Location-wise - EXCELLENT
Now if only majority of the residents can be more disciplined with a lot of things then everything would be perfect.

Location is very central, a 2 minute walk to the mrt shaw station. Close to the malls and near the bus stop. Rent is also very reasonable though rooms are comparatively small. It can be noisy as it is beside EDSA, the busiest highway in metro manila.

Almost 5 stars, considering the price. But a lot of ill-mannered residents are always throwing their garbage outside their balconies and the building administrator seems can't do anything about it.

Location just along EDSA, beside Shaw MRT. Convenient with easy access to the bus station (in front of Starmall), train (MRT) to Shangri-la Mall, and short walk to SM Megamall.

Just moved in this january here. Strategic location if you are working around ortigas area. Just noticed that some light switch opens for 2 areas. When i turn on the lights in the kitchen, so as the living room. Partition between living room and bedroom does not reach the ceiling.very bad design.

Decent condo units. Easily accessible location with nearby necessities such as laundry shops, salon, spa, convenience store, market, train station etc.

Convenient location for commuters, not for car owners. Rooms are small and though tolerable the building is infested with tiny cockroaches.
