Wait times are long around lunch, but the food was good, and kids liked the place. Would come back again

Poor customer service.
Wala daw cla panukli sa 1k ug dili gus2 mag effort mangitag panukli. So nag nxt customer anay hangtud moabot sa panukli. Had to wait so long on queue: (

No parking space,
No disposable spoon and fork on no plastic day they should provide bamboo spoon and forks or biodegradable specially on travelers who need to take out food.

Dining in customers should not pick up the orders upon payment, service crews must bring the order to the dine-in customers.

Jollibee's food and service have greatly deteriorated.

The chicken was kind of dry. The rice was too wet.

The service could be totally improved.

The restaurant was kind of dirty - dirty floor, dirty table, messy arrangements. Are they even sanitising the trays? I doubt it.

Poor customer service.
There seems to be no quote for 1k and they don't have to make an effort to find a quote. So, I used to be a nxt customer until I arrived at the quote. Had to wait so long on queue: (

Its cramped, especially on rush hours like lunch and dinner time, there is not a lot of seats that could occupy at least half of the city's population under 2hrs. Although its a classic place to hangout with your friends and family, its best to find somewhere else to eat. Pro tip: if you really want to eat their food, just order it on the go (take out) and find a place to eat it.

Palpak talaga, nakaka dismaya, binayaran ko 8 pcs na bucket, tapos nong binigay na sakin order ko, tinanong ko pa kung tama ba na 8 pcs, Oo daw sabi ng crew, bwisit pag dating ko sa bahay 6 pcs lng ang nilagay, pero 8 pcs yong binayaran ko, naku kung malapit lng ako sa inyo, ipamukha ko talaga katangahan nyo.

The service was good and they are following the protocol for a safe dining in this pandemic times.

There was not enough food to choose since they are almost closing but there are still food that are being cooked.

Dili cla mohatag discount sa sr citizen sa bucket meal, sa jolibee ormoc naa lge discount, dili diay typical ning jolibee?

Filipinos love Jollibee (I have no idea why) but as an european, if you're a westerner - stay far, far away from them because their food is discusting and smells like pure sewage.

Sometimes, it took a lot of time to get our orders. Probably their crews need more trainings and filling the line in the PWD should be done if there is no one in there ryt. But their halo halo sundae is so good. Wow

Jollibee is always reliable. This one is no different. Good chickenJoy and cokefloat. It's simple but good.

I always eat here with my girlfriend and friends. Very convenient fast food restaurant here in baybay

This branch of Jollibee have enough space to accommodate customers during rush hour. It is a two floor building and almost always clean environment. But one thing to take notice is that it is located besides a highway which makes it dangerous for children and the parking space is very small with only 3 maximum parking space for cars.

However the employees here is well mannered and polite, they take orders fast and precise. If there is adjustment they would correct it right away. They also serve food fast, helpful and approachable especially to senior citizens and PWDs.

I rate it 4 stars only because of the location and lack of parking space.

Everything was good untill they told me to move my car in a parking lot that's not jollibee's parking area because they have a delivery.

Food is great but at the time of my visit, I was lined-up to a very slow-moving cashier. She was not particular as to sanitation. She was holding the head of the spoon and fork. And in another incident, my to-go order was not complete.

Many people want to eat in Jollibee because the food is very delicious and affordable. The place is clean and the food is presentable.
