I ordered via their app at 5pm, past 7pm someone called me just to tell me after waiting for 2 hrs that its already their cut off. You clearly have problems with managing your orders!

Tangina nyo angels pizza nakailang tawag na ako wala man lang update kung nasaan na yung order ko.nagbigay pa kayo ng delivery time pero wala ring kwenta.bwiset kayo!

Di maganda yung delivery service nila. Call and order 5pm. 8pm na ng gabi wala pa din dumating na rider. Nakaka dismaya. Para di nila priority direct order sa kanila pag delivery

The food is good, however parkinf space sucks. You have to park at SM hypermarket if you're driving a car.

Angel's pizza has a gloomy vibe inside the store. Maybe it's just me. But the food is great tho.

Pizza's are better than the well known international brand around. The fried chickn is crispy on the outside and sooo juicy and soft in the inside. I enjoyed the chicken even without ketchup or gravy, although it's also great with any of the two. Angel's should epen more branches. Pasta is also good. The good food makes up for the poor ambiance. My wife enjoyed it, my kids enjoyed it. In fact, my kids only order Angel's pizza.

For the pizza lover you must try their best seller Creamy Spinach & Toppings so Bongga 100% subok sa sobrang sarap.

I give this rate to the Customer Service. Very poor and line was too busy. It feels like you don't have enough staff to answer calls and orders.

This pizza is always in demand! The pizza served hot. The staff is very accomodating and good customer service.must try especially the creamy spinach dip!

Creamy Spinach was a signature of Angel's and my family loved it, however, no one wants to eat Hawaiian one! We like Hawaiian pizzas in general, but we were so disappointed with the huge pineapple round slices. Why not just cut the pineapples into normal bite sizes?

Also, we only asked for hot sauces. I specifically mentioned that in the "notes to vendor" section of Grab. Do not include a ketchup if a customer didn't asked for them. It goes to waste and it becomes very unfriendly to environment.

VERY SLOW and BAD Service. I made an order through their Telephone and requested that I will pick it up by 1615H. When I got there it took me 70 MINUTES! To claim my order.

If you want pizza this is not the best place.you'll have to wait for an hour just for a pan of pizza

I always lower my expectation when it comes to ordering foods, but angels really amazes me, when it comes to expecting quality taste it will definitely set your standards high in terms of food taste quality.been ordering multiple times here. Angel's Pizza is perfect for any occasion, Aside from delicious pizzas, they also have chicken and pasta. Don't forget to try my favorite creamy spinach dip

The pizza was great and affordable. We availed the bundle promo. However, I was told that I had to wait for 20 minutes for the food to be ready but I waited for almost 45 minutes. There were no other customers at that time as we arrived there at past 12mn.

This girl lost my APC card. Itold her that she didnt give it to me kase inaasikaso ko yung pagbayad thru gcash. Then sabi nya hanapin nya dw pero wala di nya hinahanap. Irresponsible.

The food was great. It's better if you have your own acp card that will provide you discounts like b1t1. The aircon is not that good since the last time we came the crew said it's under maintenance.

Not sure if comfort room is available here. They have a lot of online orders. If you will order online in a busy hour. Make sure to have the order 2 hours in advance.

We made an order since morning, 11am and none of them had confirmed our order, we updated our order after lunch and promised to have it delivered at 4: 30pm, they made another call and asked if it's okay for our order to be delivered around 5: 30pm. It is now 6pm and our order isn't here yet. Very poor customer service!

This store can't handle too much customer especially during an occasion. Unprofessional and poor management.

As for the Pizza, we are now getting Less toppings and less Cheese, Pizza isn't cut well. The Pizza bread isn't as good as before.

Beside that, I have another Issue with their website. The website is a 1/10. You Log in but doesn't show you whether you are logged in already or not because you can't check your profile account. Even if you're logged in, You still need to confirm your APC card number even tho my APC card is already linked to my account. Their Location/Address system is incomplete! There's no Navotas city. Not even Malabon. I waited for update for months but they never developed it! Very poor customer service.
