Coco Mountain Resort

You have to assert to state a fact. Somewhat pricey on items. Not recommedable bath and toilet. Rooms are not sound proof to their live band that is until 12midnight.

The resort is compact but they still made it look spacious.ambience is remarkably relaxing and well maintained.all the staff from the entrance to the pool area are polite and accomodating.kudos!

**the shower/changing area tho needs to improve.it's not well lit, paint is too dark, no proper shower heads, floors are slippery, etc.it's below to what you can least expect ️

1. Sobrang babad sa init More trees and umbrellas sana.
2. Sana carabao grass nalang instead of crushed gravel yung areas around the pool.

Good to experience pero hindi yung tipong babalik balikan mo.

The place was nice. Lot's of instagram worthy shots. The pool was blurry though. Getting to the place was also hard as there were plenty of narrow streets.

Dont expect too much with this place.we have booked/message a cabana family and was suprised that they assigned to us a cabana regular on the day of our swimming. The comfort room is neglected, imagine having 50+ guests use a bathroom with 2 showers and 1 toilet bowl.the pool gets realy really crowded all the time since the pool is small. Dont recommend this place.

Place was ok. The theme was ok. However, the staff and the overall service is where they need to improve. A lot.

This place is insanely LOUD. As in jet engine 100+ decibel karaoke until midnight loud. Then kids yelling, screaming and jumping in the pool until 3: 00am loud. Do not come here if you want to relax!

Things got off to a rough start when I initially tried to make a reservation via FB messenger. Staff kept asking if I wanted "8: 00am to 6: 00pm daytime" or "8: 00pm to 7: 00am overnight. " No I just want to stay at your hotel for 1 night. This idiotic and useless exchange was beyond frustrating. Finally we called and the reservation was done. Upon arrival the endless disappointments began:

1. No hot water in our shower.
2. No towels or toilet paper in our room.
3. No seat on the toilet.
4. No complimentary shampoo or bar of soap. Had to pay 25 pesos for the latter.
5. Security guard searched all 4 of our luggage bags for alcohol. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels all over the world and this was the first place to behave in this manner. Unforgivably classless and disrespectful on their part.
6. Wifi did not work either in our room or at the bar. You have to walk to a separate banquet events room for it to work. Staff said that they are "working on" the issue. Yeah right.
7. Onsite bar brews their own beer and it wasn't great. IPA had zero flavor. Coffee beer was mildly palatable.

I will admit that the food was actually decent. The Hungarian sausage, chop suey and pancit bihon were our favorites. The onsite staff was also ok.

3,600 PHP per night for this nightmare? No thanks! Definitely will not be back.

Streets are very narrow.lots of blind corners and waze gave lots of run around! Pick up truck and suv will have a VERY HARD time getting in.

The comfort room and shower room are dirty. 150php per head for a dirty CR compared to clean and well maintained public CR of Xentro Mall.

All goods maganda, masarap ang food at beer. Kaso sa service lalo pa nag iisa lang kaming guest nong araw na yon at nag papahatid kami ng tubig dahil busy din kami. Wlaang nag hahatid eh wala naman ginagawa yung mga lalake.

Maganda at ig worthy ung place. Hirap lang puntahan. Food was okay, pero i was considering na bumili ng alak.d ko lang tinuloy. Ang mura ng alak nila

Swimming pool- maliit lang tska crowded since they accommodate a lot of guests.
Service- people are nice patinai kuya guard
Location - pinable sa waze or map and may signages naman so madaling sundan

Place is good but too crowded so hindi mo ma eenjoy lumangoy

Maganda ang place. Aesthetic. For sure maganda din ang overlooking view. Hindi lang namin nakita kasi overnight ang inavail naming reservation. It has 3 pools (2 for kids & 1 for adult), 4ft ang pinakamalalim. May big hall din sila for party/events, billiard place, karaoke place and ang ganda ng bar nila, a little bit pricey nga lang. Pero no corkage naman ang baon na food. No bringing of alcoholic drinks nga lang because they have their bar with live band pa. May air-conditioned rooms din, at different sizes ng cabana. May mga cute na lifeguard pa. Haha. And nice looking chairs all around the resort. Overall ay enjoy at sulit naman ang stay namin dito. Thank you Coco Mountain Resort. ️

Super Aesthetic! And IG worthy! I recommend going here early morning for a good mountain view.

The rooms are okay. Our faucet (the knob) is broken so it required above average grip strength to use. The service is nice. The staff are helpful and will always have a remedy for the little things you need. The way to the location leaves something to be desired. You'll make your way through several roads that are one lane yet two way. But the location itself is worthy of a visit

Brought Mathilda, a bullmastiff dog, and we all enjoyed the place. Had home brewed beer. Love it!

TBH, di ako naging relax dito.parang bawat galaw mo may sisita sayo.treated as take out pag bumili ka sa bar nila kahit sa tabing cottage ka lang nman naka pwesto.yelo na nga lang na dapat kasama sa presyo ng binili mo papa bayaran pa sayo.

Mejo marami lang yung lamok sa CR but the pool is well maintained and super linis. Pangalawang beses na namin dito and will visit again pag may time.

Clean, guard and office staff are friendly and accomodating.pool, rooms, restrooms are clean.restaurant staff and servers need more training on how to assist and serve dine in customer.

Place has overlooking of a mountain. They have a single long 4.5ft pool. They also have rooms where you can stay overnight. The entrance guard is keen on checking baggages. They have Facebook page for mofe info.
