Very poor service if there is just 0 stars, that’s the best way to describe. My husband is just recently back to the Philippines to reconnect the water line as you disconnected it. He won’t be long as he will to fly back in 2 weeks time. Shame on you saying that can only be reconnected in a week? As its your protocol? Sorry? How about a 24-48
Hours disconnection notice to our email and a response to my email in the complaints section? You can’t even reply to my emails back then. You’ve no protocol of that? Please ensure to connect it ASAP.

Bad experience.it suddenly cuts off even if only 1 of you has not been paid yet.you will be charged 1500.helpmate's company will exceed 1500.worst company ever

I just paid my bills last April 20,2022 and after 6 days on April 26,2022 they just disconnect it without informing the customer or the consumer. What is your basis of disconnection? After I paid. OMG utility please before you disconnect you need to ask to the owner or informed us. Poor services. Unbelievable action. Calling the hotlines no ones answer.

We will not die in virus but we will die in waiting for the water. Imagine we woke up at 1am-4am just to wait. There are times we dont have water for 2-3 days. Please be considerate with your costumer.

Palpak kaayo mos inyo serbisyo. Walay kabutangan inyo pagkapalpak! Pro papa-ningla ay, perting kugihanan! Way pulos inyo companya! Kung naa pay -1 nga score, mao unta ako i score ninyo! Almost 2 months naming walay tubig! Taga alas 3 ras kadlawn mo agas, usahat mura pag kanal sa kalubog! Unsa man tawn mo oy! Taronga kaha na inyo serbisyo oy! Dissatisfied consumer

I am writing regarding my bill for the past 3 months amounting to P 2,000 to the fact its a residential and based on my latest bill i have adjustment of P 4,421.70 its huge amount to pay each month P 2,000 it seemed there is huge mistake on this!

Was trying to call and no one is answering@ I believe people should to work there as it is essential job - water -

I need someone to be able to check on my bill as I am not picking apples here to pay in this current situation.

Urgent response will be much appreciated.

I cannot find the emergency number for services. We have no water in our subdivision and the numbers listed are for working hours Mon-Fri. Who are we to call our water being restored over the weekend?
