Rsm beach resort is a scam, very poor facility, dirty toilet salty sewerage wayer and has only 3 hrs electricity

Very nice and clean place so i reccomend if you want to relax you can go there this place is good for eveyone

Best resort we've been to in Batangas this year because 1 beachfront and they also have a pool. Affordable rates. Good for family outing. Accomodating staffs, clean restrooms.

Awesome place! Facilities are great and the management is super accomodating. Great for family gatherings and corporate events. Highly recommended place to visit.

It was just this December when we went and so the place wasn't too busy. Spectacular sunset view greeted us when we came. Family of 7 adults and 6 kids accommodated 2 rooms and we're given discount because of senior citizen. Rooms are huge and inviting. There's even a clothes line at the back door of bedroom to hang your wet clothes so it isn't too wet to pack the next day. The place is very nice and clean, and the people working there are very accommodating. Beach is just few steps away from our rooms/table. We rented a canopy with table since we brought our own food and cooking stuff. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach which is shallow and calm. We adults enjoyed our stay there as well and will probably go back the next time we're at Philippines. Needed to check out of the rooms at 12nn but by asking politely, we're able to extend our stay using the canopy and the facilities of the resort. Was given the favor because it wasn't peak season so it may be different in peak season.

Nice hotel room interior, best island view from this hotel, nice pool, nice restaurant furnitures
No wifi, very few cable channels, no hot shower, food in the resto tastes all the same (Kn**r seasoning)

The taste of the is very good the pool is nice by I'm not going to recommend this to my friends.

The pool is nice. Big enough for a few small crowds to swim in and watching the kids is not that hard though. They also have an overlooking viewing deck beside the pool. Their hotel is a few stories high and their restaurant on the top deck has an amazing view of the beach and sandbar. Room rates are reasonable considering space and amenities included. Only downside is the cottages, if you're going on a daytour. The're kind of small specially if you're in a big group.

Oks naman mga tao mabait sila lahat. Ung room maganda din. Gated at may security guard ang place. Pwede din magluto which is good dala lang po ng lutuan like inductionnor maliit na gas stove. Recommended sa team building. Brown and fine ung sand ng beach tsaka malinaw din sya.

They have a good enough pool and a few stories high air conditioned rooms that sets them apart from the rest of the Calayo Beach Resorts. Although I could not give a review better than 3 stars as they accommodated us for day tour but after just an hour have been evicted because they messed up their booking information.

The staffs are very accomodating. The room is worth its rate. I love that the beach is like 20 steps from the resort itself. Also the sandbar nearby is so.instagramable.will definitely go back here.

It located at the end of a small barangay near a river where it meet the sea. Don't expect white sand beach. For diners, last order at 7pm. Food limited choices. Recommendation; check out next resort for food, more varieties.

This place is absolutely gorgeous.
The restaurant on the 3rd floor has breathtaking views of the beach and the surrounding mountains. Very relaxing just sitting on the lounges.
There is a beautiful infinity pool right next to the beach!
Lots of day time water activities.
Perfect for any occassions.

Ok sana maganda ang problema, pag kausap mo yun iba ang presyo, tapos yun isa iba rin ang presyo, parang gustong kumita pa ng mga tauhan, eh tumawag na nga ako sa phone na 2k at walang tao, pag punta ko 3k tapos ng may nakausap din ako na isa 5k naman, dalawa lang kami

I have been few times in Green Terrace having a really good (masarap) lunch. From the Terrace you have a view around you and you can see a beautiful landscape especially at sunset time. The swimmingpool is very nice and the staff very friendly.

Well-maintained, clean, secured facilities. Friendly people. Place is quite small though. Pool, beach, kayaking, boating, videoke are the things you can do.
