I went in and had the “AirFlow Prophylaxis” done at Affinity Dentals One Bonifacio High Street and I am BEYOND SATISFIED. The staff was very accomodating, the dentist (Dra. Kat) was very professional and explained everything thoroughly and the place/treatment rooms are spic and span.i never had teeth this clean and I recommend the clinic to all who needs great dental services!

I had Teeth Whitening with Affinity dental BGC stopover and the results were amazing. My teeth got 6 shades lighter in just one session and all the coffee stains got removed. Dra. Daena did the procedure. Highly recommend this clinic!

I am very impressed with all of the staff at Affinity Dental BGC STOPOVER. I met with Dr Regala and he personally explained to me the cost and time line needed to accomplish various dental procedures. They have the latest dental equipment. Look no further for a dentist in the BGC area.

Since I had a tooth emergency, I couldn’t go back to their Alabang Clinic. I searched for their BGC branch since it was near my office.the receptionist entertained me even if I had no appointment. Since they had appointed patients, I was asked if I was willing to wait or come back. I opted to stay and waited for about 20 minutes. The wait was comfortable, I didnt mind sitting in their lounge which had a view of the outside. I felt relaxed.

When my time came, a nice nurse dressed me up with an unopened brand new set of disposable PPE. I was escorted to the room and dentist and nurse was in full PPE gear. Their protocols are reassuring given the pandemic.

A digital xray was wheeled in and they took a shot of the tooth I was concerned with. I was shown the xray immediately and was advised that the tooth can no longer be saved. It turned out that I cracked my root canal treated tooth which I failed to previously crown.

I was scared of the extraction but the dentist was professional and very caring throughout the entire procedure, I had my tooth pulled and didn’t feel anything. After the extraction, they gave me an ice pack for free.

I was given three options to replace my tooth: dentures, bridge or implant. They presented options from cheapest to best. Since the missing tooth is visible, I opted to have a dental implant instead. I cant imagine wearing dentures!

I was told to come back when the gum has healed and that it was best to do the implant as soon as possible before I develop bone loss. This time I will listen and do it asap!

Overall, the experience was great as always. Price wise, they are not the cheapest but they are also not the most expensive in the area. Price is reasonable for the quality of the service.

Affinity Dental Clinics BGC is still my trusted clinic in Bonifacio Global City. They no longer accept HMO cards but I rather still go back to this clinic. The dentists are very nice and professional. I like that they do not pressure me to avail of services I really don't need. They only advise what is best for me. Their prices have also remained the same over the last five years. For a common worker like me, I appreciate that they are still relatively affordable versus other newer clinics in BGC. Thank you!

Nice and relaxing clinic. Very professional and not commercial. Dentists and staff are wonderful and friendly. As an HR person, I could tell they are well trained. Looking forward to my next appointment.

The place itself is good. But I’m rating the service. I’ve went here for Oral Prophylaxis twice or thrice already. And I’ve been to several dentists for cleaning my whole life and I know thorough cleaning. Their cleaning barely took 30 minutes, the dentist barely cleaned anything. Some of the plaque remained. I complained about a tooth ache on two places. The dentist checked one and immediately told me to have a panoramic xray before she can do any procedure. When I went home and flossed that night I discovered that the pain on the part where she hadn’t checked, there was a piece of meat stuck in between from the lunch I had before meeting her. How exactly do you miss that?

I wouldn’t go here if it wasn’t covered by my company’s health insurance. This is the last time I’m going to this clinic.

Edit: I also had my tooth filled here. The same dentist did the filling. The appeared annoyed when I told her several times that I can still feel/bite on the new filling. So I let it go hoping it will wear away after a few days. It didn’t, so I went back to have it fixed. Same dentist almost bore a hole on the tooth. After the pandemic calmed down a bit I had to go back to a different dentist because the same tooth now needed a root canal because of pulpitis. As the dental experts I’m pretty sure the clinic knows the reason why I did. Never. Again.

Edit 2: since they replied, the dentist flossed my teeth but there’s still food stuck in between? Case in point, poorly done cleaning. And yes of course I will refuse the X-ray because I know you charge almost twice as expensive, I had that X-ray and procedure done somewhere else and half the price of your procedure, and wow you’d be amazed at how thorough they were with oral prophylaxis and they don’t make excuses about ultrasonic scalers. I’m sure they used other instruments to thoroughly clean my teeth.

Oh and one more thing, since you’re so keen on remembering, you asked me about flossing, and you were so sarcastic that you had to say “it’s not green, it’s blue” okay. Not only don’t I like your service but also you attitude towards your patients. This is fair review. You know what you did. Funny thing is, I’ve always brushed off that comment but I know it made me uncomfortable, parang mata pobre. But seeing as you had to reiterate “for financial reasons”, I’d say you actually are.

My favorite dentist in the entire Philippines. Great and very professional consultation, friendly staff, pretty clinic and modern equipment. Highly recommended

I was trying to book an appoitnment with Makati Branch but no one was answering. Gladly this branch was able to accommodate me. I only had cleaning done but i have to commend this clinic for their professionalism from the one who answered my call and the staffs. Everyone was pleasant and well uniformed like hospital staffs to be honest it felt like I am on Greys Anatomy. Anyway I look forward on having other procedures done when I get back from US.

Just came home from the clinic. It used to be a very quality one. I was supposed to have my appointment today but got refused due to a very selfish reason - I had to get a MOUTHGUARD from them before a filling procedure could be administered. The specific doctor’s name is Ally/Ali. She said if I’d still use a mouthguard not from them she would not do the procedure. I told her I have an extra non-molded mouthguard at home so I could dispose my current one and use the extra one to fit on the would-be-structure of my treated teeth. Yet, she rejected such thought and used the reason “I am not confident”. The said clinic could have advised me earlier as they have my record on file to avoid wasting money and time going to their branch location. So uncalled for!

Great service from Dr Tricia and staff. Ultra modern equipment. Best dental experience in Manila so far.

Had a bad experience with another dental clinic in Manila. Affinity in BGC noticed their mistakes immediately and fixed it perfectly.

2500 php consultation. Never been to a country in the west where a dentist charged consultation fees for less than 2 minutes of their time. No services were rendered, and this is a complete scam business practice. This clinic white taxes and should not be visited by any foreigner. (or anyone really)

Edit: Of course their reply is a complete lie. Find out for yourself if a consultation is ~800 peso, buyer beware. For the skeptics, the clinic confirmed "free" at the desk, and no xrays were taken. Its really not so bad to even charge for this if you are honest about it. Shame on them for using Covid as an excuse for their predatory tactics.
