Bakasyunan Resort and Conference Center Tanay

We had a team building day here. We just went for the day. It’s a good 2hr drive with traffic. Although the drive was interesting scenery ain the way. The team building activities were well organised.

Food was pretty good too

We enjoyed the pool too

Unfortunately the atvs were broken and we couldn’t do airsoft.

Talking to the staff of Bakasyunan was really easy, they are accommodating and very helpful with our requests. Their managed buffet was also a standout as they make sure that others can have a round two.

If there's one thing that I think they need to improve on, it will be their team-building games and facilitators. Unfortunately we weren't satisfied with the facilitator so we had to take over from time to time. With the games, they can maximize the space they have and add more options.

To add, I would like to commend their infirmary/nurse on duty, the moment one of our participants slipped, within a split of a second somebody from their staff was already running. Good job!

Barkada Room - big room with basic tv, good for 12 pax, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with heated shower, native interior design, with noticable wear and tear damages on cabinets, sink is clogged. - needs some minor renovation

Restobar - affordabl and good tasting food, ever liqours are not that pricey, spacious dining space, offers indoor, outdoor, and at the bar dining, staff are approachable.pools - clean, but some water features are not working making it less appealing.gym / darts / zipline - not available at the moment.pool tables - free use

resort - nice view of greenery and hills, Marilaque Windmills is within sight, has some decors where you can take nice pictures for your ig.best to ask first which of their amenities is working and available when planning to visit.

The room (Carneros-10) is cozy and clean. It's spacious enough for 4-5 people. Towels, tissue, and soap are provided. A bigger cabinet will be a good addition to the room so guest can properly store their belongings. The tables and chairs in the veranda area of the room might need some repainting. A room phone to call the front desk seems necessary since it is tiring to go back and forth from the rooms to the front desk if necessary.

The overall service of the crews is great. Everyone is approachable. They might need to upgrade their phone lines or internet connection for more smooth communication.

The location is indeed exceptional. The atmosphere is relaxing which is perfect for vacation. Although some of their amenities needs to be renovated for those who wanted to explore the place or are into physical activities.

The staff and workers are very accommodating.
Rooms are cozy but some fixtures are not working will. It must be properly maintained.

We had our company team building here (day tour). Service and staff were great but the conference room had so many flies and even dead ones. The tables weren't cleaned properly and floors are a bit dirty. The ladies comfort room near the conference hall was not well maintained and at one point smelled cigarette smoke. I have no problems with hospitality of their staff, they were all nice but I hope cleanliness would be a priority.

Nevertheless, price was good, food served was good as well.

We had our team building here and it was fun. I love that they have dorm rooms and private rooms that would suit any organization's budget. The game facilitators were nice and warm.

I am from Laguna so location-wise, it was a bit far (not Rizal's fault). The resort should definitely improve their menu and the safety measures for the games.

Overall, loved our experience.

I've been here twice, once for my birthday with the family and the 2nd time for work and team building.
Overall, it's a good place to stay.

- There are a lot of parking spaces available.
- Guards and staff are courteous.
- The dining area in the dining hall and beside the bar are both infested with lots of flies. It's incredibly difficult to focus on eating with lots of flies flying around and frequently landing on your plate. Staff are doing nothing about it. Also, half of the dining area looks "dead"; they didn't even bother to cover that area.
- The rooms are spacious, but there are cockroaches. In our room (in the Private series), there was 1 dead cockroach in the far corner of the room, and 2 living ones in the comfort room. They seem to be coming in from the poorly-attached drain pipe for the sink and the barely-filtered shower drain. There is also only 1 trash bin, which has no cover and is inside the comfort room. The blanket is small and thin.
- The pathways are not being cleaned. There are a lot of stinky wild fruits that have splatted on the path.
- Almost all of the amenities are unavailable, except for their infinity pool (the garden pool is filled with extremely dirty water), billiard, and table tennis.

Great resort the view of sierra madre is so amaxing. Staff there are nice. Food affordable and yummy. Tho the swimming pool down below not working now. I recommend it

Maganda ang Service sa Pagkain at Malinis ang mga Rooms, etc.at saka Marami bersions ng pool maganda pa ang tanawin. Gusto ko bumalik ulit last namin dito April 2016 pa.

Great to have a vacation here. There's a lot of amenities here and explore their beautiful place. Nice and quiet. I'm highly recommend this resort that I'm sure you like it ️

Nice place, very clean and delicious food. It's good for family vacation or group of friends. And perfect place for team building too. Very relaxing, over looking view. It's a big place, lots of trees ang plants with flowers and it's really a good place to stay and celebrate there. ️
