Eugenio Lopez Center reviews
53I really love the service very accommodating and the place is neat I will visit here more often
It's a new experienced for us, from location, rooms to the service. Excellent job. Thank you 5
I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel, from the moment I walk in the staff warm welcome made me feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable and elegantly designed, providing a relaxing after long day of exploring the city. The hotel's central location was perfect for accessing nearby attraction, and the weathering views from my room were an added bonus, I can't wait to return and experience the exceptional hospitality again.
There is nothing much more to say regarding of this place, I feel so relax and a very nice ambiance with a good service of the staff.
Consider factors such as location, amenities, service, cleanliness, food quality, and overall experience when reviewing a resort. Reading online reviews or asking for recommendations from others who have visited the Eugenio Lopez Center can also provide valuable insights.
The place is so nice. And having a cool ang beautiful place is so relaxing. I'm pretty amaze
My first impression about this hotel was marked by its attentive staff members. Whose warm welcome made us feel right at home.
This place is really great to have lunch or dinner! The view is amazing and the food is really delicious too! I love the Crispy Kare Kare & their Fried Chicken.
Very friendly staff, breakfast is good. The ambiance is a wower mapaDay time at night time (over looking Metro Manila Cityscape. The pool is clean, not deep. Thank you! We had a great time!
Very poor service and our refund is taking ages I do not recommend this hotel at all. And the pool is so dirty.
We just had lunch with my family and we love the place. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Food is good. Nice place to unwind.
We celebrated there during our wedding anniversary. It is a privately own restaurant with good overlooking wide view of Manila's cityscape.
I've always loved my visit to this place. However I did not like how we were served during our last yearend party by the waiter in the bar last Dec 3. It seems like we did not pay and we were just getting free drinks. I hope next time you would orient your crew that your customers even though they attended as participants in a party, PAID a huge amount of money and we do not deserve that kind of treatment by that crew. Para bang di kami nagbayad at libre lang ung kinukuha namin. Budget po namin ang ginamit for that party. Pakiorient ung mga service crews nyo.
Great for dining by couple or by group.
Recommended for people who wanted less crowded/ more peaceful environment.
Maganda ambience, yun ang binabayara kaya medyo expensive siya compared sa iba, pero masarap kasi mga chef talaga naluluto. Very pleasant ang mga waiters at staff. Maganda mag first date dito, sigurado matamis mong.ooh.
First, the toilet has no bidet. Although they provided a dipper, the sink was at the other end of the comfort room, which was quite inconvenient whenever we run out of water. Second, we booked for a queen-sized bed. So we were disappointed to discover that the "queen-sized" bed is actually two single beds put together. And by the next morning, there was this visible line in the middle of the beds. Third, one of the single beds had bedbugs. By the second night, we didn't use the blanket anymore and used it to cover the beds instead. Fourth, there were no available and accessible power sockets. There were two beside the door and just above the floor, and another two were inside the comfort room: one near the sink, and the other placed above the mirror which I couldn't even reach. So we charged our phones in the comfort room, taking turns. Fifth, their breakfast options. There's meat with egg and fried rice. No dessert, soup, salad, or fruit juice. Sixth, there was no thermos in the room, thus, there were no packs of coffee or tea as well. Seventh, only two pillows were provided, one each for me and my husband. Good thing I brought another pillow. Eighth, there was only one Wifi access for all guests. The Wifi also kept disconnecting. Since there was no separate Wifi for the room, we were unable to connect when there were a lot of guests. Ninth, the towels were so old that they were not as absorbent as they should. Tenth, we were provided with only one room key and the door has no double lock. Lastly, although the TV had cable, a lot of channels were not available. We love staycations, and sadly, our weekend staycation could have been better had we not tried this hotel and instead booked at our usual hotel in Antipolo.
The place has a very beautiful view of the whole metropolis.i can imagine how beautiful watching the sunset in the afternoon from this place.aside from the restaurant, this place has a church where you can attend the Sunday mass service.for mother's day, they jave the breakfast buffet and lunch buffet.by reservations only though.check their website for further details. Great ambiance. Tahimik since konti lang ang kumakain, maybe because lunch time and Friday. Food is good and staff are courteous. Place is great for special occasions. The view is awesome.
Nice view and gardens, meeting rooms are adequate but lots of room for improvement (faster and more stable internet, provide clicker and web call equipment). Food was okay, tho sometimes food was served late and there was no barista. We enjoyed having karaoke in their terrace.
Rooms are as advertised, tho the rooms are quite old and acoustics are weird (we could hear creaks), but overall could be a nice venue for retreats and reflections.
Food is a bit pricy but worth the quality. The place sits in a high elevation, Skyline clearly seen during sunset. Nice to take photos.
