Calling out Jollibee Maasin Southern Leyte branch managers, please have your staffs well trained specially in serving the correct orders and following the promised serving time or have the customer updated for delays.kay dili baya lalim pinaabot og lagpas sa ge saad na 20-30mins og mag reklamo na mali ang ge serve or wala na serve. We've been to different Jollibee stores and the services we received from other JB stores are awesome!

Quite disappointed sa among experience gahapon sa Jollibee kay the staffs gave us the wrong pie flavor, imbis ube cheese, ang gehatag kay peach mango, may lang unta og isa ra, ang entire box of 6pcs pajud (this is take out and na found out lang namo when we got home so wana na reklamo). Unja ang choco sundae wala ge serve og wa namo ge follow up, pag serve pajud kay tunaw na. Ang coke na no ice kay nahemong with ice and ang iced tea na less ice lang kay daghana og ice. Unta ma improve na ilang service kay usa sa reason na mosod ta sa Jollibee gawas sa gutom is to enjoy the foods na gusto nato kaonon pero mawa laman ang gana tungod aning mga lapses nila.

Limited availabilities on their menu. Some are unavailable. Their coffee floats are always unavailable in the afternoon and / or evening. Hopefully, they can make all the menus available all day long. I'm definitely a fan of their Aloha Champ.

Jollibee should have customers pickup their own trash. Chicken is ok, Spaghetti could have better sauce and the burgers have little taste. All you taste is the sauce they put on. McDonald's is much better

People should empty their own trash. Jollibee only had 1 good burger and they removed it. Cheesy, bacon, mushroom Champ. Chicken is ok, Spaghetti is so-so. Maasin needs McDonald's.better food, better tasting.

Jollibee should have the customers throw their trash away. Tables are left cluttered. I want to sit at a clean. Chicken is ok, Spaghetti, not so good. The only burger that was good they removed, Cheesy, bacon, mushroom, champ was very good but the rest of burgers, no taste.give me McDonald's anytime.

Philippines fast food chain, affordable, very popular, nice yumburgers and fried chicken, also brewed coffee and mango pie.

The interior design now is industrial-minimalist, and more natural light. The only drawback is that there’s no proper parking space, so you may need to park your vehicle elsewhere and they also don’t have a drive-thru. But this is the only Jollibee available in Southern Leyte. Staff are also very friendly. The location is very accessible since it’s located at the heart of Maasin City and is near the Cathedral and City Plaza.

I have always loved Jollibee ever since I was a child, not until my daughter and I experienced a very unfortunate event last tuesday. I ordered 1 bucket of fried chicken and fries. We placed the order at 7: 02 and the cashier never mentioned the waiting time. Not until I made a follow up with one of the crew members and he told me it will take 20- 30mins. The most annoying part is that they keep on serving dine in customers (Fried chicken) while we keep on waiting for our order. We got our order around 7: 50PM. (so Asa dapita dre ag 20 -30mins?)

You should have fair treatment between dine in and take out customers. It Should be first come first serve basis (pareha raman me gebayad sa nag dine in).

This fast food is more famous than McDonald's here in the Philippines and serves chicken with unique "grave" sauce and the famous sweetened spaghetti, come try it.

Taasa jud sa pila diria last time. Anhi unta mi mangaon pero arang taasa juds pila makapasmohay? Maybe kelangan saju ka moanhi para mauna kas pila girl. Mao rato ksks

I love a hotdog and fries.washed down with a cola yummy. We always have a take out and eat it outside somewhere tranquil. Must visit Maasin again soon ️

Usual Jollibee food and taste, poor staff are so busy and overworked they make mistakes sometimes and get your order wrong. Maasin needs a second Jollibee. Overall still a good place to take the family.

I always love to be here to eat lunch, we can get the table in window side.cashier friend is very accomodating to us. Sometimes too crowded in here for lunch. Super hot outside wen we fall in line in a long line.

Jollibee allows vaxxinated to bring their kids, but not unvaxxinated, even both kids are not vaxxinated. SHAME ON YOU, BECAUSE THIS IS DISCREMINATION. From now on no more Jollibee forever.

It's hard for staff to understand English behind the counter. The staff are very polite and friendly.

Take out is fast enough to serve your food but drive through would be great especially these pandemic.

I was in hurry for I have an orientation to attend to but the food where delicious and the crew where all nice

Great for rush orders but has limited parking space though.overall it has to be one of the cleanest Jollibee's i have ever visited.
