11Max’s is old time favorite. When I was young, we went to Max’s on special events. Now there’s Max’s in places I go whether on special events or whatever occasion.
Food is not the same as before. Seems like the staff are ignoring customers purposely. The staff were not attentive we had to call them a lot of times just to get their attention. Tables were not set we had to ask for placemats utensils and plates when the food arrived.
Seafood pancit is salty and doesn’t seem to be freshly cooked. It was served cold. I guess you’ll come here just for the chicken but the rest are just so-so.
I believe they've still maintained the quality of the food, but not the service, very slow. Also, their restroom isn't well maintained.
Very poor service. Staffs are not courteous and lazy.
Two times experienced to take out chicken and they forgot to include the ketchup even both times i told it before they pack. I am not sure if those incidents are intended.
Good Customer Recovery - I ordered for a package meal for take-out, then after half an hour I went back to pick-up my order.
When I got home, I noticed that they missed out the drinks which is included on the package. So, I went back after 2 days to raise my concern. Luckily, the staff-in-charge was aware on the incident and gave what is due to us.

We ordered amounting to 1300 for kare2 and crispy pata using our credit card. After waiting for an hour, the rider delivered just the kare2, and when I chkd again on my order, it then said that the crispy pata is no longer available. Geez, u might very well know that it's for dinner. If an item is no longer available, then remove it from the list like other resto does on food panda. Now I have to pray that it gets refunded back to my account wen to my few experiences like this, none has been refunded. More so, the rider normally contacts us to inform us that it's no longer available, this one didn't do that. What if that's all that's left on my credit, will it mean we won't eat for the night? Just saying though.
Ordered Bulalo, everything was okay however the corn was still uncooked. Ask for another corn since its my favorite however they still serve not well cooked corn.
The service wasnt good at all. There was a lot of waiters yet they just pass by. The food is nice, but better try other branch of Max's if you want nice food and good sercvice.
They have good selection of food and can serve vegetarians (Tofu Bowl, Oriental Lumpia).
The servers are quick to assist and serve.
We tried their all day breakfast selection and it was good. We also ordered sizzling tofu which i really miss for so long but i was disappointed because it was too dry.
