Location is right in the center or Manila but still safe as the entrance is found at the end of the street with a locked gate.
Lots of assistance roaming around, cleaning, and offering help.
Our rooms have a kitchen and a small living space. With utensils, kettle, and decent sized fridge. Comfortable beds with bedside outlets. Hotwater and good-sized washroom. No street noise can be heard other than nearby rooms.
Nice sized pool and breakfast made to order. For the price and location this is a good hotel. Worth your stay here.

I stayed in room 108, which had a kitchen. About ¥6,000/day on agoda. Considering the age of the building, the size of the rooms, and the location of the hotel, I feel that the price is reasonable. However, in room 108, the hotel Wi-Fi signal was weak and unusable. Similarly, the globeSIM I purchased in the Philippines cannot be used indoors due to weak reception. Even though I had an air-conditioned room, I spent the whole time sitting by the pool and using my smartphone. I think the impression would have been quite different if the room had been different, but this is the only thing I personally don't have any other points about.
By the way, I saw the hotel wifi router number 6 attached to the wall of the stairs on the side of room 105, so 105,106,205,206 might be okay. Front desk, dining room for breakfast? Now you can use wifi without any problem.
I was shown a room in the front building, and although it didn't have a kitchen, this room seemed more convenient.
The staff are all very friendly as others have written. For breakfast, you can choose two meals from over 10 types, and you can also order takeout. We didn't use the pool because the water was cloudy, probably due to the continuous rain, but there were a few people using it. Maybe because it was October, I didn't mind the mosquitoes.
Once again, if I had gotten a different room, my impression of this hotel would definitely have been different, so it was a shame.

This is indeed a hidden gem in Malate, Manila. Rooms are fairly average but clean. The staff provided excellent service all throughout our stay. Polite and cheerful.

The place is in an interestingly hidden backyard. The staff is very nice, friendly, helpful. However, we did not get toilet paper after request and bought some on our own. The breakfast was nourishing, filled omelette. We couldn't get the tv working. Same with wifi on pc. But was working with cellphone.

I first stayed in Adriatico Suites in 2018. Since then I have been there 5 times and it's still my no. 1 choice in Malate, the old part of Manila. It's located in the back of a small side street of buzzling Adriatico and therefore it's perfect if you're seeking for a good night's sleep or a quiet place to relax after a long sightseeing day. It has a gated entrance and is very safe. What I most like about the place is its charming family atmosphere and cozy interieur. The patio with its nicely illuminated pool has a roofed seating area which is perfect for reading, smoking or meeting fellow travellers. Every time I arrive there I feel a little bit like at home. The rooms are basic but nice and clean. Some offer views to the pool area. If you are after glitzy, bling-bling 5-star hotels this is not the place for you, then go to Makati or BGC.but there you don't feel the real Manila vibe. Breakfast is great and everybody of the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of nightlife and shopping options in walking distance.

We were in this hotel for 3 night. The first two night was on the bigger but old room, and the last night on smaller but new room.

I would give this hotel a 5 stars if only we stay in the small but new room the whole time. It was super comfy and the service also excellent, exactly what we expect when we book the hotel. (Pic attached)

We enjoy it a lot.

The problem is, we were wrongly book and stay at the old room at the begining. We thought with the higher price and bigger room it would be better but turned out it far from the truth.

The old big room aircon actually super noisy and dry. Hubbey actually not able to sleep with the aircon on even tho it is super hot we still prefer that than the noisy dry aircon the old room has. It was the aircon i dont know, never actually seen something like that, hubbey said he read somewhere it actually from like WW2 or something IDK. The room is stuffy because it ceiling too low. Im not the superstitious but i feel uncomfortable as the room looks way too old and spooky IMO.

We actually need to buy converter in order to charge our phone and camera as the older room didnt have dual plug for our round charger plug.

And above all that, the price is higher compare to the new room which was we love very much

We love its location as it close to basically everywhere. Street foods, comfy restaurant and cafe, sushi etc.

Anyway, 4 stars it is...

Place was cozy a little old since floor is still made of wood. It is located at the center of malate so you are near from many interestung locations like, manila zoo, luneta par, intramuros, picc and star city. Near MOA and other popular places nearby.

Unfortunately wifi is not good and the television with tv plus does not connect well.

A central location in Malate, Manila down the alley. A secluded and quiet area. I paid about $45 per night and that included a cooked to order breakfast every morning at the hotel restaurant on the 2nd floor. The room needed some tlc from years of wear n tear and a fresh coat of paint. Also, they just switched their internet server so 3 out of 5 days I had limited tv watching but Netflix was available. They have rooms with a kitchenette and without one. I stayed in room 207 on the 2nd floor. All in all, a pleasant trip and stay.

Very nice place to stay and I will book here every time I'm in Manila. Very friendly and accomodating staff, clean rooms, up to date amenities and reasonable priced. It includes a basic free breakfast.

Medyo nagmamadali yung isang staff nila. Tapos pumili na kmi ng food namin for breakfast the ff day pero turns out di nakuha ng kitchen staff nila so we had to wait a little longer eh nagmamadali na dn kami that morning because we had an event to attend to. Still an overall good experience though because their rooms are fully furnished with microwave, electric stove, glasses, plates, water heater etc.and clean.

A good value budget hotel for solo travellers or couples. The rooms are basic but clean, basic breakfast and courteous staff. Nice pool which is unusual to have in Manila. Only downsides were the aircon which is a wall mount and noisy and out of the way location.

For me, this place is a hidden high-tiered hotel in the heart of Manila. Located conveniently with most places of interest in Manila like Roxas Boulevard Baywalk, Korean town, Robinson mall, Adriatico Suites is a place for a budget traveler. It also provides better services compare to others within the area. Booking can be made thru phone apps where you can pay on the day of your booking date at the hotel which is truly advantageous for those having hard time booking hotels online requiring credit cards. The rooms are well maintained, with really fast internet connection, clean facilities, and Netflix service - I can say this hotel is your quick escape from the monotonous work-from-home setup.

The place is not good.
Female front desk officers were unprofessional.they doesn't know how to answer phone politely and worst scenario puts down the phone reciever without giving notice.
They operation manager, IO was inhuman in treating considerations to guest shortcomings.
The place has no fire exit in each room nor seen in any area.
Poor sanitation
Tightly closed

Good food and nice staffs. Sad to give only 3 stars because the bed is very uncomfortable, blackets have holes and our room is beside the pool; we can hear the noise from the pool even we shut all the windows.

Staff was amazing 5 stars for all the help. The room was ok size was nice could use a better bed. Breakfast was decent location is hard to find but good security there last two nights of our stay the room below us was really loud wish they would have done something about that. Plenty of food all around and short walk to the mall. It's a little hike to the embassy. Over was a ok place to stay. Remember this is Manila so if you want to stay at a Hyatt or Hilton this is not it normal water pressure issues as of most of manila.

The place is tucked snugly at the back of Malate Pension. You have to go through a driveway to get there. Once there, you'll be greeted by friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. The rooms are bigger than I expected. A standard room contains a king sized bed, a bathroom, and a small area where you can prepare drinks. There's a ref and safe in the room. There's also a TV with unlimited Netflix. But you have to use the hotel's account, not your own. The hotel also comes equipped with a fast and stable internet that you can use for the duration of your stay. You can use it anywhere within the premises of the hotel. The breakfast included is filling, even if you're the type who eats a heavy breakfast. The location is great, too. It's located near several restaurants and convenience stores. And if you know your way around, you can get to the market and the mall by just walking.
