All of the staff are helpful, with special mention to Ms. Jonah and Ms. Allen. Ms. Jonah always entertains with smiles on her face, while Ms. Allen always fixes my glasses with precision and care.

Went above and beyond! Consistent customer service from all branches. I just wanted to tune up my glasses but they took it upon themselves to change the pads, polish, and even straightened things out. Thanks! Will certainly get more from them.
