I hope they update this name to Hortz Hotel and Resort because I had a hard time to look for this place.

Good place to unwind. Near to a number of tourist destination and spot. Rooms are spacious. Ambiance is also good

Not sure if this is Hortz hotel and resort as of today. Friendly staff, good service, good food. Rooms are ok. Pool is clean. Quite expensive though.

I like this place for the vibe but they need to improve. No water pressure in the bathrooms, no food available that you see on the menu. The staff is super friendly and did their best to make is feel home. The chef also in the kitchen managed well considering many items were missing on the menu. We enjoyed the stay all in all but over rated and pricey for nothing.
They need to fix the place it's really bad.

Stayed there with 12 other friends and they easily accommodated us with more than enough space for everyone. Will definitely recommend staying here and will also come back for future get aways.

Noisy. There's no soundproofing whatsoever so you can hear all sounds other guests make. It took them 40 minutes to serve breakfast even if it was not crowded and when they finally served the breakfast the egg was cold. The bathroom door was broken and impossible to close. Overpriced. You can get better quality on every level elsewhere in Tagaytay for a smaller price.

Great place to spend the night with family or friends! Staff is also very accomodating and health protocols are enforced so you feel safe during these times.

Another one of those hotels and resorts in Tagaytay competing for that one with the better "instagrammable" spots. Just avoid this during the rainy season. It can be muddy and slippery. The cottages may need a bit of renovations. You have to bring in your own drinking water. Their in-house restaurant looks nice but the menu and food is rather mediocre. But you're in luck because just outside the compound there are budget and upscale restaurants. Overall, the general ambience and quiet atmosphere is relaxing️️.

Nice location- very near Sky Ranch Tagaytay, Robinsons Summit Ridge, and Mushroom Burger. No problem with car parking. The place has improved from the last time I've been here. The hotel management has already fixed their water supply problem.

The place is good for taking pictures. The room is big and clean. Complete with toiletries. Accommodating staffs. The pool is not cleaned and is not operational, no running water. An expensive hotel but you cannot enjoy the pool which is the only thing you can do here.

Nice place. Relaxing. You may have to consider bringing your essentials, especially if you are not bringing a car. There are convenience stores at the nearby gas stations, but the products sold are limited.
Good selection of dishes. The Mushroom Burger store is within walking distance.

Food is great. They have refreshing drinks. Accommodation is worst. Water shortage in almost every room. Clogged toilet. No proper drainage. The bathroom is smelled like canal.

The place is a picturesque beauty, IG worthy. For an events place, this is great. But not as a seminar venue. The rooms are cute. I liked especially their country lodge homes, truly rustic. Just that their water supply is insufficient. Their other rooms that are good for 3 people have walls leaking when it's raining. Their food is good, not filled with taste extenders.

A place where you'll want to visit when you travel to Tagaytay. In this place you'll feel the serenity of the night because the surrounding place is quite and you can really enjoy the company of your family, friends and love one's. So come and visit.

One of the best resorts I've been to. The ambiance is so cozy and the food is delicious. Staff are polite and accommodating and the room is spaceous and cleaned everyday. The location is great coz it is just 12 minutes walk to Skyranch and 17 minutes walk to Summit Ridge.

Staff are welcoming. The place is good if you want to go away with the city lights but it is also near to mall, resto and cafe. The pool is dirty though, not welcoming for a swim.

Well the place is really really really good. I am looking forward to visit this place again. The interior is just so unbelievably wonderful. Wish I could live here but the budget says "oh boy you still need to work".

The place is very accesible and the complimentary food and even the beer is top notch! Room is clean and spaceous. Service and facility is okay.
