We had difficulty finding the place, the road leading to it was practically a dirt road at the foot of the mountain. We had to sign a waiver before lining up at the payment window - about five metres away from the check in gate. The facilities were packed adjacent to each other: the covered activity/basketball court was right beside the first pool. Amidst large green plants, I saw a few gazebos dotting the main yard - with cooking grills, mind you!
Back to the covered court - well, it was completely dark at the time of our arrival (around 8: 30 p.m.). To the other side of this covered court one can find the buildings with rooms for rent. Btw, we didn't know that a room rental is requiredfor overnight pool use. Heck, we didn't have a choice, right? !?
Next the room (Molave-6), accommodates four persons. It costs Php 1,800.00, plus the 180-peso entrance fee per adult. Only children up to 4yrs.old are admitted free-of-charge.
The room was airconditioned, equipped with two double deck beds, a table with two chairs, a small bedside table; own bathroom - installed with a water heater. No TV, no wifi.

The great shocker was finding dead BUGS littering the floor of the CR/bath.and worse, the horror of seeing a COCKROACH casually crawling the wall when the resort staff opened the door to show us our room! Good thing they immediately swatted the poor crawler to its early demise.
Sorry, I was too hungry and tired and simply overwhelmed to take pictures - particularly upon discovering that it was hardwork searching for mobile phone signal INSIDE the room assigned to us!

The road to the resort from the national road is horrible. It didnt rain the day or night before we go there but it was all muddy and lots of potholes. Pools are nice and clean but the our room is like 100 meters away from our cottage which is a stuggle and the place has a lot of flies, like million of flies. Thats why all their cottages have a mosquito net-like protection. Staffs are a bit unwelcoming and we even caught one of their cashiers making faces as she turned around because we were asking if our team can do early check-in.

April 20,2019 ok na nmn po ang cottage na nakuha namin since nagpareserve na ako in advance ang advise ko lang give exact location ng mga guest na kumukuha ng tables kasi sinasakop na nila ang pwesto namin. Kung hnd pa ako nagsabi sa staff wala kikilos kahit na nakita na nila yung mga tao. Were here to enjoy hindi para maabala. Dahil sinakop na nila pwesto namin meron possibility kumuha sila ng gamit. Also the pool is not clean. Tnx

May 2 swimming pool na malaki, pwede mag ihaw, pwede over night, 180 per head sa adult, 150 sa kids, bawal magpasok ng alcohol pero pwede bumile kaso napaka mahal sa loob 1 liter ng empi lights 300. Pool nila sobrang tapang ng chlorine, slide nila kulang sa water para mas maging smooth ung slide ng kids. Shower rooms nila mahina abg tubig pero ok naman sa mismong inidoro. Parking dapat maaga ka para meron ka kasi kung di wala sila masyado space.

If youre thinking of renting rooms for overnight swimming, think again. Rooms are airconditioned but infested with many flies (near poultryfarm they said) that will go to your food. Parking is also very limited, the room reservation doesnt mean you also have room to park! We took almost 2 hours just to park inside coz it was packed and we keep waiting til the drivers drive out their vehicle to make room for newly arrived guest. And also their are separate fee paid per head for the swimming pool. Overall experience was not bad, there are many pools, fish spa, wall climbing, etc.

Good facilities but the roads going to the resort need to be improved. To attract more clients, there should be an effort between the barangay & the establishment to repair the roads. No man is an island, no man stands alone.

Sobrang daming Langaw dito. I repeat sobrang daming Langaw.binarangay ng langaw mga pagkain namin.sana namn get rid of the langaw.pero nice place at clean pool. Grabe lang talaga ang Langaw.

A very nice place to refresh yourself with cool water on a hot day. A very pleasant and easily accessible place.

The place is good, plenty of swimming pool to choose. Also, with kiddie pool and a ride for kids. With slides for the mid and adult pool and many cottage to choose. Only concern is the road constrains on the way going to the resort.

Sa loob ng resort, Convenient pag marami kang dalang gamit dahil may cart sila papunta kung saan, itutulak nalang ng staff nila yung nga gamit niyo. Maganda naman 'yung pool hahah, sana mamaintain din yung shower rooms

Lots of activities like wall climbing, fish spa pedicure whatever u call it, foam party every weekend at 3pm is a blast! 3 big swimming pools! 2 pools have slides. Very affordable.

Amazing experience to spend with all family- you can grill, cook your food and enjoy with all family memebers. Its really nice experience to spend with group/ family.

The resort has ample parking space. Rooms are not to die for. They're small. Drainage needs maintenance. The AC remote control isn't left in the room. You'd have to request for staff to come to your room to adjust the AC if needed. Your phone with IR blaster comes in very handy for the AC. Smart barely gets an LTE signal. The outdoor grill is for free use. The sari-sari store by the resort gate sells charcoal for grilling and tube ice for your drinks.

There's about 1 kilometer of loose soil that you'd have to walk or drive on going to the resort. It is very dusty during the dry months and can get you stuck in mud during the rainy season.

Best to have all of your food and other needs with you prior to getting to the resort to avoid having to go out during your stay.

Parking is limited and road going to this place is really rough. Watch out for potholes. Until it is fixed though.

It is one of the great place to relax for couples, families and friends. The venue may by a little bit pricey but it is all worth it. I highly suggest this place for night swimming.

Last time we were here, the pools are not that clean and there are a lot of visitors. There are a lot of amenities but the staff are not at their 100% I guess. Overall, it is still a good place to go for summer.

Spontaneous decision to go here since we were in Marikina area last Saturday night. Turns out great spontaneous decision.

1. Accessible thru public commute. From Marikina we took the jeepney to Montalban, then got off Patiis (landmark Seaoil). 16PHP from Marikina to Patiis. Then tricycle to the resort (14php each but if you'll opt for special trip, you'll pay 70php)

3. They have variety of pools to chose from. Lap pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi (which is not working), fish spa (which is weird since the kind of fish aren't the one for massage purposes)

Very affordable rates and very cozy rooms. Since it's public, pools tend to get dirty during the evening. The air conditioning in the rooms is great. Cottages are provided with power outlets. Can't comment on the activities as we haven't tried them during our stay.
