Isola Vista Beach Resort

The beachfront is an unmaintained area full of algae, sharp rocks/corals, and floating trash. The swimming pools are saltwater. The rooms feel stuffy and they removed the knobs for the aircon to save on costs. This resort has serious maintenance issues.

We are supposed to go here, but seeing the place first hand is a total disappointment. It's the best example of expectations versus reality. Pictures posted in their social media platforms are way off the actual look of the place.

Okay naman ung resort pero hindi well maintained. At ung mga water activities wala daw available kasi medyo pahapon na kami nagsabi, wala na daw ung driver ng bangka. Pools are okay but ung tubig ay tubig dagat din. Malinis ang dagat pwedeng pwede maglakad kahit walang sapin sa paa. May mga isda ka ding makikita sa ilalim. Bonus pa is nakakita kami ng malaking Turtle sa dagat.

It was nice but wasn't maintained at all. It wasn't cleaned especially the shower rooms! Piles of shampoo sachets are all over the floor and wherever I go, some corners smells. ALSO, we got there when it was evening and we experienced TWO Black outs! I think they have a problem with their power supply bcos when we were about to go out at 1am (for our next destination) we saw an electric fan that's infront of their fuse or electrical panel or something. I think it's bcos it is heating up! I didn't wanna make it look that bad but, this is what i've just experienced.

Filthy, as in. Rooms are so-so. Pay 3K for a room na mukhang cheap pa sa murnag motel sa Manila.

Hirap ng parking, malayo sa kabihasnan. Pero may credit card terminal sila. Walang ATM na malapit sa bayan pa mga 1 hour away.

Mabait yung ilang staff.

Not what I expected the place to be. Their walls in the rooms are really thin. The toilet and bathroom are NOT clean, waters are leaking and broken shower heads. They don't even bother to do a pest control in the resort. Cockroaches are everywhere: (

There are many rooms in this resort, also has swimming pool with sea water just in beach front, nice view when you enjoy swimming pool, they also provide water activities with reasonable price.
But if we talk about room, that's really not good with high price, the room is not big, only one bed, there is nothing else, the shower room is also very simple, the floor is also not flat because for better water drainage, but that's dangerous when you first step into the shower room with wet floor, I slippee because of this problem…
Double bed room charged 3500 Peso for one night, such room quality is not match with the price.

Okay naman yung place.combination ng dagat at pool.yung tubig sa pool galing din ata sa dagat kasi maalat.wala sila masyadong crew.
Location, malayo sa bayan.so, bring ready to eat food or mga lulutuin.
Walang sandbar so don't expect. After ng pool, dagat na.medyo mabato yung dapat.

It took us about 4 hours to reach Isola Vista Beach Resort in Tabangao, Batangas. We were assigned rooms on the third level and we did not have much of a problem maneuvering my wheelchair-bound mom to our rooms. It's nice to have a spacious area outside our rooms where we can cook, eat together or just hang out enjoyng the ocean breeze. Luckily, we also rented the adjacent room, otherwise we would need to share this area with another group of customers. There is also a shared area for grilling. They have three pools right next to the sea. They also have an artificial water falls. But if you are expecting to walk by the beach - as in on a sandy shore, then you will be disappointed as there is none of that. To get to the sea, you just need to get across a concrete wall separating one of the pools from the sea. Upon stepping to the other side, you are instantly into waist-deep of seawater. There you can swim to a nearby floating bamboo raft, do some snorkeling, rent a banana boat ride, etc.

Rooms are a bit small with thier own CR. Pools is filled with sea water. Beach front is very small and very Rocky. Suggest to wear beach shoes. Banana ride was ok

I'm the place is okay but can become even better. Pool was full of leaves although is was fresh sea water a clean pool would be lovely. No sand all rocky places and have limited lightning at night

- Pure accommodation lang ang binayaran mo. Pagdating sa resort at pagbigay nila ng susi sa iyo bahala ka na sa sarili mo.
- Medyo rusty na ang ilang parts ng room like door and windows, including the railings of the balcony and stairs.
- Nakakatakot yung isang unit ng stove a pinarerentahan for the guests parang anytime sasabog. Puputok putol kapag hininaan ang apoy.
- Walang sumasagot sa FB Messenger. Hindi nakontak ang mobile number.
- We enjoyed the Banana Boat.
- We spent most of our stay sa balsa na nasa bandang malalim.
- Maganda ang tubig ng dagat kahit yung part na malapit sa resort ay sobrang sharp ng mga dead corals and pebbles.
- I also like the idea of the pool with salt water
- Pool tends to be crowded since maraming rooms for Accomodation and they also allow day tour.

Yung bed grabe nakakatakot, unting galaw parang lumilindol.

Sakto lang yung, yung ganda ng place, 7ft pinaka malalim na pool area, mas suggested ko na mag dala kayo ng marami uling and gamit sa pag luluto hahaha my ketchen area sila, yung public CR NILA MEDYO TAGILID MAHINATUBIG AND SIRA PINTO MAS OK KUNG MAYOS YUN
*TUBIG ALAT ANG POOL AND WALA SILA TIME LIMIT SA POOL AREA KAYA MAS OK DIN SULITIN MO NA LANG TALAGA
*KUNG KUHA KA NG ROOM SIGURADUHIN MO NA MAY DALA KA MAKAPAL NA KUMOT OR JACKET HAHAHA

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I cant stress how awesome the staff was during my visit. They did everything we asked. The resort was aged and under renovation during my visit only reason I'm not giving 4 stars. I really enjoyed my stay.i would definitely recommend.

Overall okay, 3pools, but place have been expanded with more rooms so if full or so, space could be cramped, in pool and around, we spend evening, night and a day in pool. Bring enough towels, bbq coals and own drinks to reduce need to travel around for additional

Place is decent, rooms are just right. To enjoy the place you need a little bit of preparation primarily the food, they do not have a menu and serve but there are nearby local stores just outside. The best thing of this place is their good saltwater pools for all ages. They've also got this 7ft pool, an instagrammable 'hanging shark' and beach side terrace. There are also various fun activities such as the banana boat ride. Don't forget, they've got an amazing coral reefs that you should not miss which snorkelers and divers will definitely enjoy.

We went to this place so i can bring my infant to a pool with sea water on it.

Stiff stairs. Not good for elderly with poor eyesight and balance. Might have injuries.

Staff are friendly and offers nice discounts. And suggests which space good for you.

Bbq area very far from cabins and pool with stiff and narrow stairs and walk ways.

Needs more cleaners for we went there with dog poop on the pool area. Or maybe needs the staffs to be more attentive.

Nice experience. Beach front area very limited.
And full of sharp rocks.

Better to go during non windy days or no waves day.

The place is so far. Sea Water is already dirty. Didnt enjoy swimming in the sea. But the pool is worth it. Instagram worthy resort and pool. Just dont mind the beach.

Resort is ok for me. Not serene though cause they play loud music in the morning til night. Pool is salt water and somehow dirty. I only enjoyed the 7 ft pool because I don't have to touch the tiles. They have a grilling and cooking area which is nice. Toilet and bath in room is not clean.
