AIM Conference Center Manila reviews
21Location is great. Although v clean and has working amenities, it desperately needs refurbishment.
Part of the Asian Institute of Management (Lead Inspire Transform), the conference centre also provides lodging for around $50 per night.
Facilities aren't great and I wouldnt use the pool (not sure when it was cleaned last), but the rooms are what toy pay for. They are clean and have a bed. Perfect budget accommodation in the heart of Makati
Function and seminar rooms are above average. The food definitely needs improvement. The 5th floor dining establishment badly needs improvement on service, timeliness, and quality.
Very nice service and cleanliness. 2 mins walk from the Greenbelt Ayala malls with ample options for food, shopping etc.
So many rooms to accommodate different groups. Very conducive to lectures, seminars or other activities without distracting the other sessions across the hall despite being one of the older buildings in the area. Restrooms are clean and with sufficient toilet items. There's BPI and Security Bank ATM Machines in the ground floor too. Very near Greenbelt 1 shopping center. Parking area could be in Greenbelt 1 or Paseo Steel Carpark which is about 5minute walk away.
Love the location! But some of their front desk officers are not that friendly or accomodating. The rooms are ok and so are the room boys. Good convention hall.
The place is very conducive for learning. Its very spacious for workshop. Soundproof and well lighted. To top it all they serve good food. So delicious and filling. We had ou 2 day training here and i must come back here.
The place is strategic to to the greenbelt mall however internet connection in the room is bad.
Friendly staff, LicationClose to Ayala shopping Centre and many restaurents, AIM Hotel Restaurent at 5th Flor Food is very good and moderate price, I enjoyed the stay amidst busy program schedule
Quite disappointing. Facilities are old, they did not accommodate for a double room (gave me two separate twin beds), staff is uninterested. The breakfast is an insult: an egg and a sausage for twice the price of any other place around the hotel (the 5th floor restaurant, not the cafe downstairs. The cafe is cool). I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re attending a conference at AIM.
Location.great!
Building.facility.start to show it's age.nothing fancy, just partical and functional.
Furniture in room.missing table lamp, night light, towels are in need replacement, local phone in room available to use no charge.
, 2 bottles water every day, parking free, daily newspaper, quite clean enviroment (no cockroches), simple breakfast available on ground floor cafe.
You get a good deal.
The best venue for the best leaders in the world! This was taken during the Franchise Management Seminar organized by the Philippine Franchise Association for Certified Franchise Executives program.
Place is at the heart of business center. Food is great. Good service and rooms are well maintained. Accomodating staffs as well.
Had a meeting there. Undermanned and they're always inside the kitchen. Service is not good. But the food is okay.
Ideal for affordable short stay conference and seminars at the center of CBD. Also houses the AIM- Dado Banatao Incubator
A premier institute in Asia for Management Development Program and other course pertaing marketing and management for entry level executive to organization's top management including entrepreneurs.
It was ol for a conference. The building looks old though. I didnt know i can park at the basement.
Clean, well maintained, friendly and accomodating staff, good and strategic location, with fair and reasonable rates. Definitely a good place to stay when in Manila.
Affordable hotel located near the Makati district. The staff is very helpful and the cafe serves delicious pastries baked daily.
