Worst government hospital. My father stayed there for 5 days. Doctors don’t regularly go rounds to check their patients. During his stay, he was seen by a doctor only once… in the ER. We opted for DAMA (discharge against medical advice). Waste of time. Will never come back.

This is my personal experienced dito sa hospital na’to. I have sever cough that time and dahil sobrang ubo ako ng ubo sumasakit na yung dibdib ko and hindi ako makahinga. When we arrived sa emergency entrance merong chubby na i don’t think if he’s a gay pero nung chi-check nya na vp ko he told me na “wag mo piliting umubo” at halatang with inis. Is that how you approach mga pasyente niyo? Lalo na dun sa lalaking chubby na nasa emergency entrance. ‘Di mo deserve ‘yang position mo.

Mga walang silbi! Pera pera nalang talaga! Nakailang balik na kami sa inyo tapos sasabihin nyo ulitin na naman yung lab? ! Mga hindi nag iisip! Kala nyo ba napupulot lang ang pera? ! Kayo papatay sa pasyente nyo! Kahit isang star, hindi nyo deserve! Ilang buwan na kami pabalik balik sa inyo pa test kayo ng pa test! Lahat na ginawa para maagapan ang sakit ng tatay namin tapos sasabihin nyo ulitin na naman yung biopsy kasi hindi mabasa? ! Eh sa inyo kami nagpagawa ng biopsy mga sira!

WORST HOSPITAL! NAPAKABAGAL NG PROSESO NYO! PALAGI NYONG PINAULIT MGA LAB PUTARAGIS KAYO! MAMAMATAY NALANG YUNG PASYENTE WALA PARIN KAYONG PROSESO! MGA ANIMAL!

Definitely one of the WORST GOVERNMENT hospitals in the Philippines! We were here in the morning around 7am, and waited for the results of CT Scan until 5pm, waited for an hour and advised that my father will be admitted in a wheel chair until an MRI schedule opens up which they have no idea when. We decided to leave instead but refused to give us endorsement letter to do MRI outside. "Hindi po kami magbibigay ng endorsement/recommendation kaya nga po sinasabi namin na iadmit dito yung tatay nyo para ma schedule for MRI" What an excuse! We paid for nothing here. 7K for waiting, and giving us nothing. No meds, no comfort as in wheelchair lang and yung napakatag na CT scan result ang binadan mo dito. In short just don't go here, if you do then it's on you.

Yung mga doctor dyan nag trabaho lang para sa pera hindi para mag sagip ng buhay iba na talaga panahon ngayon mga mukhang pera titingnan ka lang kahit nag hihingalo ka na We are so disappointed to this hospital I regret na dyan namin dinala Lola namin and all this time hear says about this hospital that “if you bring a patient inside this hospital, expect that he or she will not go out alive” napaka irresponsible habol lang yung pera kung ano ano ring sakit sasabihin n'yo sa patient halos hindi na maintindihan kung anong dahilan pag hindi heart attack sakit sa bato naman tapos gagawan pa ng kung ano ano gustong gusto n'yo yun kase pag malala yung naging sakit may pera kayong makukuha masyado kayong halata! Hindi magampanan pagiging doctor ang rules n'yo unahin yung nahihirapan hindi yung nauna hindi porket nauna yung iba sila na uunahin n'yo hindi naman masyadong malala sa iba alam nyong emergency na naka titig lang kayo puro chismisan mga walang kwenta bumagsak sana hospital n'yo! Mwalan sana kayo ng disensya lalo yung mga doctor na yan! Malaman sana ng mga tao mga pinag gagawa n'yo mga walang kwenta mukhang pera irresponsible pinag aralan n'yo pa yan hindi n'yo rin naman sinusunod mga rules n'yo pilipino nga naman ANDAMI N'YO NG ISSUE!

DI KO NA ALAM SAN PUPUNTA KASE NAGTUTULAKAN KUNG SAN AKO AT PABALIK BALIK NAKAILAN AKONG PABALIK BALIK YUNG GUSTO MO LANG NAMAN SANA MAGAMOT PERO BAKIT GANITO

Mga walang respeto mga guard, akala mo kung sino magsalita, tao rin naman kausap nila, nakakadismaya at nag assign dyan ng ganyang mga klaseng ugali, hospital tapos mga guard hindi hospitable makipag usap hays, ang bagal din ng proseso, aabutin ng siyam siyam sa isang department hayssssss

Ok cya kc mura and almost wala k n bayad. Kaso wala man lang cla notice sa patients family once na nilipat or may move clang gagawin. Nagkacovid father ko ng napunta dun kahit lahat kmi wala covid (nagswab kmi) tpos nilagay nila sa isolation wla man lang update saming family kung ano lagay ng patients. Pati nung nag negative cya and kelangan na ilagay sa ward nalaman lang nmin nung nagpunta ako to specifically ask his condition dahil wla nga update. Hindi man lang kmi sinabihan. Ililipat n cya. Sungit p ng staff.

They told me to come at 9 am for my ultrasound result, I came early but they made me wait until 3 pm to read what's written in my ultrasound result.

Nurses acted like I'm unreasonable for getting irritated for waiting until 3 pm when my appointment was 9 am!

I'm very disappointed with service

From humble beginnings this hospital evolve and slowly grow big and improve it's services and cater many people from Rizal, marikina and nearby towns and still expanding to 500 bed capacity

My brother was hit by a car and they brought him to this hospital because it is the rescue protocol. He was fully injured but he was not assisted properly. He was told to sit on a wheelchair instead of putting him into a bed. After waiting for two hours, his wounds are completely exposed and there was nobody monitoring him. The doctors in the ER specifically surgery doctors were taking selfies, chitchatting and laughing like there are no patients to attend to. Employees were so insensitive specially the person in charge at the CT-scan Department she let my brother lay down by himself while watching him. We are so disappointed to this hospital and all this time hear says about this hospital that “if you bring a patient inside this hospital, expect that he or she will not go out alive”. I guess we’re gonna believe that from now on! We waited for several hours for this kind of service! What a waste of time!

Slow process, it tooks you 3 days to get a result of your CT scan, bad service from admin staffs very rude especially the elderly ones, For the same price of payment in other hospitals you'll get the results at the same day. Bad experience it feels like there is no doctor in the hospital. So don't ask if there any doctor in the house

Poor Service Hospital!
Kung gusto mo pang mabuhay, huwag ka ng tumuloy dito, mamatay kalang. The Doctors have no sense of urgency, even though they know you are very sick they keep you waiting for almost weeks.and another more weeks.the Doctor assigned to me in the OB-GyNE takot ata maggamot seems to be a Neophyte gusto na nya ata akong mamatay or back-out nalang. I don't understand that she allows me to have follow-ups with her but everytime I make one, she cancelled all my calls and texts without even explaining why, and even not asking my health now if I am still ok? She left me hanging and wondering then, Gusto ko pa pong mabuhay.why these Doctors have no hope on you to live more.so I have no choice, but to go to another hospital, gusto naman ata nilang mabawasan lang ang kanilang mga pasyente. Sorry Amang Rodriguez pero nawawala na po unti-unti ang tiwala ko sa kalidad ng Serbisyo nyo, siguro it is about time na salain nyo ang mga Doctors nyo since National Government Hospital pa naman kayo at DOH affiliated. Nakakalungkot lang isipin na ang Siguridad ng Pambansang Kalusugan ng ating Bansa ay napakababa, ironically, mahirap pa naman tayong bansa na ang karaniwang tao ay mahirap, sa mga murang o libreng pagamutan lamang pwedeng pumunta pero kung ganyan ang kalidad ng serbisyo nyo sa taong bayan ay unti-unti kaming mawawala sa mundo.

If I could I would rate it 0, this hospital tends to steal your belongings, the quality is bad, the ettique is bad, a lot of it is bad. Is this even a hospital?

This is the worst hospital they let my brother died and they don't have proper records I wonder why they still operate.

Walang sumasagot sa phone halos lahat ng numbers na nakapost, tinawagan ko na, at pag may sumagot naman, ayaw mag transfer

The staff are doing the best they could. Ang makulit lang talaga ay ang mga bantay o ang mga mismong pasyente.

I was on ER few weeks ago, I tried to observe everything. I keep on asking myself: "Why 1 star? " "Why lots of complains? ". Nakita ko, makukulit ang mga pasyente. May hindi nagdedeclare na covid positive sila, may mga makukulit na bantay na madaming reklamo.

Isisi niyo ito sa maling pag-bubudget ng tatay doging niyo.

Mag 1 week na kapatid ko sa ospital na to. Wala pa rin ang swab test result. Yun mga pasyente na bago lang may result kaagad.sya wala pa din. Nakaka Inis pa baka mahawa pa yun kapatid ko ng covid.
