McDonald's

Fast service at a very affordable price and I just love their fries and coffee.
I'm happy to know that after the pandemic they have extended their store hours to 1am from monday to thursday and 24hrs during friday and saturday.

Have you ever been to a McDonald's that has no Big Macs in stocks? McDonald's in Robinson's Mall is such an example. What a joke.

It's either they add new employees or expand the place because it's too tight when there are too many people inside. With too many customers, the less chance you get accommodated. Like really it's crowded and tight, and in a crowd of people, it's hot! You'll feel it sometimes.
If there's something to be praised, it's the food and it hasn't failed to delight the taste buds of loyal customers that's why the place is always swarming with people every day.

My first time in Tacloban so I grab the chance to to visit mcdo since it's been 5 years I had eaten in mcdo. So, had a breakfast there with my co admin and meals are still budget friendly and great options. Ordered chicken Fillet with fries and coke and was having a nice view because it was a seaside location. Definitely wanna be back here.

I have no complaints about the food but by the time we got here, not all were available so we opted to order another meal. I was so impatient with the service though. It took us about 15 minutes before our orders were delivered. I kept on asking if our orders were already available. I was already shaking from hunger. So I kept asking for my food if it's done!

X AC is not working.x No queue but it takes long for food to be served.x Trash on the table takes also long to be cleaned.
Food is good.

Poor service. I ordered 2 BigMc only 1 catsup given with NO napkins. I ask 2 associate for NAPKINS.because one said yes but DIDNOT came back. The 2nd one came back said "We have No more Napkins and this was @5pm today.

I once order here a breakfast pepper stake in this location, And when my order arrived without hesitation I ate almost half of the food until I realize I was missing the egg since it was a breakfast meal, In my mind i was just saying "it was a minor mistake anyone could have messed this up" and got off my chair and brought my food to the counter.when I explained what happend to the staff the manager came out and took my food and told me to wait at my table, at first i was shocked because I only need 1 egg you could have just placed one whlie I'm at the counter waiting, but no the manager told me to wait and brought me a brand new meal! I was confused but happy after all i already ate almost half of my past meal.after all that I'll give this establishment a great rating for the costumer service.thank you kind manager!

This is best place best to buy the affordable and the most delicious fast food to enjoy and stay happy.

What I really loved about this McDonald's is the seaside

Food was okay.
But this was only!
Parking place closed, and nobody gave advice to talk to security, to enter!
Aircon was not working, hot inside and smelling.
Toilet for disabled closed for No Reason!
Other toilets not really clean and no toilet paper.

Worst Mc Donald's i visited since i am in Philippines!

Needs to improve in making fast food orders available. Lessen delay in serving orders for dine in and drive thru

I always love how the employees treat their customers, but I hope that they can be more fast on the orders.

I asked for 2 cheese burgers and then after 15 minutes I got two burgers with mayonnaise yuk. No fries available. I ask myself why I even bothered to waste my time here. CR out of order plus no air con.

Manager on duty and staffs weren't accommodating.

It's almost closing when i entered this store to eat dinner. Staffs and a Manager on duty didn't guide me as to what counter is open. Counters were hard to recognize whether it's open or not since there were no crew/cashier. They are too busy preparing for the closing. After few minutes of figuring out which counter is open, finally the manager told me to queue on the fast lane (PWD/Senior). Took my order and i asked if they have discount for fully vaccinated. He replied yes but it's a free apple pie which is I'm okay. Waited for several minutes and finally my food is ready to be claimed. Claimed my order and crew told me that the apple pies will be served within 5 minutes as it's still being cooked/fried. I already finished my food and the apple pie hasn't been served yet, so i asked the crew for a follow up. Few minutes later, it was handed over to me. Overall, a not so happy experience.

I understand that it's almost closing and crew and manager might be too tired, but service to your customers shouldn't be compromised. All the more that you should give your best as it's already time to go home.

The place is clean & safe for dine-in. Health protocols are being observed strictly. Food is delicious

Awesome service, though there's tiny problem about their AC. The whole store is just using huge fans.
