Travel time and traffic within Calabarzon areas to the Balai would vary upon arriving we prebooked as is custom because although its alert Level 1 there is still a Pandemic prices are very reasonable too. We We were informed prior that the place is a bit remote and far from the markets and curfews so we can bring and cook our own food. Upon entering the staff welcomed us and ushered us to our Cabanas. A slight hitch with the airconditioning unit in my brothers Cabana but the efficient staff immediately changed it.there are also around 3 cute mini huts for those on day tour, our family is large with 8 kids ranging from teens to 2yrs old so we had to coordinate where to place everybody. Its a refreshing and beautiful place to relax and recharge. Here are pros and cons for improvement 1. Rooms are a bit tight for large families but for couples and honeymooners a perfect place.sadly i lost the picture that i took of the rooms which were very instagrammable. With flowy white curtains in the beds. 2. Lighting.im all for the province feels but sigh it might just be me growing old but since we had 2 senior parents with us the light fixtures that would work for honeymoooners will not work for families with toddlers and parents that need good lighting for finding things and their medicines needing a flashlight we brought, almost the whole night, looking for this and that, hence i forgot my small rechargeable flashlight at the Balai (they did inform us the same day we departed that they found it and theyd safekeep it either til we get back hmmmm.or we suggested they send to us and we will pay any shipping charges since it was a Christmas gift to me. My gratefullness to the honest accomodating and friendly staffs specially the Kuya nightguard /lifeguard who were like eagle eyes on the kids too salamat po 3. WIFI /TV- the Balai itself does not encourage it and do not have it and have informed us in advance.though there is a weak signal if your on postpaid.its to encourage people, families to talk to each other, enjoy each other and nature. Awesome rule! Or else our teens wouldve just stared on their fone screens or watched TV. 4. BEACH - Clean! There was a warning of be aware of jellyfish but there was none during our stay.the view was really beautiful come sunset and sunrise so take out your cams. Oh and best to have aquashoes on! I forgot mine and we had feet cuts my feet are sensitive so with my mom and the little baby too these is only in a few steps of the area to the water and in the water after a few steps more then bliss in your feet no more sharp rough stones.just beautiful soft sand.the Swimming Pool is warm and clean too that our little baby does not want to be taken out of the water. Shower/Bathrooms good water source that brown paint is hard on the eyes though oh theres no bidet so use the dipper. There are fisherfolks who sell fresh fish and squid at dawn which we cooked and breakfasted (theres a common cooking place and grilling place where you can cook your food.and theres a kettle there if you want hot water.i forgot to see if there was a water dispenser for hot and.cold maybe none because we boiled water in the kettle there for morning coffee -we came prpeared woth ice chests so cold water was not a prob) ah and we had a good boating experience with the Kuyas too. Overall its a really nice place to relax and recharge.

We celebrated my daughter's 13th and my Father's 80th birthday.

Having 2 80yrs old and majority of kids, Balai Loreta had been home away from home. I like that they are very honest and direct of what to expect on our stay apart from the reviews we have read.

Love the strikingly old fashion province style and quaint feel inside having backyard swimming pool with a view deck area along with palm trees enough to give shade on a sunniest time of day.

Reception Area. We were welcomed with their assigned personnel to the lounge/ dining area. The staff and OIC was so attentive on our needs most when we had an air-condition problems in one of our rooms. Upon checking that it was not functioning well, they changed the unit right away.

The Casita beachfront room and the two rooms along with view deck which we were billeted was spacious enough for each of our family - with aircon & bathroom, the cons for us is their lighting that needs improvement.apaka dim di pde sa mga oldies! Pang mood setter ata They have nipa huts too with beds and electric fan.

The service area/Kitchen amenities. Cooking pots, stove, grill area even dining items bowls, plates, glasses, mugs, were complimentary, since they don't have restaurant and staff it's Clean as you Go.

The pool area. Rules are Strictly implemented, no eating and drinking in the pool area. Warm water during night swimming.

The Beach Area. It is timed for security reasons. But since we love sunrise watching, the personnel attending to us, Opened the gate as early as 4am so we could enjoy the view.

Nearby boat owners offered us boatride to snorkle.

Overall, Balai Loreta is perfect exclusive province feels beach-pool getaway.

*** No videoke available, phone signal, data and WIFI, but definitely OK for people (like our family) who prefers to detach from gadgets, city noise and focuses most with family, sceneries and laid back activities?

Very accomodating staffs, maraming sari-sari stores sa labas mismo ng resort, may piso wifi pa. Also, general use ng kitchen pala is common in Quezon Prov. Luge lang sa tricycle pag commute kayo. 200-300 per ride, one-way palang yun. Beach access is 7am-6pm while pool can be used 7am-11pm. Approx 2k per room. Affordable and Instagrammable as well. ️

Located at the town of Sariaya in Quezon province, Balai Loreta is located at the outskirts of town accessible from what I think is a bypass road. The rooms are clean as well as the toilets but there's no heater. The area is remotely located so the mobile signal here is pretty bad. They don't have their own restaurant but you can use their kitchen to cook. They have direct beach access and they have their own pool. The rooms are priced very well as an air conditioned room is only 2,500. Straw huts are 1,500.

The person i communicated with is so accommodating.very easy to talk to about the resort.
The first time i booked with this resort was a very best experience i had with my family and i promised to myself i will book again this place and it just happenned yesterday.
Even though problem occurred during our travel from Manila to sto tomas still it didn't stop us to go to the place where i can feel peace and relax physically, mentally and emotionally.
Again thanks to the person in charge who keeps on checking on us when our car broke down during travel.i was not able to get your name and the staff Maureen for assisting my family and friends even though i was not able to make it on time.
Thanks also for the extended hours you have given us.
God bless always.

Good ambiance, well designed, great view in every corner of the resort. Peaceful, clean and well improved. Tanggal ang pagod after Pagbilao Island Hop. Okay ang night swimming as the Pool water is not cold. Okay din morning swim sa dagat, malinaw ang tubig and hindi malalim. Thanks to the Owner for accommodating our needs. Sulit and we enjoyed our stay.
