The place is awesome!

Got the cottage for the night, free use of the open kubo by the beach. Got to change to the floating kubo the next day, for free!
Staff were great, they cook amazingly too.
The location is nice. Clean and refreshing. The with Calatagan beaches is that the water is too far away from the beach during low tide so you have to walk around 10mins to get to waist deep water.
All in for this place, 8/10

Very accomodating staff, may maarte lang talaga na kasabay namin na nag camp that time. Overall its a thumbs up!

I just want to share our experience in this beach camping site in Calatagan, Batangas named LACHICA BEACH CAMP last weekend. This is to warn people about going there. We came Friday afternoon and it was nice on that day until Saturday daytime because there were no other campers but us. When the other campers started coming, by Satuday evening the situation became really bad, the worst camping experience we ever had. The campers who came were so loud, laughing, talking, and singing altogether on top of their voices even when it was already 2 in the morning. They were also drinking alcohol until morning. Two management personels only came 2x when we called them by 12 midnight and around 2 pm but they couldn´t control their noises. The management tried to move them away from us by making a bonfire a few meters away from the tents but we can still hear their loud music and voices. By 4 a.m, another group right next to our tents started cooking and eating breakfast and talking, calling each other, and laughing with their loud voices as if no one is sleeping at 4 and 5 in the morning and they also have their upbeat music so loud from that hour and on. There was no management personel who came that time to stop them from playing their loud music or from being loud when people are trying to sleep. It was a real bad experience. Nobody was able to sleep well and my kids were crying and scared especially when the drunkards tried to have a fight with me and were cussing. It was just plain poor management by not having strict rules about noices during sleeping hours and they allow drunkards in the area where families with young children camp and not able to control campers like that. There was also loud Kareoke until midnight in the nearby neighbor by Saturday night on top of all that. Also, they don´t haveindoor shower. They only have one bathroom for each gender and only have outdoor showers. Anyway, I hope this helps when you are thinking of going there.

Mababait yung mga staffs and malinis yung place. Camping during weekdays is great. Solo ko yung buong lugar. Lucky me?
