Pros:
1. Place is well maintained, clean
2. The ambiance is good, good aethetics, with infinity pool

4.responsive on fb, which made us decide to stay here (first time in Infanta, Quezon)
5. The bed sheets are clean
6.resort is easy to navigate to, with signage in front
7.with ample parking
8.well lit during night time

Cons:

1.pricey - paid a total of 9.2k php for 1 night stay @ deluxe room + 3hrs advanced check in for 6pax

2.unwelcoming staff - we did not expect the traffic will be light thus we arrived 3hrs early. We were on the parking carrying our bags when they came and seemed too shocked/unhappy to welcome us and started babbling about extra charges (we need to pay the daytour daw kasi maaga kame or extra charge sa room) etc etc.which are ok with us, i just told the manager -"Mam sige po walang problema sa extra charges papasukin nyo muna kame kasi ang bigat nitong mga bags puro senior citizens ang kasama ko'. Fyi, we paid the extra hours for the room. The extra payment is not the issue for us but the poor atittude of the staff na parang nagrereklamo simula ng dumanting kame hanggang makapasok. One of the male staff even asked loudly as if we are not there 'oh ano ba yan bakit ang aga magcheck in diba dapat 12nn pa' the lady staff answered 'may bayad sila extra'. In short, Kulang sa discretion.

The only helpful/accommodating staff for us is lolo na taga walis sa area, and kuya long hair attending the bar.

3. No hot shower

4.extra payment if you will use the kitchen 1k/day - so we just used the griller (free) and ate take outs (from jolibee) because we had no choice dahil walang restaurant

Summary - overall, we had a pleasant stay naman. But we moved to another adjacent resort on the next day. I'd say there are better options in the area with more professional and accommodating staff

For day tour nag bayad lang kmi ng 200 per head. Free na yung cottage️. Mahirap yung signal Pero malinis yung resort️. Super Affordable️
Maganda naman yung place, yung dagat lang nung pumunta kami medyo malakas yung alon and mabato.rates are as follows:

For overnight
1. Villa (P3,500) for 3 pax; max of 8 pax (with extra pax charge)

2. Deluxe (P5,000) for 4 pax; max of 6 pax (with extra pax charge)

3. Dorm (P8,000) for 7 pax; max of 14 pax (with extra pax charge)
; (12,000) for 14pax

Extra person charge in excess of the allotted number per room is P500/head

Entrance fees are free for overnight stay.
Check in time is 12nn and check out time is 10am.

We went there walk-in but it is not peak season and as expected it is not crowded. I suggest better to ask their page first if you're going especially if you're from somewhere far away.

Love the resort however we had a problem with the pricing since they promised us a specific amount and when its time to check out the pricing changed its a good thing that we have a screenshot of transaction please fix, and also the jacuzzi were already there swimming in the pool but the jacuzzi they wont turn it on unless you ask them and about the heater of jacuzzi its not working.

Average resort at best. Rent the place and all their rooms but they still accept day tour eventhough we rented the whole place (weird) so there are still strangers going in and out of the place … They disconnected the wifi next day and their check out is 10 so you dont have wifi … and the signal there is bad … aircon in the deluxe room is weak the beach here is murky color of the sand is brown not good for swimming much.i wont recommend this resort for anyone … so many things to complain about this resort … find another resort if you want to be happy

Just got back from Infanta/Real. So glad I booked here.clean and nice resort.loved the pack of resort dogs, friendly to the guests, owners were nice as well. Nice place and subtle, not like the resort next door with the giant tacky cement sign.

Tiny but quaint and clean resort. The staff are really nice! Although the sea was rough when we visited

ps. Pets are not allowed and they don't have a restaurant at the resort

A bang for the buck

Found this place last minute due to a bad experience from a different booking. Owner and staff were super accommodating despite the last minute notice. This place is a gem!
- super clean (they were cleaning the place almost every hour)
- AMAZING HOSPITALITY!
staff were so nice & helpful they assisted us around as we struggle to cook, and also they have all the basic kitchen equipment. Hope people will not abuse their kindness as we saw how hard they try to maintain this resort as clean as possible and for everyone to have a good time.
- swimming pool is treated & cleaned every night
- a very relaxing place to catch the sunrise & sunset by the beach!

Definitely my favorite resort and my happy place! The place is clean, beautiful, peaceful, relaxing, and all the staff are friendly and accommodating! I will never get tired of visiting this place.

I'm giving this place a perfect 5 star if only there's 10 star I won't hesitate to give a 10 star. This place is a WOW. Highly recommended, the staffs are very well accommodating. I love this place even though they just struggled from the storms. You can see that they are coping up. God Bless Tres Pinos and Keep Up your Good and Positive Reviews

Premium looks resort, not crowded placed. Cheap entrance as well as cottage, comfort room are working well. With a good customer service, they are willing to attend to your vacation needs. Value for money.

I like the place with its clean amenities. I would love the resort more if they can accept guests beyond 5PM.
