CityScape Cafe

The place had a nice atmosphere which is overlooking the city. It has a rooftop and an AC room (for the hot hours during the day). The ff are our opinions on our orders:
Bibimbap - flavors are great, generous on the beef however the beef was hard to chew on and we would prefer it to have thinner slices
Salted egg pasta - again flavor was okay but tasted more like carbonara than salted egg (does not have a prominent salted egg flavor)
Cafe mocha seasalt - don't have any complaints, this tasted great
Cookies? Coffee - okay as well but a little on the sweet side (guess it's expected since cookies are sweet)

We went here to eat dinner and celebrate Valentines. We know that this will be crowded so there is a line when we arrived. It took us 1 hr to reach the counter where you should place the order. Then the cashier told us if we are willing to wait because all orders will take at least 1.5 hrs to serve. They could have told us ahead of time when we fall in line. It could be better if they have waiters to take the orders and the customers may relax on their seats.

They don't have service water, service is not satisfactory but they still have service charge. Food is too expensive for its quality. The only take away is the good overlooking view and well ventilated dining space.

Arrived around 9 PM on a weekend, but the place is bit crowded especially on the roofdeck. Bit slow service but can patiently wait. Cozy ambiance is maintained by the musician, otherwise it's very serene. Food is okay, I just thought mango smoothie's made from fresh fruit, but no.

Never again! No one cares about you arriving, then you have to line before ordering like in a Japanese restaurant. But it will take you 40mn before reaching the counter then 30mn for your food. Staff and process are so slow. Better to go macdo if you want this kind of service. View is nice but food is overpriced anyway. Last time

Pros:
views great.there’s a live band.
+ wifi that can reach until the top floor (really amazes us).
i’ve also seen a couple of sockets.so ig u can work here with a view at night.cons:
menu’s too expensive.paid for the view.coffee’s not great.and the service is too slow.also there’s 4% service charge.

Absolutely amazing place to get something to eat or just to have afternoon coffee.

You can come here in the morning or evening. They also have alcoholic drinks and the view of Metro Manila is amazing from here so it is very nice place to just chill and spend a evening with friends.

Prices are affordable also and food is good.

Food is okay sya. Masarap din naman kahit papaano.

Parking for improvement nila mukhang papapatagin nila kapag tumagal.

Atmosphere maganda din. Mataas din ang area. May roof sila na maganda din pag tambayan

Food is okay, the fish and chips could need a little more fish in there. I love their coffee, I had the iced Americano with no sugar or sweetener. They have enough parking when I visited, the place is not crowded with lots of tables available. Great view of the city, hence the name, since you will have more than 180 degree view of the city lights. You have to be prepared for a steep climb when driving up here. Pets are allowed si I got to bring my furball

Entrance is just before the Eastridge gate. Have parking space, but just mind the steep road going in.
Coffee and cakes are decent, well prepared and handled.
Definite recommend to go if your near the place.

Long line when ordering, long waiting time para maserve ung food.food is not great/appetizing when served vs to its price. Sadly ung view lng maganda.

This spot gives good service and yummy meals. Great place to hangout, chill. Waiters are very attentive especially Ms Diane.

Good food, great vibes with an amazing view what more can you ask? Ample parking space good for big occasions with family and friends. The only down side is that very steep curve zigzag road along Col Guido.

Cityscape
We tried out having a late snack at a new place called Cityscape East Ridge Angono. The following is a quick review of the three dishes, two drinks we ordered and our overall experienced.

Nachos
the nachos, cheese, and tomatoes were ok, the serving size was ok too, but there were no onions and the beef bits had little to no flavor leaving us disappointed to say the least. I was expecting something a lot better that what can be prepared at home.

Cheese Sticks
it’s typical for cheese sticks to have thicker wrapping than we would want to.but this one takes it to another level of rubbery texture and tastelessness. Also the serving size was on the small side.

Fish & Chips
I ordered “fish & chips” but I received something like “fish fillet with french fries”. The fish fillet slice was thin and small - literally 2 subo lang, and the french fries were quite thin also.

Drinks
matcha milktea
nice container, but the milktea is made from powder and too sweet ; the drink was on the pricey side, makes one think “maybe the higher price is for the nice container? ”

Mango Slush
nice container, but the drink is made from mango concentrate - not real fruit ; this drink was also on the pricey side - makes one think “maybe the higher price is for the nice container? ”

Overall my experience at Cityscape was disappointing, i hope they could improve much on the quality/taste of the food they serve.i feel that all the dishes and drinks that was served to us was not worth the price we paid for it… maybe because we were simply paying for the ambiance and live singing?

Nice ambiance, overlooking views and great place for a night date! They have live band at night too!

Expensive and they have a service charge on top of an expensive menu, food is good though and the view of the lake is fantastic. Staff aren't friendly.

Location: Up in Eastridge, just before the gate entrance. The building is angled a bit awkwardly on the road. Yes, it has the "million dollar view".
Atmosphere: Vibrant and youthful. They have live local singers (went on a weekend night) and lighting is too flashy.
Parking: They have available parking space at the front and at the back which is a bit confusing to navigate. The parking attendants were very nice. When we got lost, they searched for us and guided us.
Service: Self-service. Pay as you order. Cashiers and servers are pleasant. Food dispatch took 10-15mins.
Prices: Drinks are around 100-200/per person. Food is around 300-500/per person. They have B1T1 cocktails. Food choices are diverse -Filipino, American and Korean. Service charge is 4% of the total bill.
Taste: Food tastes bland. For me, the prices do not justify the tastes. Portion is just right for a solo diner. Drinks are alright and the packaging has a good concept. Really, we're only paying for the view.

I super love the place it is so relaxing. Very worth the price ung foods/drinks! You can just simply sit there stare at the sky and renew yourself. No words to describe the happiness in this place.
