I understand your reason why we are not allowed to go back to the room because the ultrasound/test/procedure has been done. But please also understand that I have a reason why I rushed and went back there, and that's because I left my phone. Mind you, anyone who leaves something important will do the same.
You haven't told us beforehand that you had rules about that. On my part, I get offended because the way the old lady (doctor's mother) said it was as if "I didn't have manners at all, and I did not excuse myself. ". Even if you ask the doctor herself about that, she knew that before I entered the room, I asked her permission. Then she let me in to get my phone. I did not barge in. I have respect for privacy. I am just disappointed because instead of accepting that you are wrong and should be the one who's sorry, you just give reasons that are nonsense. Please accept this as a lesson learned to you. And yes, the doctor is good and provided all the services I needed but don't forget that part of the services is how the staffs treat the customers as well. The rude old lady should take extra careful and be sensitive next time to what she says to the customers, especially to pregnant women.

I highly recommend Accura Clinic and Dra Ann Sy. She has been my doctor ever since I was single. 4 years ago before the pandemic, I came to her clinic for help regarding my irregular periods. I was diagnosed with PCOS and I thought conceiving a child would be a problem. But Dra Ann Sy has taken good care of my reproductive health and helped me a lot with my condition. Now I am married and with my 1st child. I didn't have any problems or complications when I was pregnant and giving birth. Accura and SoundMama clinic of Dra. Sy are very clean, well maintained with high end equipment (saves money and time since Dra.also conducts the ultrasounds) and friendly staff. They have strict covid protocols for the safety of patients (mostly expecting mothers) since getting covid while pregnant is very nerve wracking. They strictly follow the schedule of appointments and they will inform the patients ahead of time if Dra. Sy won't be able to conduct clinic for the day and resched your appointment immediately. Would definitely recommend to other expecting moms.

Dr. Sy did a great job with my cesarean delivery last August 19,2022. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly, plus all of the staff in Accura was great. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I highly recommended Dr. Sy for you and your baby’s health during pregnancy.

The Doctor and the staff are so kind. It is very easy and convenient to arrange my appointment to them. The clinic is so clean, they strictly follow our health protocol, I can feel that I am safe especially this pandemic.

The clinic is well-maintained and clean. Plus the people/staff are very friendly and helpful. The OB-Sonologist is also very informative. They do not allow companions inside the vicinity which I find it really good because of the pandemic. They offer BPS and NST which other ultrasound clinics don’t and in affordable rates. I highly recommend it to women and expecting mothers.

Dr. Ann Sy was my OB for my daughter -Amory. She made me feel at ease throughout the entire duration of my pregnancy and delivery despite the unusual circumstances of going through this experience during the COVID-19 pandemic. I love Accura Women's care center and Dra Ann Sy! I would only recommend Dra Ann to the ones who look for someone who is professional and very competent.
