We had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort for approximately two weeks, and our experience was truly exceptional. This Hilton property exceeded our expectations in every aspect, but what left the most lasting impression was the remarkable hospitality we encountered.

Throughout our stay, we consistently felt respected, acknowledged, and genuinely appreciated by the entire team. It's possible that the warmth and graciousness we encountered stem from the local culture and customs, but it was truly remarkable.

The staff at this property deserves special recognition. While I may not know the exact compensation they receive, it is clear that they go above and beyond in their roles. Mike at the concierge desk was a constant source of assistance and guidance, ensuring our needs were met. The team at the executive lounge consistently displayed respect and courtesy, and the spa staff, particularly Jepsie and the front desk crew, were incredibly helpful. It's safe to say they all deserve both higher compensation and promotions! You want to do all you can to keep these employees!

From the moment we arrived until our departure, our experience at this property was truly top-notch and unlike anything we've encountered at other Hilton properties, despite having stayed at numerous ones. There's something truly unique about the hospitality in this country, and it revolves around the incredible people who make it happen. In the United States, we often don't experience even a fraction of this genuine customer service.

These individuals and their dedication are the driving force behind the success of this establishment. As we bid farewell to the Hilton Clark Sun Valley, we leave with a sense of sadness that our stay has come to an end, but we also depart with a deep sense of inspiration for the future. Beyond just enjoying a pleasant vacation, we are taking with us a piece of the spirit of this remarkable country, and we hope to replicate it in our own businesses and local community.

Customer satisfaction is high, but I'm worried that prices have risen too much recently. Uchido is a good place because it's close to Clark.

Did my baby’s dedication in Xi restaurant and the food was amazing! All our guest enjoyed the food and the private hall.
The ambience was very classy and elegant.

I recently had a birthday party at Treats Bar Lounge. The experience was excellent, and the personnel was really accommodating. I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Denise, the hotel's general manager, Mr. Rein, and Ms. Tessa for making my birthday party feasible and memorable. They were really helpful and patient with us as we planned and prepared, and they stayed with us throughout the entire process.

Great place to escape and relax. Service is amazing, the food is scrumptious and the pool is impecable.
The only con is the lounge. They really need to hire proper mixologists who knows what a cocktail entails.

This Hilton is the worst experience every time you stay. Most issue are die to the front desk. I am a loyal Hilton customer and stay with them all over the world. If i were you though. Go elsewhere. Anywhere else.

This evening we waited two hours due to a lost reservation which we come to find the front desk worker (Jash) simply mistyped both the reservation name and number. Went on to blame us for the mistake.

If you like consistency this Hilton and their front desk are consistently TERRIBLE.

The hotel location is away from the City's hussle and bussle which is very nice and an ideal place to book events. Rooms are very well thought out, clean and organized. The lobby area is huge. I have to give it out to the staff.their service was top notch from the moment you walk in, till you end your stay with them. The best singular word to describe their service- awesome! Keep it up!

My wife and I stayed at Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort for a total of 22 days. We had family to visit in the area as well as business to attend to. Most of our business was completed during the first two weeks of our stay, so we took a mini-vacation within our vacation, visiting relatives in Manila and spending a few days at Pearl Farm Resort on Samal Island near Davao, after which we returned to Hilton Clark for five days before finally returning home to the USA.

Our stay at Hilton Clark was absolutely wonderful! Upon our arrival from the Airport, we were greeted by the Concierge who told us they had been waiting for us. He took us up to the Executive Lounge where we were met by Belcy who checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed. Each day we had breakfast down in the Olive Restaurant on the third floor. The breakfast buffet was incredible, far exceeding our highest expectations. Besides there being a vast variety of both Filipino and Korean breakfast dishes, the Olive Restaurant staff treated us like royalty, attending to our every need. And once they discovered that we liked omelets, french toast, and fruit trays, they started bringing these items to us each morning without our asking.

When it came time for us to leave on our mini-vacation-within-a-vacation, the Hotel arranged to keep the bulk of our luggage (four suitcases) in storage until we returned a few days later. The Concierge sent a bellboy to gather our luggage from our room while we were at breakfast, and when we returned from our little vacation, the Concierge cheerfully arranged to deliver our luggage to our room. The bellboy arrived with our luggage at almost the same instant we entered our room.

Speaking of our room, the Hotel upgraded us to a luxuriously appointed suite where we had separate bedroom and living rooms, a huge master bath, and a separate powder room. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. And the Hotel made sure we had the same amazing suite during both of our stays, before and after the mini-vacation.

I simply can’t say enough about the wonderful staff at the Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort. Everyone from the restaurant servers, the bellboys, the front desk, the concierge, right up to the General Manager were totally amazing! I hesitate to mention names because everyone was fantastic, but there were some that we did get to know during our stay, including Belcy, Robin, Kyouske, Hazel, Dustin, Christian, Erwin, and Lloyd and his terrific Concierge team. I would also like to call out the General Manager, Denise, who visited with us several times during our stay to make sure we felt welcome and that everything was going well.

We truly loved every moment at the Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort, from our beautiful suite to the amazing Breakfast Buffet to the fabulous Fitness Room with all its great equipment to the outdoor pool with its attentive staff, and finally (but hardly least) the incredible executive lounge which we visited nearly everyday.

You can bet that on our next visit to the Philippines we will be staying at the Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort!

As expected from Hilton Group, the room was clean and the staff serve the customers with utmost respect. Location is a little bit far.

Stayed here for 2.5 days of meetings and had an overall great experience. The meeting room had enough space to accommodate 17 pax. But the staff should be more accessible for technical concerns. We always had to wait a long while and even follow up before tech support arrived. The restroom was also a bit far from the meeting room (it was the same restroom as the hotel lobby). Would've been better if the meeting room had its own accessible comfort room. Food served was delicious, great corporate rates. Breakfast buffet featured a great selection. Wait staff were friendly and helpful. Was unable to explore the grounds further but what i saw was really nice, good for family staycations. The location is ideal because it's only a few minutes away from other restos and hotel casinos. Would definitely come back for a personal trip.

Staff are accommodating. Room is so so. Complimentary inside the room is so so too. View is nice. Regarding the breakfast, dishes are good but options are not many.

We stayed here for 3D2N last Feb2021. The place was great, very peaceful and relaxing. It was recently opened when we came that time. The room was big and neat. We booked our room with buffet breakfast. The food served was satisfying. Food deliveries (grabfood, etc.) are allowed but you have to pick it up outside the hotel. The place is kinda far from other establishments/restaurants so it's better if you have your own car if you want to go outside.

Everyone is so helpful and accommodating. The place is quiet and relaxing, great for those looking to get away from reality to rest.

It is a pleasant stay here. My family had a great time because all the staff are very accommodating and we feel secure despite the pandemic situation. The room is spacious and kid friendly (all tables have curve sidings to prevent accidental bumps for toddlers). We stayed here for 4 days and we enjoy every bit of this from the buffet, pool and the indoor & outoor play area.

I'll be glad to recommend this to all my friend and family. My family will surely back here soon.:)

Hotel and Casino, food is great at the Olive. Try dinner as they have lesser guests than usual. Also better call in advance to make sure you have a table.
