The people in the service center is so kind and they fix phones and other devices fast!
Although they were able to fix and change the lcd, my phone cant connect to wifi anymore and it always restarts. Now I totally cant use my phone! And This is what i paid around 13k for? !
Place is inaccessible to public utility jeepneys so you have to take a taxi or single motorcycle to get here. You can get off at the Jollibee branch along Ouano Avenue, then walk towards the area at the back of Jollibee. You'll see warehouses then. The office is on the right side of entrance.
On the other hand, what they lack in a more convenient location, they make up on their customer service. Had my unit warranty claimed in less than a week, but this could depend if parts are available locally.
TIP: Wear face masks coz the roads are dusty.
Fast repair turn around time. Professional technicians were able to properly address the reported issues on the device.
I wasn't able to find the exact location of this service center it's been a struggle for me even if I use map in order to reach my destination.
