There was no provision for a massage when booking in Agoda. Since the website advertised wellness and massage we thought that there will be enough for all. It was a major epic fail since the place was pretty far and we travelled for a place that was so ordinary if not for the spa that we did not experience. So, we ended up staying in a room where the tv was not working.

The resort wanted me to pay the massage package that I didn't even recieved yet. I've told them that I'm not comfortable paying for the service that I haven't received yet. What happens to the money that I pay if the service doesn't go through.

Rest room stinks. Literally hard to breathe dense urine air.
Food are just Instagramable but not really good. This is a good example of "digital marketing in action".
Not going back.

Thumbs up if you agree!

Good ideas but lacks in execution. Had the worst experience ever in a colon cleanse there. Therapist had no clue what she was doing and kept shaking her head when I tried to ask questions about the procedure. She kept saying the tools were broken.went in and out more than three times.before finally saying she had to go to the bathroom herself and left me stranded! I was about to leave when another therapist came in and said the solution had spilled.but at least finished the job.

The food was real bad (we were served leaves + actual vinegar and the smallest portion of salmon I’ve ever seen) and now Farmers Table opened.it looks beautiful but sadly the food still disappoints (ordered the langka curry - watery, tough and hard veg)

In a previous visit, the owner approached us to offer a voucher due to the ongoing construction. They took my email but sadly this voucher was never sent.

We tried contacting through their website and using their numbers, there was just no reply what so ever. We actually went there to try to book manually. The staff said we should have called and gave us a flyer but we already told them that we tried to multiple times before and never ever gotten a reply. By the looks of the staff, he was just clueless and told us to book again next time. We were devestated, how can we book again if you do not reply? We also sent an email and noone reply. As a reviewer, I will have to give a 1 star as the staff did not help much. The view I got to see was the parking and reception desk. Please reply to our emails and answer our calls or try to fix your websites.

We reserved through phone call/text and got the confirmation for the same. We then proceeded to purchase the klook voucher which we already informed the reservation desk over the phone. When we got there, they told ua there's no reservation. When we talked to the manager, he told us that they cancelled the reservation because they did not receive the klook confirmation cose from us. But the reservation officer never once asked for the confirmation code nor informed us of the cancellation. This ruined our whole weekend schedule. Wasted time, effort, no real solution from the Nurture was provided to mitigate the situation.

There was electric shock in the shower. My kids were in the bath tub when my daughter said that she was feeling some electric shock. So I told them to get out. I checked and there was indeed electric shock. The maintenance guys couldn’t repair it. What if my children were electrocuted? This could have turned into a disaster.

Went here for a mental detox, as advertised they are a wellness resort yet I exprienced a nurture stressful village rather.

We availed the "Romantiko Package" which was the best and priciest package for couples as we want to have the best experience we could have.

The check-in process was horrible, we arrived around 1pm, and we understood that the room is still available 2pm onwards so we proceeded to dine at their in-house restaurant, there was a waiting list and we asked if they could prioritize in-house guests but they did not allow. It was fine, we waited. 2pm came and still waiting for both our room and the restaurant for us to have lunch. We went again to the front desk and asked if the room was ready and told us to wait, I said ok, and finally a table was available around 2pm, still no room. We had lunch and it was good but the restaurant was crazy packed. After lunch we went again to the front desk and asked if the room is already ok but we were told to wait again, frustrated at this point. Other guests that came later than us got their rooms earlier and us who availed their premium package was the last, it's almost 4pm this time and we just checked-into our room. The room was ok, a bit underwhelming but ok. There were bugs under the pillow but I just brushed it all since I'm already exhausted.

We had a massage/treatments booked in our private spa under our villa and it was really good. Except for the annoying loud noise coming for the residential area beside the resort, it sounded like a chainsaw that was extremely loud. Masseuses apologized and told us they could not control the noise outside, I said it's fine and it's not really their fault. The whole spa experience was good apart from the noise.

A private dinner was set up for us (included in the package) our waiter/butler was very good in his job, hands down. Food was good as well.

Upon going back to our villa a large tree branch fell infront of me which almost injured me, I told the front desk about the situation and just told me that she would have it checked. Woke up next day, still there, no apologies, no actions. Na-da.

Breakfast was good, their restaurant serves really good food but always packed.

Check-out again was a mess and still no feedback about the fallen tree branch.

Parking was horrible, we witnessed cars with angry drivers that almost hit each other since the roads are very small.

Staffs are borderline unaccommodating.

I went to to de-stress but went home more stressed.

I would have given the Nurture Wellness five stars if it wasn't for the Farmer's table poor customer service. We ordered an entree and it took them 45 minutes (after we have followed up, mind you via going personally to the bar since no one is looking at where we are seated which is near the pool area) to tell us that this is not available. This has caused us to lose our appetite and delay our oral medications that cant be taken on an empty stomach. We have then opted to just bill out and after 20 more wasted minutes, I had personally gone to the cashier just so we can expedite the process since our bill payment has not been processed, not shockingly. Something is wrong with the customer service of the Farmer's table and it seems the management is just in disarray when it is packed with customers. Everything else (massage, therapists, rooms, Nurture wellness personnel) was good which is such a shame as it could have been an overall great experience for us if we did not encounter that kind of service from their partnered cuisine provider.

It is relaxing, quiet, peaceful and close to nature. However, there are many mosquitoes and insects all over the place (inside the room as well). Massage is below average. I have a knot under my shoulder bones, so it is often hard to reach. But overall the experience is good.

A garden spa like some others. I will not give a good review because they lack a lot of signages. There was none at all, infact. The Nurture wellness spa is on the left of the road but the Nurture Farmacy which they also own is on the right. NO SIGNAGES WHATSOEVER. We had to ask every one on the road like every block. Even waze tells us 2 destinations (the spa and the farmacy). What happens if there are some guests not using waze or out of wifi? Bad experience for me for a first time.

The tranquility of the surroundings, the finest service, the feel of the nature, the very healthy and nutritious dishes and drinks. To add is the finest service and attentive attendants of the therapists.

Sulit at relaxing. We checked in at the glamping area where we had bonfire and marshmallows. The dinner was sumptuous. Breakfast was buffet style because there were 20 people above who checked in. The 30minute massage that was included in the package was relaxing. Will go back

If having massages is your thing this might be the perfect place for you. Outside of the hustle & bustle of the city, drive to get away & relax. They have multiple packages to select from. You can even schedule a day trip and then move to your choice of hotel.

This place is the perfect cure for city overload. Spend the day, spend the night or just get a massage. The staff here are super accommodating and the facilities are well maintained and cared for.

Clean facilities and the staff are friendly and accomodating. I love the massage. I love the food and the price is okay. The atmosphere is calm and very green and perfect for vacation

Nice place for family members to spend time together. I appreciated the bonfire experience especially for the children. However, massage services close too early at 9.00pm and dining orders are only up to 9.00pm as well.

Walked in for a spa treatment. Place looks fine. Relaxing surroundings. The spa room is ok but the bathroom needs renovation and redesign it looks messy. You will be paying for the ambiance here coz the service is just ok, nothing special and over the top.

Serene ambience. Massage rooms need a little updating. A/Cs are dilapidated, no soap in the bathroom. Massage itself is so-so.
