Villa Escudero Plantations and Resort

The buffet lunch is delicious. The traditional dance performances at 2pm was surprisingly impressive. Apparently local students have to study most of the dances in school. Highly recommended

Superb service. Has done a great improvement. Food is excellent. Traditional filipino flavor and taste.
If you want to experience authentic filipino dishes from breakfast, lunch and dinner this is the place to go.
Other items on the menu are affordable. Brewed coffee and hot choco served during breakfast are from real coffee beans and tablea. No sugar added at all.
The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Went across for a quick day trip pass to experience the sights, sounds and foods. Villa escodero did not disappoint. Regardless of the constant on and off rain, we still had a fantastic experience with the staff taking care of us at every step of the way. Our only regret is that we didn't come in earlier to do everything we wanted to do here. Will definitely be coming back! Must visit when you are going to the Philippines, even for just a day trip.

This is a great place for vacations and family gatherings. Nature surrounded and everything is peaceful. The serenity and calmness is excellent. The staff is very friendly, accomodating, and dedicated. The place is just perfect. It's worth coming back.

Beautiful place. Great bonding place for family. There's a lot of activities to do from early morning 'til midnight. Great for pictures, nice food, friendly staff, wide parking space and gorgeous ambience. Recommended

Always bring face mask and face shield. Bring phone with data (smart, globe signal is bad) has a qr app to register and enter. Overall good experience during the pandemic.

Surprised it's still an excellent staycation place after a generation. Great well maintained facilities, awesome and accomodating staff and service, good rooms (long house non aircon) and a new camp ground. Lots of stuff to do.

Some minus points for, a bit over crowded during weekends due to day trippers. And mediocre food if you're vegan/vegetarian (you mostly get just a salad, soup and fruit - once there was an extra pasta and they had veg in the buffet which is good). This is true in most rurals in the Philippines but unfortunate here since all food is included with the package. Hopefully, their chef can learn how to cook plant based meals.

One of the best nature resorts in the Philippines, lovely eating area along the falls and running river. The staff is the friendliest and most accommodating. I will go back again and again. Great for family vacation and relaxation!

It is so relaxing to have buffet lunch with your feet soaked in the running water coming from the waterfalls. They have finished the new swimming pool for both adults and kids to enjoy! The views of the river and trees are still amazing!

Well spent weekend, nice view and service but needs more improvement on food at the buffet. But all in all, satisfied customer here.

Chill place with lake, mountain view, falls, museum, and pool. Food choices are above average. There are resting places all over the area. Plantito/as would love this place.

- Food is delicious. The staff is very considerate about the food they serve especially if someone has an allergy.

The place is nice, clean and safe. Staff and crew are very accommodating and considerate. We really enjoy our overnight stay.

Well organized and all the staff are courteous. The cultural show brings back memoirs of who Filipinos are that I'm proud of. Keep up the good work and definitely added to my vacation list till next.

We have stayed at the Villa Escudero 2 times in the last year and had a pleasant experience. Once in the Presidential Suite (a stand alone room on the water) and then with family in a cabana next door also on the water. On our third time we invited our family to enjoy what we thought was the same set of rooms only to find ourselves in an upper apartment (also on the water). The stairs were very steep and we found our rooms to be cool and comfortable but full of ANTS. The closets had no hangers for our clothes and while we were told that we would a hot pot for drinks there were none. We asked that these things be corrected along with a beeping fire alarm but it is now evening and no one has come to help. We just went in to take a shower before going to bed and found that these two rooms have no hot water capability, This is a 2 star hotel and we are paying more than we did last night at a 5 star hotel. We asked the management for a remedy but were found wanting. NEVER AGAIN. You were warned.

They offered filipino delicacies for lunch buffet at waterfalls, swimming pool and jacuzzi are also available.

A place worth- visiting! I really commend the staff, very accommodating, cordial, and helpful, especially for the senior citizens. Collections of antiques, sights/places to go around within, cultural show presented. AMAZING!
