The food was excellent very accommodating staff, good service and it's very high technology. I even had my take out for my family

Jollibee experience as always. Location is good and bad. We stood there with the car to get inside the lot way to long because of the drive thru same as getting out. Rest was great.

Food is as expected, staff can be improved. Manager needs to learn how to manage/train her people. Took about 10 minutes just to place an order of 3 meals. And then it took 30 minutes for our food to be ready. They take care of drive thru first before they take care of dine in people. If you want a quick meal, maybe go somewhere else, this location is not equipped to take care of weary travelers.

Okay naman yung restaurant clean and maganda pero yung mga nag hahanda at nag seserve ng food ay may problema. Bumili ako tinake out ko at pagdating ko sa bahay kulang yung pagkain na naserve sa akin pangalawang beses na to at tsaka minsan walang tinidor o kutsara.

This has a drive through available however i think you should park and order if you're in a motorcycle coz its hot outside and the temp inside jollibee is good.

You'll get starved before they can serve your order. Because they prioritized take out and drive thru orders

Awesome resort staycation experience. With its location, setting in front of Alona beach, for sure you wont run out of possibilities to do! The best!

The worst branch I ever visited during my trip in Visayas. I will consider 18 minutes to wait as advised but it took more or 30 mins to wait. It's the system how the manager handles and lead the branch. Very poor customer service

Went on a drive-thru motorcycle lane, i was second as a customer waiting for the staff to come out, around 10 minutes less a staff came out and take my order, give my order and my payment, after a few minutes the staff inform me that my order would be at 20mins max, so she offered me some of the itesm available but i decided to wait and boom, less than 20 minutes my order arrived. It was an amazing experience to have that kind of response. Thank you Jollibee for a job well done. Salute to all of you.

You expect a drive through to serve drinks and food in a matter of few mins but they take a while. They also served an incomplete order and was wondering why I was looking for more. Finally asked me the receipt and asked me to park.

Its called fast food for a reason and drive through for a reason. At least make sure to serve everything or inform the customer the order is not complete yet.

Just an ordinary Jollibee Store. Nothing extraordinary, though no bad review and unpleasant experience rather.

I was so disappointed.they serve kunat at malamig na na french fries.kala siguro di mapapansin kasi take out yung orders.binalik ko sa counter staff ang sagot bagong luto lang daw.helloooo.ibabalik ko ba if mainit pa? Sana po before kayu mag go ng order inform nyo sana ang customer kung okay or hindi sa customer na hindi na fresh cook food nyo.

D na pareho nung una, malaki yung chicken. At gravy, mukang tinipid na, kming mga costumer. Huhum, dissapointed talaga ako.

Their champ burger is my alltime favourite and their aloha which is good as well, with pineapple added.however, if you are ormoc bound there is also a jolibee in alangalang which is conveniently located just by the town hall with ample parking spaces at the back.

After the quarantine period, i was able to enter this place! They are practicing these so-called protocol to avoid spreading covid19.

This is the sign that our province has a common goal to become a tourist distinction and fast food will recently nice to relax and enjoy food to eat, excellent place

My nephew love Jollibee! He loves to eat the chicken, chocolate Sundae, fries, the cheese burger & the coke float. I can see his sweet smile & feel his excitement everytime we go there to dine or to take out food - drive through. We love Jolibee too
