4The sunsets here is beautiful and its private place for owners. Good for walking and do your jogging. And for relaxation away from busy and noisy city
Run down, low water pressure, old furniture, old appliances-youre better off renting a hotel room at these rates. The only redeeming factor here is the outdoor space-big pool, big garden, well-kept landscaping. The inside has seen better days, was probably impressive 20 years ago but nowadays, the peeling, water stained walls, ripped curtains, old mismatched furniture makes you feel like you're paying too much for what this place offers. At almost 90k for 3 nights you would expect a better experience, the kitchen has old appliances, old pots and pans and old stove (the original stove is not working so a table top stove was just placed beside it for the tenant). Bathrooms are old with low water pressure. Prepare to flush the toilets upstairs with a bucket. Air conditioning is strong throughout at least but hard to adjust since only one remote works for all. Caretaker is very helpful and kept place relatively clean but this place needs more than a cleaning, it needs a renovation or much, much lower rates to keep people coming back. Wont book here again.
