San Rafael River Adventure

- Reception area is not 24/7. Went here in the morning around 7: 00 AM but no one was in the reception area
- Noisy: no curfew during the night. Neighbors were singing until 3 AM! They didn't mind if someone was sleeping, they sang their hearts out and laughed so hard with their loud voices.
- Late serving of breakfast. Upon check-in, there is an option on the time as to when you prefer your breakfast to be served. I chose the earliest which is 7: 30. The assigned butler is not answering calls and SMS so I had to call the Receptionist to follow up on our breakfast. On my 2nd call, they told me the server was on the way to deliver the food. The food arrived 3 minutes before 8: 00.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at San Rafael River Adventure, and our experience was nothing short of fantastic! The entire place is a masterpiece of design, with picturesque walkways that come alive with stunning lights at night.

We opted for the stilt glass cabin and were delighted to find the beds incredibly comfortable. The immersive blend of nature, adventure, and relaxation is truly captivating. Zip-lining through lush landscapes added a thrilling touch to our getaway.

The staff's excellence was evident from the moment we arrived. Our check-in to the Glass Bamboo hut with a bubble pool was seamless, and the accommodating staff ensured we settled in comfortably.

The glamping experience was unique, though we did encounter a minor cleanliness issue with the tent. However, the provided electric fan, mosquito light, and the scenic view by the river made up for it.

While we had a delightful stay, we did hear about some mixed reviews on the food. Fortunately, our experience was positive, with great meals that complemented the wide range of activities the place has to offer.

San Rafael River Adventure is a perfect destination for families, friends, or couples seeking a nature-filled retreat. The beautiful grounds and attentive staff, especially Joyce, made our stay memorable. The only downside was that due to low water levels, some water activities were unavailable during our visit.

In summary, if you're looking for a hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle, San Rafael River Adventure is a must-visit. The captivating surroundings, diverse activities, and accommodating staff create a delightful atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

The bad review here is true! I have waited many days and many folow ups to reserve a room here it seems like they dont like to book a guest? Its really not advisable for kids because of a dirty cottage they gave us.oh please see the picture sooo dissapointed! We actually waited for them to clean the cottage for 20 minutes when we arrive…so thats what they call clean?

The pool area was another highlight of our stay. The pool was exceptionally clean, and the water was refreshing. It provided a great opportunity to cool off and enjoy some leisurely swimming. The poolside loungers and umbrellas added to the overall comfort and made it an enjoyable experience for everyone.

While the overall dining experience was satisfactory, I found the free food provided to be unremarkable. It lacked the wow factor that one might expect from a destination like this. However, this minor setback did not dampen our spirits, as there were plenty of other dining options available nearby to explore.

All in all, San Rafael River Adventure is a wonderful place to disconnect from work and bond with friends and family. The serene atmosphere, combined with the spacious and cozy rooms, provides an ideal environment for relaxation. Not worth the money, ang layo na ng pinagkaba. Dapat mag improved all aspects.nagdagdag nga ng mga cafe, pero ung breakfast kakaserve lng malamig na, prang gabi plng niluto, and served in a plastic, ung glamping area kung san sila una nakilala, pinabayaan na, ung tent wala ng maintenance, sira sira na. Daming papasok na bugs sa loob dhil d na nasasara. Ung mga staff panay lang naka cellphone, deadma sa maduming cr at paligid kahit andun sila sa area. Ung nasa reception, maangas. Napalitan na pangit na image na ung magandang experience namin dito 6years ago. D na kami babalik.

If you want a great place to have your weekend getaway, san rafael river adventure has it. Relaxing scenery and many activities to do. We really enjoyed staying in the cabin glass house with its own jacuzzi facing the river.

Reserved an NIGHT TOUR at Stilt Glass Cottage (Overlooking the river) but was transferred to Glass Cottage (with bubble pool) so we could stay overnight.

Shower rooms and toilets need to be kept clean. Some of the door locks are already broken. On brighter side, staffs are courteous and attentive to requests.

We stayed at Glass Bamboo Hut, room is nice and the area is relaxing, but lots of insects (not sure exactly what it is) so make sure to bring insect repellants, then you're all set! Tried out their River Swing, felt like riding in Viking at the amusement park, would love to come back!

We had our day tour team building activity here.

Not sure what package our group got, but food were good, but a lot for us. Very satisfied with the service. As for the activities, the staff were friendly, and they organized the activities for us.

We only stayed for day tour so I don't have reviews for the room. For the mini cabin (like balinsasayaw small house made of bamboo, they have plugs, lights, and electric fans). Since the place was open space, there were some ants and insects on the more nature part of the place. Noteworthy part of the place were the animals like chicken, dogs, and cats.

Facilities include: billiards, resto, cafe, waterfall pool, outdoor pool, obstacle course. While outside activity has kayak and the jump balloon. Water outside at the time was a bit green (malumot I'd say).

Overall the place was a good place to relax. We had a good time and experience.

The place was amazing, has a calming ambiance, peaceful and chill vibes especially during the night when there are singers present by the bar. The food is great and I guess we're lucky that it's a bit rainy because it made the ATV experience better. Although the journey is a bit irksome because the roads we got into are just bad but I guess it's the LGU's problem. Overall 9/10 experience, would like to return there in the future.

This place was surely relaxing and peaceful.

We stayed at the Glamping Room by the river, a bit noisy specially in the morning but overall enjoyed our stay.

The food was nice. Accommodating staff, the place was relaxing and they have lots of activities aside from swimming.
The place is highly recommended whether you'd stay overnight or just a quick visit and chill but I think the6 nee to maintain and improve some.areas but, it is perfect view of nature.

Overall the place is very good. Especially the activities. But the coffee they serve in the coffee shop is not.

THEY KEEP ON GETTING MY BOOKING DETAILS WRONG YET THEY KEEP ON DEMANDING ME TO PAY FOR IT.

I was really looking forward on visiting the place but wasn't able to get pass the booking stage because the representative I was talking to was just rude and not accommodating. I keep on asking her to confirm my booking first because she keeps on getting my room request wrong but her priority was for me to pay first.

Place was serene and lovely. They usually get booked especially on weekends, so best to schedule early. We tried the Cafe and coffee was great! Food was good too, we had the silog meals. Will surely be going back there!
