Taal Bayview Bistro reviews
28They have excellent and affordable menu. The location is great, it is not in a crowded area. Judt perfect for a peaceful meal.
Always good for group especially for family and friends. They also have small function/meeting rooms you can rent out for private gatherings.
Generally, food is good & staff are attentive. Downside is they don't serve alcoholic beverages.
Loved the landscape of the resto; requests for succeeding fillings on foods and beverages from attendees are easily attended to; however, don't understand separate billings for electricity, decors, foods and beverages, rtc
Food was good, just not sure if we came at a bad time or what. After ordering, the food was served like he was so fed up with everything. Just set them down and didn't even bother to ask any follow up questions or confirm if the order was correct. Just set them down and left hurriedly. Then it took about 30 mins before we could get our bill because they forgot. I had to keep coming back to the counter for the bill.
I hope he's alright, maybe it was just a bad day for him. Never even got his name
Everytime my family visits Taal, we would drop by Taal Bayview Bistro for lunch. The food is good and reasonably priced. The service time may take a while because the place is usually full especially on weekends.
You never go wrong with authentic places like Taal Bistro. We had the seafood kare-kare, Tanigue Sinigang, Bistro chicken and sisig. They were all delicious. The Tanigue in the Sinigang was a bit dry. That's the only complaint food wise. I had a few Seafood kare-kare and this is the best so far. Chicken has original barbecue sauce that is not sour, just delicious. The sisig was tasty and spicy as expected. Unfortunately a fly dropped in a drink and they gave it free although we were almost done. Kudos for service.
The place is nice, most of the food we ate is good, the seafood pansit canton is delicious, the Bistek is no good it's sweet
Food quality and serving portion are very good. Great venue for family meals. And the PWD accessibility is definitely a plus.
We frequent this place especially for family lunch (or dinner). It's a good place if you are a big family and enjoy all-time Filipino food. BUT, everything is salty. Mura ang asin sa Taal. It's not just "season to taste", it's too salty and too much sodium for your body. Bad. Why not take it easy on the pan, and then just put shakers on the table, we can decide on the level of alat.
Great venue for events or having group lunch/dinner. Food is great! And the serving is generous.
A wide array of food choices available. Prices are affordable and servings are big. Service a bit slow maybe because food is cooked upon ordering but the taste makes up for the waiting. Parking available.
The place has a good ambiance and relaxing. The food taste great and good for the buck. Good for family dining and special special celebration.
A good place to dine in Taal. We tried the Bistro Platter for lunch which is good for 2 pax which is not bad for its price considering the cozy atmosphere.
Loved the food and ambiance here. We tried their bistro chicken (highly recommended), ensaladang taal and tapang taal and enjoyed them all. There's a garden behind the restaurant that adds to the relaxed atmosphere. Parking was not an issue.
Favorite place to gather up family dinner. Very spacious and you really gonna love the food and the ambience when eating on their balcony. We are a customer for many many years and food is great.
Nice price and enough food for everyone. Friendly and attentive service. All ages welcome, with a playground and nice photo spots around back.
Food taste good. Have waited for 30mins for our food to be served. The place is cozy. And there's a huge parking area.
We had our wedding reception here. The food was great, so was the service. Our guests exceeded the number we reserved for but they handled the extra 100 people very well. Our guests were happy with the reception and it made our wedding extra special without costing too much. And, oh.the set up was also beautiful.
The place feels like home. They have a wide selection of Filipino dishes to choose from. Sweet and sour fish is good. But the rest of the foods that we ordered doesn’t taste really natural. Salty and not well sautéed. The place is near the cathedral and the historic Caysasay church. The staff are friendly and very patient with our requests.
