My wife and I stopped by to check out the "Anytime Fitness" facility and decided to join. The parking is under the building, so in the event of inclement weather you can access your vehicle without getting wet. Lots of friendly guards and well lit areas so you can feel safe and protected.

Maganda ang walter pero sa mga malalayo ang tirahan katulad ng dalig palikpikan sanpiro navitas mahal ang pamasahi 100pesos sana bayad na ginawa ang walter sobra layo

Best place for shopping here in this part of batangas, calatagan especially kung nag excursion pwede ka mamili dito dahil mas malapit kaysa magdala pa galing manila

Good mall and take Halo Halo ice cream from restaurant.

I've never been to other Waltermart establishments so im rating it 4 out of 5.
The grocery is quite good, they have different brands of essential stuff to choose from. They also have fresh produce (fruits, veggies, raw meat and fish). I like that they have imported brands of goods as well.
The establishment itself has fast food resto like greenwich, chowking, and Mang inasal. It also has turks, zagu, siomai house, redribbon, Chatime, etc, where you can buy snacks
There's also watsons, ace hardware, mercury drug store and BDO bank in the building. It's almost a 1 stop shop cause they have all the essential stores. What i dont like about it is the department store, few brands to choose from. Well, what can you expect, it's not as big as SM or Robinsons stores.
Overall experience is good, will definitely come back again, and I prefer going there than the nearby stores in Balayan.

The free WIFI is really slow. So slow couldn't connect. Other than that everybody was nice and friendly.

This place is OK and they have friendly Staff. Shout out kay Ate na nagbigay ng Plastic for the relief goods. You know who you are.

The place is already almost complete. There's grocery, fastfood and department store. There are a lot of food stalls too. There's Greenwich, Chowking, Chatime, etc. The grocery is big and spacious. What's so good with the grocery is you will also be able to use your SM advantage card to earn and redeem points. There's also Watson inside. Almost like a mall na talaga, I think kulang nalang is cinema heheheh

We did a vlog in Waltermart Balayan, People are nice and it's the nearest Grocery / Supermarket in Balayan.

Some malls have trees beside parking areas to give shades. I think almost 85% of the vehicles in parking area were exposed in the sunlight that gives a hot temperature of the vehicles exposed.

Its quite small, but still its the first mall in the area. And its always full of people. Loved how i can now buy things that you cant normally buy in the public market

A new attraction in the town of Balayan. Just like other Walter in the country, it was small with few stores. Some available fast food chain here are Mang Inasal, Greenwhich, Chowking, Goldilocks and others. The mall is lack of clothing and shoes stores.

Convenient place to shop for basic items. However, the Cashiers at the Supermarket do not give exact change.

Mall with only the essentials: ATM machines, department store, appliance store, and some fast food chains.

Perfect hangout this summer. All facilities were serviceable, all areas were clean and well maintained with friendly and approachable grocery staff.
