This is one of the best places to stay in Morong. Very comfortable and all the amenities you need are already prepared for you.

The rooms are like hotel rooms very well kept and pool area is always cleaned the next day ready for use again. There is a grilling area and tent areas on the beach. The sand is even cleaned and rake daily.

Down sides are no internet and cell signal is poor within the house. The satellite TV channels lost its reception must be due to a prepaid thing and that we stayed there crosing over to the next month. Still our experiece was really refreshing. Wont hesitate to comeback here again.

Our first day here was a little bit disappointing. Our rented place based on the pictures on the internet were very misleading! It looked like it's inside a very private resort but is literally facing the common road. You'd have to walk by the public road and walk for about 100 meters to reach the beach. It felt like we were just trespassing into the beach actually. Security was also an issue because knowing the fact that our place is facing the common road, the fence dividing the villa can easily be climbed. To add, I didn't see even a single security guard.

On our second day we transferred to their condo type room which is finally facing the beach and finally felt like having a beach vacation. Turns out that with the right accommodation choesen, the place is beautiful.

This is an isolated place there is no security guards nor cctv and wifi. Booked october25-26,2018 at Villa francisco.the accomodation is superb for me, beach is childrens friendly. BUT we were rub in the middle of our tightsleep arround 3-4Am friday, we stay in the mainroom which is the beachview. All our celphones gadgets and specially cash were stolen since the sliding door balcony is not safe enough the lock is damage and the rubbers knows where the best room to stole. I am asking help from the mangement if how can they help us since nothing left for us even a sinle cents they said they are not liable for any lose. How come when this is a private resort not a public place! What a shocking TRAUMA for all of us what if one of us woke up and they kill us? But thank GOD we were safe.

Lovely and quaint place. Very private and seemingly safe. There was obvious effort to maintain the beach.

We rented both of the Duplex and we got the whole place by ourselves. It is just a few steps from the beach. Yes, not totally beach front but you get to see the farm and mountains in the morning.

There are a few stores around the area and there are no restaurants so you better pack up and bring someone who can cook.

The beach house was so cozy and beautiful with private pool, videoke, clean and dirty kitchen with ref, rooms are all airconditioner, sala, dinning and billiard area at the rooftop.
Good for family weekend getaway.
Good for big family. They have a 4 units i think for a family gathering or a groupy outing, been here last jan. 2017 with my friends and her family.

But the seashores was a little bit dismayed. But if you walk around in the long beach you really appreciated the place.
Still not well establish beach place, if you looking for a beautiful beach and dreaming for a white sand beach?
Go somewhere not here.

We booked the place via Airbnb. The place is perfect for barkada or family getaways. It is only around 3 hours from Manila. The house is right in front of the beach, which is almost empty so you have all of it to yourselves. The waves can get high so be cautious. The pool is smaller than I thought and needs some cleaning.

Rooms are very clean and spacious. The heater in the shower doesn't work. There are no towels provided so you better bring your own. There are 3 rooms with AC and 1 fan room downstairs so helpers also have a room to sleep in.

Buy food from SBMA before going to the place because there won't be anything nearby. You can buy ice and charcoal from the caretaker. For some reason, the fridge and freezer doesn't cool properly. There are enough glasses and plates for everyone. You just have to wash everything before you leave (best to bring your own dishwashing liquid and sponge).

Lastly, the caretaker is very helpful. He responded very quickly and answered all our questions and requests. I would really recommend this place for a quiet and fun getaway.

My family and I were a huge group and rented out both of the villas of La Playa at The Strand for 2 nights and 3 days. There were signs posted on the street so it was easy to find. The villas were nice and clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. The staff was amazing and helped us whenever we needed them throughout our stay.
The only negative thing I would say is that we weren't aware that they were doing construction on the 3rd floor. We were expecting to have the pool tables and whatever else that was displayed on their website. The construction workers worked throughout our stay and would start super early to the point where it woke us up. I would suggest not having construction going on while you have guests staying at the villa. Not only is it unprofessional but it was disturbing and inconvenient.
