McDonald's Real reviews
38It is McDonald's so you know what to expect, but I love how they bring the food to your table for you so you don't have to wait around the counter. I do wish they had the McMuffin though. It's my favorite breakfast sandwich that McDonald's has, but this McDonald's doesn't carry it.
The food it was the same to the other branches of Mcdo but the service is worst, it toke me 10 mins of waiting before they serve my order I hope they will improve their service next time so that I can give them 5 stars
My initial dine in experience there was unpleasant. One crew cannot answer a very simple question. The store was not even busy that time. Our order was missing an item (toy) and we almost forgot it.
The friew was subpar. It was saggy and most of it were small cuts. Very far from what we usually have in Metro Manila.
I do hope that they will train their crew so they can answer simple questions like how to use their automated menu which is not so user friendly, IMHO.
Just the way I usually remembered since childhood. However the amount of sugar, creamer and Splenda keeps giving me the wrong number every time I asked for a refill.
Has a lot of tables and chairs options but still very spacious and "walkable" so its great. They have 3 kiosks for self service ordering and the food arrives pretty fast. The location is great and the drive thru is great as well. Overall a great place to eat!
Always crowded and one of the managers seem to have a poor customer service handling. Kudos to the security guard who assists vehicle parking though.
Good place to grab a quick meal if you're on the go. But they are still under protocols for COVID.
Great place for a quick meal, when your day is so busy you can not take an hour or two for lunch
I like the place. Though the one who took my order can't really hear me. She keeps on saying "ha" everytime I order. Siguro because of my face mask and face shield or baka gutom. Anyways, I love the service in general
The place was net, but i think those touch screen tv in ordering your meal is prone from spreading a virus. The old ways in ordering our favorite meal is much safer. I still love McDonald's anyway.
Slow customer service.i ordered large they just gave me small.i ordered spicy they gave me an ordinary chicken.
Take 10-15mins from estimated time of deliveries. Tendencies of wrong orders sent or lacking food item are 1/10 chances. No breakdowns on receipt by the way even if you request for one.
Same good old McDonald's. I love the triple cheeseburger. The drive thru lane can get slow during peak hours. Limited parking spaces.

Service was awful. Me and my girlfriend came here to eat and there were no seats left for 2 people. I wanted to occupy the seats available in the other area and they didn't want it because they already closed the area. They suggested we eat separately in different tables. Like seriously? I just wanted to have a decent date with my girlfriend and have a nice little chat while eating before going home and this is what I get? Dreadful customer service.
It was nice since the service is fast, accomodating crews and managers and It feels like home. God job!
A lot of customers.place was overpacked with people which made customer experience a bit far off, although the cashier was nice enough to exude courtesy.
Nice. Great place. But you can't have a good reception inside the building. Literally no network signal.
The self-service touchscreen panels were useless since you need to take the receipt and pay at the counter where you still have to join the endless queue. It does not have debit/credit card reader to make a payment. These panels are blocking the long queue to the cashier and using the touchscreens will just prolong your agony. We ate there thrice and always got the wrong food for about 1 or 2 orders everytime. Lack of staff, tables were dirty and hard to get someone to clean the tables. They better stick to their old system as the new one will never work unless they put card readers at the self-service kiosk and the people giving out the orders paying more attention.
