Costa Pacifica

For the price, it's not worth it. Our room was priced at 10K, but it had broken amenities (exhaust fan and aircon not working) plus the fish pond in front of the room was green, dirty and smelly. There was also a lot of rust around the hotel.

Aside from that, bartender was really impolite, they didn't give us two key cards, and the shore of the beach was dirty. They charge you environmental fees, but they can't even clean the beach. Buffet was okay, but the bacon and sausages are very salty. Plus, I saw the person (making the juice for the buffet) dip his hands into the juice. Not sanitary.

Pool was great and the personnel who are in charge of towels and floaters was really kind.

Although I had issues with the amenities inside the rooms, the room itself was spacious (can fit a couple with two kids and a nanny) and housekeeping personnel were also respectful and kind. Kids can stay for free and they also have their own kiddie pool.

Bathroom has see-through doors, so if you are traveling with friends, it may be an issue. It has lots of outlets to charge gadgets and has a small fridge which cools drinks quickly.

There is also an outside patio to take in the beach breeze and hang wet swimwear.

The rooms are a bit old and need upgrading, though from what I know, it's already the best in Baler.

The service is good though. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

I booked suite for 3 days and gave us simple room for 2 days. Very poor hygiene in serving the food, plus in breakfast buffet flies make party. On Sunday one of the cook in egg preparation area weare to dirty blouse. Lady manager was very polite and helpfull. All mentioned are unacceptable for that category hotel. I already report to agoda which I made the booking.

Had supper here with friends. The food is very good and the atmosphere, sitting by the pool, is very, very nice.

From the staff and to the security guards is very accommodating, You will get the very best service on this hotel. Thank you Costa Pacifica!

It is what it is. The rooms are super dated with the aircons hardly cooling and signs of wear and tear. The pool is nice and comfortable to swim and restaurant is decent with an ok selection. Best hotel in baler but only a 3 star at best. 4 star it is no where close apart from the pricing which is 4 star prices.

The place and the ambiance and also the food is absolutely instagramable.

I am a beach person. And I love how they arrange this place. I can appreciate the beauty of the see through my windows.

We had a very bad experience checking in here at the front desk, the person who assisted wasn't very accommodating at all. When we came in to check the rooms available at 3 pm, the person at the desk said that the rooms are not available because they're not clean yet and did not give any options for us. We decided to leave as he did not give any resolution nor even offered other rooms and expect us we should proactively ask to wait. I thought this was highly recommended by a lot of people based on reviews online but was very disappointed with the kind of service they provide.

An overwhelming place like you don't want to leave this place. Finding it so relaxing and stress relieved for me and my husband.
People here and the staff are so approachable and very kind. And once you get here you will all see the beauty of nature and very refreshing.

They are currently fixing their pool but you can swim at Casita. Free shuttle service around. Free entrance and shuttle to Dicasalarin Cove too. Very friendly staff and everything is clean. Had a hard time booking at first but you just need to call them up and not rely too much with just emails. All in all, good stay and definitely will be back again.

Costa Pacifica is one of the beautiful resorts located just beside Sabang Beach in Baler, Aurora. It has cozy rooms and well-equipped with facilities.

We went here for a company outing and this place is really gorgeous. I am not a swimming type of guy but the pool and the beach is superb. Although the beach is not exclusive to the hotel so you will encounter a lot of people from around the area. The waves are good for practice surfing. The resort's greatest strength for me is its food. We were never disappointed with its food. You will really look forward to its buffet breakfast serving all kinds of breakfast from Filipino to Continental to Asian, you will never have enough.

The main building is at the beachfront and where all the amenities and premium rooms are. The other buildings just have normal rooms. Overall, it's a great place to stay and eat.

Stylish design, but the hotel is starting to show its age. Our aircon never cooled despite repeated requests for maintenance. Our room door had warped to the point that we had to kick or push it open/closed.

This place was amazing! The room was very clean and comfy. The staff were accomodating and surfing was the highlight of it all. We will definitely come back here!

Nice facilities. We spent new years eve here. The countdown party wasn't well organized but the polite staff made the experience worth it

My first time in Baler, so this is my first review of Baler and Costa Pacifica. Baler itself has very little or nothing to offer really, but as a resort it doesn't get any better than this. Great stay in large room with sea view etc. Nice pool too. We loved it.

I will definitely be coming back. Courteous staff, super accommodation, great amenities and good food. What more need you ask?
