Affordable, accessible, and staff are kind to pets. Perfect for a quick nature getaway with loved ones. There was also a live band when we went there.

The place is tranquil. The pool is clean although there are some insects floating around because it is surrounded by trees. The rooms are decent but not super good.

One of the reasons we chose this place for our weekly getaway was because they were also running a shelter for rescued furbabies. This was close to our heart since we ourselves run a shelter for strays (but we have more, just have to say).

The time we visited on a weekday, we're the only guests (apart from the couple who immediately shut themselves inside their room) so imagine it is like we rented this huge, tranquil place for just php 2,000!

There are many pools (7? Not sure) as well but I think there is only one where the natural hot spring flows? That one is smaller than the other pools around but it can definitely suit our group of 10 and there is still space!

The place is well maintained and clean. The cottage, toilet, shower areas were tidy as well. We've been to other resorts where toilets seem grimy, but in here we appreciate that they were able to maintain them to be free from cobwebs or dust.

There are also many beautiful plants and flowers aside from taking in the mountain view. There's a treehouse, wishing well and grottos.

Parking is no problem. The peacock and the few roaming cats and dogs (they look so healthy and chubby) are also added attraction. I think most of the animals are inside their own big room for their safety as well.

This place is pet friendly so feel free to bring your furbaby. Fee is 100 per head, both humans and accompanying pets.

You can buy bottled drinks (softdrinks, water, beer), and chips at the entrance. They were also nice enough to lend us a mug, pitcher and the grilling station. Just bring your own charcoal.

One thing I have to say tho, is DO NOT LEAVE your food unattended (especially roast chicken). Or if I may suggest, bring a cover or hook so you can hide or hang them out of reach. Also there some mosquitoes (it is not infested with insects ha as I said, only FEW) but it did not bother me as thankfully I'm not a bug magnet, LOL.

It would be better to have food to order, nipa hut cottage should have also AC, place was smaller than the usual, not much activity, I love the trees around. Over all need renovation, otherwise its good.

Relaxing place. Spacious. Many pools with hot spring water. With man made falls and big kid's pool with character statues that they will surely enjoy. Fulfill your tree house fantasy for they have 2!)

My 3rd visit at Dona Jovita! I am glad that the place is now open! Me and my Family enjoyed our overnight stay here yesterday.

Friendly and accomodating staffs
Affordable
Clean and maintained place
Has friendly rescued cats and dogs
Close to nature and very relaxing
Has Hot, Warm and Cold pool options
It would be better if they can place a Resort signage near the main road so the guests will not be confused.

Will be back soon

+ They have a lot of parking spaces.
+ They accept GCash as payment.
+ Staff are courteous.
+ Comfort rooms are equipped with bidets, and are separate from shower rooms.
+ There are a lot of tables and chairs available.
+ They have a lot of trash cans available.
+ The cottage huts are spacious enough for a medium-sized family. They are also equipped with an overhead bulb and a few electric sockets.
+ There are large, neat sinks available. The underside of these sinks are neat as well.
+ Pools have just the right temperature.
+ They are pet-friendly; the cats and dogs there are all spayed or neutered.
- Their signage at the entrance is a bit difficult to spot.
- The parking space is detached from the main area.
- There are no staff available to help you carry your stuff.
- The pools can get littered with a few leaves quite fast due to trees being everywhere.
- Their largest pool is still closed and quite dirty.
- Their garbage bins don't have garbage bags and covers, so large flies swarm them.

Sad to say that this place is for sale. It will close for good. Where some of us celebrate and share different memories.

Not crowded The place is clean and quiet. Lots of trees, also a good relaxing place while having coffee. Staff are friendly and most importantly having a lifeguard on board for every pool for 24 hours felt like the safest (most specially with kids) cause everytime we're not around they automatically watch our kids to make sure everything is just fine. Super thank you. We enjoyed our family weekend getaway ️
Thumbs up

Have quite a bad experience when I stayed there last time.
Given that only 4 pools were open the last time I stayed there, they could've at least kept their manners to optimum courtesy as much as possible.

The guard was a total disrespectful monster.
No Hi, Hello, How can I help you? None of those, but instead bombarded us with unwelcoming remarks that made me think whether he was forced to work or him working at the wrong job.
Complained to the desk, and the person at the front desk to us that the guard has received numerous complaints, yet still managed to live there. VERY VERY To put him at the entrance of the place.

There were lifeguards sitting by the pool, focused on their phones, they would only clean the pool once the customers request them to, or once the customers have entered the pool. They should clean them up immediately once they start working, not just sit around browsing to whatever. And as me and friend are the only customer there, they couldn't be bothered by uttering a greeting.
Yes we said greetings to a dozen people, not all replied, some ignored, some looked back with confused looks.

There are different kinds of pools, warm pools, hot spring pools and room. The hot spring is the best pool out of whole lot, totally relaxes your soul.

The place is picture perfect, has lots of displays in every corner, different scene, natural and man-made.

Amazing place for cat-lovers out there, there are lots of cute felines walking around the place, wandering, a haven for animal lovers.

Food is nothing special, the breakfast is from 7-10am, no buffet, just a place of rice, egg, a viand of your choice, and a cup of sachet drink.
It's located just beside the highway, so that is quite convenient.
Once of get of a bus from Manila,
You will be welcomed by a post "Missing Person" at the entrance.

Recommended for 1 hot spring pool. That's it.

It's a small place but with 5 swimming pools near nice steamed sauna courteous staff also 3km to pasalubong stores like Collette and of course the blockbuster buko pie store the Original but beware when going to other side of highway here in pansol narrow road and big busses hovering around especially at night cool place with lots of greens like Mt makiling at the background very scenic place.

Nice place although kinda old already. Good thing about this place is it's pet friendly. I was able to bring my Siberian Husky with me. But she can't use the pool.

I love this place because there were cats wandering around, and also there were enough pools for lots of people. I don't smell anything on the pool and it's not very itchy to the skin, which means the water was treated and clean. The huts were very spacious, and also some of the staffs were very friendly. The rooms were very nice, almost everything, but the bathroom or shower room inside the resort weren't quite nice. But there's a lot of hot guys hahaha!

Friendly and helpful staff, wide spaces and open environment, clean and trimmed but the wide spaces is their drawback too as the pools are far apart from each other, also I saw some pools not completed or closed out. I recommend better water landscapes (falls, slides, fountains) more natural hot water springs not just standing pools, overall this place is good but there is still a lot of potential
