We stayed there for 2 nights last weekend with my husband 2 kids and my grandson. It was a good stay altho our place is quite a challenge due to the hanging bridge, exciting tho and we were a bit far from the main area but other than that we enjoyed our stay. We slept.well and no untoward incident. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will surely go back and stay again! Kudos to the manager and staff!

Subpar concierge. You might as well replace the front of house with the hospitable bellhops. Bad vibes all over.

Old school ang door lock. Late check-in na kame hindi parin naka ready ang room at hindi naman inadjust ang check-out namin. Buti nalang malapit sa restaurants at tour spots yung hotel kaya sa labas nalang kame gumala at kumain.

They surprised me with Birthday greetings and cake with all the crew as soon as they knew that it was my special day that day and they treat me as special.

The atmosphere of the resort is like in Santorini, Greece. I love the structure and the architectural design. It is nice for famiky or honeymooners. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Cool place and overlooking Taal Lake.

The hotel is outdated. Not worth the price. Do not get rooms in the Santorini area. It's TOO far from the lobby. They have golf carts that can bring you to that area but it's only until 9pm. Beyond that then you'll have to walk.

Room: There is a noticeble gap between the door and the door frame. The TV in the room is very small. The towels are old. The toiletries are so-so. The bathroom smelled odd. Water pressure was strong though.

Communication: There is no network signal in the rooms and no WiFi either. WiFi is only available in the lobby and coffee shop. The landline to call the front desk sometimes doesn't work.

View: No view from the veranda. You have to go outside and up the rooftop to see the amazing view.

Menu: Doesn't look appetizing. Breakfast was okay, we had tapa and bacon at almost 300 pesos each.

Staff: Friendly. I think this is the only redeeming factor of this hotel.

It was okay. The entrance is not so nice but if you enter to their receiveing area, it was nice. Their rooms are divided into group of small houses. The admin building is where the conference room and dining was located. There were also rooms inside andba six ft 10m round pool. A few walks reveal rooms with balcony and a wide grassy area where outdoors activity may also be conducted. Next to it is a pool with landscapes and more rooms. Then once you reach the view of taal, they have rooms overlooking the lake next to starbucks in santorini style. A golf cart is available but walking would really hurt a bit as the slope of the mountain requires endurance.

We stayed at their santorini-themed room. For senior citizens it will be a long walk going to the room, but they have an electric vehicle to accomodate guests. Price is affordable.

Place is good for group meetings or team building but not for seniors since rooms are fare apart from coming the main hall

A good haven for relaxation if you want to get away from the busy buzzing sound of the city traffic. We had a great view of Taal volcano while having our hot tea on a breezy cold morning. The food was okay, it could still be better. The bathroom was spacious and clean. We had an affordable massage service inside our room that made us so relaxed in a comfy bed all through the night.

Ang layo ng sleeping place sa main building nila. Food is not that good mas masarap pa kumain sa Fast food.parang haunted hotel.

The service was excellent. Staff were very accomodating and always have a smile. The in-house movies were good; in-room facilities need upgrades though - TV needs to be upgraded to USB 3.0 capabilities, heaters only heat up to room temp, needs to be checked. No safe, slippers and robes provided. If you need a pair of slippers, you would need to buy it for 15 php - slippers are very thin and you wont be able to use it outside or even in the bathroom.
Wifi not available. We were told we need to rent a pocket wifi for 100php. We weren't able to request for a device they were all rented out.
Sadly, we will not recommend the place to our friends and will not be going back

The views are really nice.but the villas are reaaalllyyy spaced out, it involves some walking and stairclimbing to some extent. The nice rooms are down, but the main hall and dining are up. The elders who were with us had a hard time. The nicer and newer villas with better views are located down. They have a golf cart but the driver is only on call, and sometimes when you call, it doesn't come at all! You have to dial through the intercom to request for the cart. But don't count on it too much. Service at the dining hall was poor too. 7am and they still didn't have breakfast. They took our orders at 630am and it wasn't served until 830am. Some ordered fish at 630, and were only informed that it wasnt available at 830am. If you have food delivered at your villa (say, because you are quite old and aren't able to do the assault that often and because your villa is located down), they charge Php 500. So, yeah.

The place is generally okay. We only stayed overnight, which was a good thing because the air on was busted and it was way colder outside. The room smelled mouldy and activated my allergic rhinitis. We didn't bother to have our room changed because we were so tired and sleepy. On our way out to have dinner it as raining and the stairs from 03 leading to the lobby was wet and VERY SLIPPERY. My boyfriend slipped and went a few steps down, he was in great pain but no one was around to help us so we stayed there for a bit until he could walk. There was no signal in the room so we had to go out to get reception and it sucked that there was no internet. It was an ok stay but would never come back to this resort again.
