Cafe Agapita reviews
49Great ambiance, food, and drinks. It's pricey but delicious. I recommend this for someone who wants to have reunion, date, business meeting, and birthday.
Chilly, lalo na kapag gabi na, service was fine as heck, would come again kapag nagka car.
It amazes me how these hidden gems exist in the Tagaytay area. This one is actually in Silang off this narrow road that connects Aguinaldo Highway to J. Rizal. After hitting some golf balls at Kalisa Golf Driving Range, I decided to check out this Café. I have been driving by for 3 and a half years since I did not expect it be, based on location, much more than a sleepy little diner. Not only was I surprised about the size of the parking lot that opened up after driving through a tunnel-like entrance but by the size and by the sophistication of the restaurant and the bar that were beyond it. I ordered their Agahan Burger and a Caramel Frappe. Very good food and excellent service. Shall definitely be back there with my girlfriend.
Good hang out for families and friends. Foods and services are appreciated but atmosphere is relaxing.
Highly recommendable
Such a beautiful place! Food is great. Pricing is good. Main dining hall is huge. 2-storey cafe hidden behind the greenery looks really nice. Lots of instagrammable locations. Washrooms are clean and smelling fresh. Staff are polite and helpful. There's even a female staff who roams around to help people with their 'picture-taking'. Parking attendant is also polite and helpful. Pet-friendly. LOTS OF PARKING SPACE! (the place can probably accommodate 30-40 vehicles, as in!)
Great for couple or family
Pet-Friendly
Nice staff
With Gcash payment
Has pasta, iced coffee, sandwiches, and dessert
Price is worth it and not too expensive. My go to place for iced spanish latte
Alfresco with lots of greens! Beautiful garden cafe.
With parking
Epic place. Really it is. You will feel that you are in another country.
The place is massive. Also the owner's doggo is running around.
Unplanned visit here in Cafe Agapita because Waze made us pass through this route- it was waaaay better than I could have expected. Delicious drinks, very good customer service, ample parking space, beautiful interiors which remind me of a wedding reception in The Blue Leaf, and affordable prices. They also sell their own breads, fruits and vegetables at a much lower rate than in groceries. I will definitely come back.
Nice place, ample parking space, food taste great one of their best seller is bagnet, I ordered the tapa flakes its good but lacked in serving, can handle big crowds, waiters are very friendly, guard is also helpful. Nice open place where we sat. Food is very affordable big serving price ₱₱
(visited last May 2022)
A great brunch place if you're in the area. Good selection of food and good coffee. Food serving is pretty big, with a lot of choices for both food and drinks. Serving staff is also well trained, although there was one time we ordered almond milk with our coffee and the waiter served us full cream milk.
A lot of seats, clear that it's an events area. Best place to sit is in the restaurant itself, unfortunately it gets full easily. Have been here 3x na and 2/3 times we've been seated in their events area.
Very pretty place also, great for photos.
Some days on the weekend they have a farmers market by one of their entrances where you can get very affordable fruits and vegetables.
I can't complain, but I'm grateful for the opportunity to celebrate Mother's Day in this place. Happy people, happy place
Had java chip blended coffe and the choco caramel cake. The coffee was excellent. Cake couldve been more moist, but taste was great. Overall a satisfying experience.
Location makes me feel come again and again to the same spot and the food was good plus the service
Maganda ang lugar, may maluwag na space for parking, perfect pang reception, catering, couple date, and family date.
Maganda ang ambiance lalo na sa gabi dahil sa lightings.
Masarap ang pagkain at marami ang servings.
It's the definition of a hidden gem! Inside you're greeted with bamboos and nature overload. Food and ambience is great you feel one with nature. Pasta is al dente with great flavor. Coffee well blended just the right sweetness (we bought espresso+matcha, hazelnut latte). Will be back for sure.
Perfect choice of place (al fresco on a quite cold summer night) to eat good kind of food (from sandwiches w/big servings, cakes and coffee) this Easter.
Ambience is relaxing and has a chill vibe. Has a very spacious parking lot.
The drinks there needs improvement specifically on non coffee drinkers, tho the coffee was great. We didn't order much since we had a late lunch that day but we did order a few take out.
Servers were really friendly but some of them needs better training in menu & food knowledge.
For food, the general taste were good and the portion size were great but most of it were overcooked and could have done better in terms of flavor balancing.
Starting from their salad. I ordered a garden salad (since I think that's the only salad they have on their menu) the balsamic vinegarette and herbed olive oil were a great match with the choices of greens, the crunchiness of the wallnuts, saltiness of the mild parmesan and the sweetness of the raisins (not so sure what kind of raisins were there bit it tasted like cranberry raisins at first and the rest was ordinary raisins.) It was almost well balanced, the sad part there were the overcooked chicken that they put over so friendly. My palate were overwhelmed by the dryness of the chicken breast on top of it all. It was a bummer indeed.
Next the Creamy Mushroom Pasta. The the shitake mushroom were deliciously sautéed well that harmonized with the mild parmesan cheese sadly the cream sauce were a bit curdled (it was not noticeable at first since there were quite a lot of parmesan cheese on it.) While the pasta on the other hand was almost al dente. Almost.
Lastly the Margherita pasta. It tasted like the exact version of a margherita pizza that you expect, except it was layed over on a bed of overcooked pasta. The acidity of the tomato sauce were a good match with the melted cheese and was seasoned well. Was looking for the Basil tho or some type of herb that would boost up the flavor. Oh well.
Over all price range? I think it was worth it (?) Base on portion size. Their pasta are usually good for sharing (about 2 - 3) Base on flavor and other factors.oofff.maybe? I guess? Well. Let's see on our next visit.
My mom liked their cheesy loaf bread. Haven't tried much of their pastry and bread, hopefully when I come back.
Oh almost forgot their CR were clean just forgot if they have a bidet, but they had a lot of toilet paper on stand by so you don't have worry
Nice place. Good food! They also offer a one stop shop for fresh veggies and fruits. Hard to find veggies I.e. Kale, various lettuce variety, microgreens, red amaranth, herbs, ET Al.
The place isn't just all ambience. Their wam team serves reasonably-priced good food.
The place is bike and biker friendly so you can sip a cup, and stare are your priced possession without having to talk to anyone.
Just had our breakfast yesterday. As always, food is great and they have an addition on their menu.i love their Ube Fiesta.
