We had our wedding last November and chose Emperor Event Center as our prep and reception venue. From the very beginning, we fell in love with the place because it has everything we wanted in one spot. It has the garden area as a ceremony venue which we first hoped we will have but since we're Catholics, we had to look for a Church. They also have a roof deck in case it rains, they can transfer the ceremony area from the garden to the roof deck. They have spacious rooms (at least 5 beds per room) if you have family members who would like to stay the night before the event. Air conditioners are working well, there is a water heater in the bathrooms, and the rooms are truly spacious so everyone can move around freely. Ms. Jane and Ms. Nica have been both accommodating from the start and they could also help recommend suppliers that would be a great partner for EEC.
Additional note to consider: Parking is a street parking mode because I think only 2-3 cars can fit in their garage. Nonetheless, they have personnel who will assist in the street parking and so far, all vehicles were safe.
Areas for improvement could include:
1. Signal Booster - Smart and Globe signals are weak to non-existent in the Bridal and Family Room where we stayed. Although this helped me, as the bride, to not reach out to any social media on the day of my wedding so there won't be any accidentally seeing the bride/groom prior to the ceremony.
2. WIFI - Hopefully they can invest in a good WIFI connection in the near future so there won't be any problems with communications while in their rooms.
3. Fridge, Microwave, and Kettle - could also be added so it is more convenient for those who would be staying the night.
Overall, Emperor Event Center is a great venue, I can say it is a bang for the buck. You get more than what you pay for. Other suppliers did not have any issues with our chosen venue and everything we needed was provided.
