Sasakit lang ulo niyo dito. It looks like they spent most of their budget in marketing and left no budget for maintenance and improvement of the resort. What you see online is very different in reality, and I mean it in a bad way. Choose another hotel.

Dont believe what you see on their Facebook, Agoda listing, and other online platforms. You'll get slapped hard by "expectation vs reality".

Not worth the money I paid for. I was silently surprised when they brought me to my room. I was expecting too much for the 6K per night that I paid. Too expensive for a very basic room. Airbnb has more affordable options with way better perks. I chose this on agoda disregarding the low rating because I was thinking, it may have improved after the "newly renovated" highlights.

BEWARE! This Resort doesn’t even deserve a star. I don’t even know how they get a permit to operate (COCKROACHES) TOURIST TRAP. The moment we open the door to our room cockroaches will greet you sprinting away everywhere, also the pungent scent from the toilet with a broken faucet crack sink, chip tile floor and mold everywhere the bathroom. You would rather go behind a tree and finish your business there. The air-conditioning is noisy, weak and leaking it was unbelievably HORRIBLE. Trash everywhere the beach. UNHEALTHY, UNSANITARY.

Not well maintained. Very weak to no cellular reception. Access road from main road horrible. No parking. Dirty. Rubbish everywhere. Showers and bathrooms - handles not working. Weak water pressure. Heaters don't work. Lights not working. Pool water very murky. Food was horrible too for the price.

If I can only give zero star for this place. The experience is so awful and we are so disappointed that we didnt use our second night. Take note I paid 4k a night but didn't even get a refund.

Apologizing doesn't compensate the hassle and inconvenience. I am from Manila and drove more than 4 hours only to experience such dissatisfaction. Your toilets are broken, the room smell so bad, there are spider webs on corners or CR and bedroom. The linens are so cheap its like in the public hospital and I really hope you get to improve that because you are charging an insane price hence the expectation should meet that. Furthermore, not all pools are maintained I see dirts and moldy area.
It would be nice to get a refund to my second night that was not used.

Place and beach is great, but theres no wifi in the room, no tv, clog bathroom, poor water, no table and chair no ref. Mattress too thin better sleep directly on floor.also cockcroah a lot Price is $$$$ compare to the neighboring resort.

Currently writing this review AT THE RESORT, the first thing we encountered IN OUR ROOM (Loft 4) are cockroaches, which is obviously a sign of poor hygiene.

Dissapointed ako sa resort first time namin nag bakasyon dito and first time namin pumunta sa bataan dito sa miami iba tlaga ang actual sa pic nyo sa room 2nd beses ko pa pinalinis ang room kakatakot daming ipis at may mga insekto sa pool mapa araw man or gabi poor sanitation talaga

If I could rate this"0", I would. I paid a lot of money for 15 pax/2 rooms.they only gave us 9 breakfast buffet tickets instead of the total 15 paxs. Only 9 of us checked in but at least they have should have given us the total number of breakfast tickets. It is not even a buffet. It is only 1 time serving. The facility is dirty and unsafe. No stairs to go to the beach but you have to jump off the platform and be careful that you landed on the ground. No toilet seat, aircon was not working properly, towels are filthy and looked unclean. During our checkout process, we were held up bec 1 towel was missing.they basically charging us 500 pesos for 1 missing old towel that you can use as a rug. We were very disappointed after paying a lot of money. Shortchanged us in buffet breakfast tickets, had to deal with dirty facilities and basically accusing us that we took their 1 old towel. I'm pretty sure their staff miscounted the towels or dumped it with the rest of the bedsheets when they were checking and cleaning. We told them that they are welcome to check our belongings. This place is not senior friendly, unsafe and I cannot overemphasize that it is DIRTY. One more thing, the road going into the hotel is not paved, lubak lubak, Dont make the same mistake that I did. Do not stay in this hotel if you have other choices.

Not recommended this hotel, sobrang dissapointed, ang daan papasok sa Hotel lubak lubak and madumi dami basura nag kalat? Hindi rin sya pwede sa mga senior if may kasama kayo.ang toilet room ng leak ang tubig walang lalagyan ng gamit at isa lang sabitan ng towel sa banyo lang.ang extra matress sobra nipis.sa restauraunt dahan dahan ka aapak sa floor nila na puro kahoy baka lumusot ka.ganda ng mga swimming pool madami, kaso sobra dumi andami insect na lumalangoy. And ang napansin ko parang sagana sila sa chlorine dahil amg tapang ng chlorine ng pool
Sa wifi no problem sa akin malakas sa may restaurant.sa room ang weak.

I would rate this as zero star if there is an option. The worst beach resort. I booked 3 rooms, the first showed room appears clean but has a disgusting odour, a smell of molds! Unbelievable! Second room is the same, the third room has water on the floor under the bed. Washroom is dirty. Doors are unreliable. Leaking water sipping to the main switch. Tiles on the pool is broken, unsafe for kids. Outdoor pool has sand, indoor pool appears unscrubbed tiles.
I demanded for refund for the service that they can not deliver, they refused to refund the whole amount or a percentage of it.
Pls help yourself, don’t book your vacation here. Pictures are deceiving!
I can tolerate muddy road and narrow path, but not molds and unsafe stay!

To Miami Mgt. We are booked this week end at your hotel - 25th June, I am responsible for choosing you and convinced whole office to go along with my boss, please make tidy of all the rooms from beddings to bathroom, we booked 4, Please do the thorough cleaning otherwise I will be BLAMED by the group. There's no number to contact you. I failed to read all these comments. Terrible. So help me Lord

The hotel is under staffed, no manager, no seniors running the place. Service crew are rude, assuming not properly trained for customer service. Location is nice but the service sucks. Doesn't get to eat proper meal because they don't serve anything on time.

Worst accomodation I ever encounter. We booked premier room good for 4 person everything is unclean and the smell is the worst. They put albatros inside the aircon and the cr is smell like public urinal. If you want to enjoy bataan beaches don't go here.

Rooms are dirty, bathroom sink leaks and is clogged. Swimming pool is not being cleaned. Wifi is unuseable especially inside the rooms. Its a dissappointment compared to when we last visited 7 years ago.

Poor Service! We stayed yesterday April 16,2022 and check out just today april 17.we booked on that hotel para marelax kahit for 2days lang pero instead of relaxation stress yung naexperience namin sa parking lot palang hanggang sa poor service ng concierge/reception nila. 2PM check in namin pero inabot ng 3PM dahil nag babangka pa daw yung guest na dapat magiging room namin. Every 15 mins bumabalik kami sa reception to follow up patiently kahit nakakagalit na. Hanggang sa nag brunch nalang muna kami dahil galing pa kami ng Mandaluyong. Pag balik namin sa reception ang sabi ng guy don bakit daw kami umalis so hindi ko na natiis yung temper ko dahil may kasama kaming bata. “ kasalanan namin kuya na nagugutom
Na kami at hindi pa kami nakakapag check in sa room namin? ! ” Kung hindi pa ko nag irate don hindi pa idodouble check na yung inaantay naming mag check out is extended pala so binigayn nalang kami ng room na hindi din makatotohanan yung price! Same complaint ng iba. TV na isa lang ata yung chanel, shower na napaka hina ng tubig pag naligo ko mas gugustuhin mo pang gumamit ng timba, wifi na hindi abot sa room ang hindi makapag LTE, aircon na hindi macontrol sa sobrang taas. Ikaw pa mag reremind toiletries, towel and everything. Yung extra bed na worth 1k namapapakamot ka nalang pag nakita mo. And take note every menu na order mo may service charge EACH! Pati yung napakaliit na ICE BUCKET na worth 5pesos lang normally sakanila 100 pesos with SERVICE CHARGE! Ang daming nag rereklamo dahil hindi maayos yung management. Hindi po kami maselan and hindi namin first time mag check in sa resort hindi kami nag hahanap ng five star service sa binayaran namin pero sana yung maayos sana. Nascam lang kami sa picture ng facility Nila.really not worth it.better to read some comments bago kayo

PS: pag check out namin andami pa din complain parang tinatanggap nalang ng receptionist yung mga sinasabi ng guest dahil hindi talaga makatarungan yung presyo at serbisyo.

Small parking. No wifi. Expensive food. Poor service on dinner and lunch. We were told to wait for 45 minutes but the food was served after 1 hr and 45 minutes. The rooms are not what we booked. It was downgraded. Dirty Cr and sink. Need to request for pail because the shower doesn't have much water. Molds on beddings and pillows. Toiletries and towels upon request. Towels and too old and dirty. Small cockroaches roaming around. Beach is good but they do not clean the pool. We will never go back and we definitely not recommend it.

Rooms are not well cleaned. May mga patay pa na ipis. Aircon? Di masyadong lumalamig. Ending nag request kami ng electric fan. We paid almost 60k just 2 rooms for 2 nights. Sobrang waste of money.

Breakfast? Parang may pa feeding program kasi pipila ka ng mahaba tapos and hindi manlang binabago. Dilis at skinless lagi menu lol.

Sobrang pricey. Lahat ng galaw mo may charge. Alak 250% ang price increase, may bayad pa ice nila, 110 pesos per bucket of ice kahit sknila mo naman binili ang alak. Kahit madami kang pera manghihinayang kang gastusin sa dahil walang kwenta ang management.
