Angels Pizza - Marikina

Today, I have ordered garlic shrimp and all meat on a double deal basis. We were surprised by how their pizza degraded into the unpalatable kind. Know why? Well, let me narrate.

We ordered Garlic Shrimp with shrimps as small as the "hibe" kind, 2 to 3 pcs per slice and you'll miss them if you're not attentive enough; for the All Meat, the crust was almost 3 inches so what is there to enjoy, dang! You'd be left wondering if it's worth it.to order from them again.
Garlic shrimp should be renamed as garlic dough as it lacked the cheese and shrimps. The all meat should be renamed all crust! And their hand tossed is almost thin crust. It all boils down to: they never serve what they were told to serve. The commitment to quality service was lost.
2 years ago, they're the best, low-cost pizza I've ever had. Now, they're the worst pizza ever! To the Angel's pizza management:
Up your game or end up losing all your customers. Catastrophic!

Sobrang chaotic ng atmosphere. Yung ibang staff tulala na, tapos distracted. I get na maraming orders since mas maraming deliveries kaysa sa dine-in/takeout pero parang understaff naman kase itong branch na ‘to. Sana wag nyong pinapagod ang staff nyo.

Service too slow and crews are not accommodating. We only ordered Sana ol Barkada bundle and it almost took 1 hour of waiting. Prolly won’t order again.

nag order ako by a delivery sa website nyo at 2am, nabayaran ko na rin gamit credit card! Pero naka indicate sa website nyo na 3: 45am pa dadating deliver nyo sa bahay kaya nung tumawag ang customer service nyo nag request ako na baka pwd hindi naman ganun katagal pero anong nangyare pass 4am na dumating samen ang deliver what the! Tapos malamig na pizza dadating samen huh! At eto pa ano pa sabi nang rider nyo! "next time ma'am dapat ang ipin layolayo bahay nyo sa naka pin" tama ba yan! Samantalang customer service nyo ang nag bago nang pin! Kundi ko lang binayaran na yang order ko DAPAT PINA CANCEL KONA, NAPAKA DISAPPOINTING NANG SERVICE NYO.

Updating my review after a disappointing experience with this branch today. Instead of getting the sushi baked flavor, we got the creamy spinach (from b1t1 order) which is the old version. I did took a bite to make sure of the flavor before going back to the store to complain. As confirmed, we got the w When we get to the store, i was easily entertained but when the crew present the pizza to his colleague, it was rejected saying that since I tasted the pizza, they can no longer accept it as they will get charged over it. Due to the fact that the crew will get charged, i just tell them that we will get to keep the wrong flavored pizza as I do not want them to get charged. But the experience of being blamed of taking a little bite and use is as their excuse is a really disappointing experience. We will just take it as this is just a minor problem. Just a tip, do not just rely on the flavor on the slip. Ask the crew to open the box even if they already secured it with tie to make sure that they are giving you exactly what you have ordered.

I ordered today around 2.30PM and delivery was promised at around 3.40PM. At 4.10PM, I followed up with Angel's and told me my order is out for delivery and Marikina branch will contact me for this delay. But, no one contacted me and my order was delivered 4.30PM (50mins late) and the rider only say sorry telling that there are many orders. But then again, don't promise a delivery time you can't commit. You don't even give a damn contacting your customer thus reflecting on your customer service.

This is not the first time this happened. And will no longer order again from this restautant.

It was our first time eating Angels Pizza. We ordered buy1 take 1 pizza - family size Creamy Spinanch Dip and Toppings so Bongga, also a 1.5 litre bottle of Pepsi.

The Creamy Spinach Dip is truly a recommended flavour. Masarap, mabango ang amoy, fresh and creamy. The Toppings so Bongga is really one of their best seller flavours. Madami talaga ang toppings. Siksik and masarap. Tasty talaga!

I forgot to take photos of the restaurant upstairs where we ate. Spacious and comfortable to eat. No one was there but us coz most of the people are ordering online or getting their take aways. Malamig ang aircon and malinis. The restaurant has friendly staff too. They were a bit busy preparing orders for online and take aways.

Next visit, I'll take more photos of the place.

Our go-to pizza place. Their spinach dip flavor is top notch! Also got to try their Spinach Sushi Bake flavor recently which I liked, it’s unexpectedly spicy but still scrumptious! A better option for spicy lovers like me. Found another favorite flavor for sure:) Also got to try their mozzarella flavor before but I personally find it a teeny bit salty.

I’d really recommend to get their APC card which sells for 299php. Very sulit as you’ll be able to get two boxes na for purchasing their family size for 515php

Dine in
They have a dine-in area on their second floor.

Serving time
They serve the pizzas within 15-20 minutes all the time in comparison to other pizza brands which is a plus!

Place an order through their call center via marikina branch. To my surprise, the agent was efficient to take my order and the call only took less than 5 minutes. They accept the angels pizza card via call delivery Medyo trauma ng slight dahil sa mga nabasa kong bad reviews dito na late ko ding nabasa.

Ordered place, 9: 30am. ETA is 10: 30. Received a text around 10: 00am na wala silang inhouse rider kaya they made an effort na ideliver na lang from grab express rider. Umabot naman sa saktong deliv time. Next time ulit.hehehe

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL.
People are liar from customer representative to Manager.
We ordered at 3pm yet order came at 5pm with INCORRECT order.

Then asked us to wait till 7PM yet no one came until 8: 39!
Imagine waiting for 5hrs for a PIZZA

WORST BRANCH! THEY WON'T BOTHER TO CALL YOU FOR ANY UPDATE. ORDERED AT 3: 15 THEN CONFIRMED AT 3: 30 THAT ARRIVING TIME WOULD BE 4: 30 THEN AFTER THAT NO UPDATE UNTIL 6: 00! THE MOST TRIGGERING PART IS THAT THE ORDER THAT I GOT IS THE WRONG ONE.

Special mention to that Manager who ignored our calls for almost 50 times and their lies about the location of our order details! THEY LITERALLY MAKE THIS WORST SA PAMBABASTOS NILA AND NOT DOING WHAT THEY PROMISED AFTER GIVING SECOND CHANCE (TO MAKE THE RIGHT ORDER) BUT STILL DI NILA GINAWAN NG PARAAN.

SOBRANG WORST NG CUSTOMER SERVICE! They should've work on their quality services towards their customers. Please work on this!

Delivery time always late, around 1-1.5 hours more than what was promised. Happened many times.

RUINED MY MOTHER'S DAY PLAN.

Nagplace ako ng order ahead of time sa website and someone called me to confirm the orders and I received the confirmation email but the day came and no one bothered to deliver the items.
WORST!

Pizza us good but service is terrible!
Never answers phone
Deliveries always late there pizza comes cold
Pick up is best option but then no one answers so u have to go there, order and wait!
Someone should fix this branch and hire more riders

Medyo mabagal lang ang pag peprepare nila ng food, lamang ang kwentuhan at harutan kesa sa trabaho

Ordered Halo halo and Pizza at Angel's gil fernando. Got the pizza already before they started preparing the Halo-halo and waited for another 10 minutes after several follow-ups. No one from the staff apologized.

I ordered through walk-in in advance so it would be delivered on time to my preferred location, but they forgot my order until I called them

I'm a member of Angel's Pizza, I personally do not recommend to be a member again!

They deliver the pizza very late. Bad Service. Pizza was very cold!

Not recommendable!
