a steep slope coming down to the entrance.

Good food, beautiful view. Super loved the Shepherd's Pie. Service can get slow especially during the holidays.

This is our fave branch! Everytime we go to Tagaytay, we always make it a point that we can have either lunch or dinner here. Quality food and good staff service!
