Angel's Pizza

Ordered Angel's Garden of Eden and it sadly differs from what they post in their pictures on Grab and menu in store. Picture with Basil is from the menu and Grab menu pizza with 1 piece of red pepper is what we received. Buyer needs to be aware before they take out. We ordered 4 pizza's 2 were not even cut one was cut properly and the third was cut 3 times including pieces almost the size of 1/3 the pizza. Extremely disappointed with this service.

This is gross seriously? The cheese are smeared all over th cardboard and it seriously old pizza you gave us, I don't feel safe feeding it to my kids, I wasted my money into this

Paimproved naman po ang crust ng Angel's Pizza. Ang nagcater eh Pasig branch. Twice na akong umorder napakatigas ng crust nila. At hindi pa masarap.

Nag order po ako ng carbonara 99 PESOS and also Creamy spinach pizza 350. Masarap at very satisfied pero bakit ang naka lagay sa resibo Instead na Carbonara 99 pesos ang naka lagay ay Lasagna 150 pesos? Modus po ba yan ng kahera? Ang total lang dapat ng order ko ay 99+350 = 449. Pero ang binayad ko ay 491 pesos. Di na ako nag complain pero goodluck sa karma masarap ang angels pizza ang masama yung kahera may modus ata

Ordered the pizza and chicken called them for Pick up @4pm, we got there and told me to wait for 15 to 20mins. Finally got my order at 4: 45pm i thought that the pizza i ordered was going to be like hot bec i assumed that it just came out from oven its so disappointing waiting for almost an hour and the pizza is freaking cold.

Messing up orders. Had to wait for an hour just for a medium pizza. When I started pressing where are my orders, ntold me that the nugets will take 10min.like who cooks nuggets for almost an hour.the 6 orders went past me already and I am still sitting here.

It took more than 3hrs bago dumating ang order ko.monumento branch to 4th ave lang naman.sabi ng tumawag 30 minutes lang.kaya ayun cancel order pagdating ng kawawang rider.ayusin nyo diskarte nyo.

Too small shrimp and just 2 per slice. Too salty and will never order again! Wish i could upload photo of the pizza.

Overcrowded superslow service, if mag order po kayo online mas maganda piliin nu ung Mandaluyong kaysa dito sa Bel air Makati aabutin po kayo 1-2 hours bago makuha ang inorder nu specially sa Grab

Walang dumating na pizza. Sana nag sabi kung maidedeliver o hindi sana umorder na kami sa iba. Mga walang kwenta kausap. Sasabihan ko friends ko na mga card holder ng angels pizza na wag na oorder sainyo. Walang kwenta delivery nyo. Dapat nga walang star eh bwisit panira kayo ng araw

One chinese costumer shouting at us claming that our food is his food he keep shouting and keep saying some bad words and the manager dindt do anything about it! Staff is not properly trained how they handle costumers their only focus for the take out! Sucks

Worst customer service experience. Booked and called to a certain area in Taguig and two of the nearest delivery area both said they can't cater the said Delivery place.even the customer service said MAYBE the other stores can. Like who? Shakeys or Pizza hut? Urgh.

Ordered pizza online. Received order confirmation. Kept checking website for two hours to monitor status. Two hours later, order status changes to "Cancelled". TWO HOURS LATER? !? No email notification. No call. No apology. NOTHING. They make me wait, hungry, for TWO HOURS just to update their online system to indicate the order's been cancelled. Hotline unattended. This is the WORST pizza delivery experience of my life.

A little confusing as you enter. It's a dine-in and takeaway, but you must order at the till for dine-in also. BUT NOTE: READ THE MAIN MENU FIRST BEFORE YOU ORDER.some great offers at this restaurant but hidden and not shown on the main board where you order. You only see them as you seat and then it is too late (wasnt able to add a 2nd pizza to my order) 1 pizza is $7,2 pizza deal is only $8.overall, this place has great potential but needs management to sort out the small things.

Yesterday im ordering pizza, and i waiting untill 4 hours and not yet come, no further information, no calling me, this the worst pizza seller i ever seen

We went at 1: 30 pm to Angels Pizza Makati Avenue and were so excited and hungry for lunchtime. After the cashier got the menu once staff mentioned that they didn't have chicken, all types of chicken were not available. I'm so disappointed with this branch. I'm a repeat customer using Food Panda. I'm excited to try my hubby's thier chicken but unfortunately, no delivery of chicken the staff mentioned it. I Hope next time they should always be available on their menu, especially on chicken and also the 1 staff giving me my take-out pizza even if she was on a face mask I saw her poker face irritated me and I didn't know what her issue was is.tx time all staff to be friendly. Luckily I don't get her name.

Service very very very⁸ very⁵ bad crews are not friendly and accomadating matataray pa. Wala nmn masyadong tao parang pinagsakluban Ng lupa at langit.

This place is busy and the staff seem to be under a lot of strain and service is not good.
I ordered the pasta and the pasta was overcooked dry and tasteless and was clearly just something that we are reheated and I would never order it again
