20Worst clinic experience for Pre-Employment Medical Exam so far, aside from the long wait, processes and system definitely need a lot of improvement.
Their clinic ambiance is good but they are very selective to the services they provide, which is very descriminative, imagine papapuntahin ka pa sa ibang branch kasi kailangan doon itake yong ibang test, eh malalaman mo siniserve yong mga test nayon pag hindi ka galing sa endorsement ng Company mo. Pahirap kayo eh!
We were here today at 4: 35 but was advised by the receptionist that they are closed already. When asked why is it that posted closing time is 5pm, was hastily advised this " until 5 pa talaga, pero cutoff na kami ng 4". If that'sthe case, better change your posted time in gmb
I rate this clinic 5 stars because my APE just finished in 1 hour. The staff are friendly, the place is always sanitized every 5 minutes. Overall my experience here is good.
I went to this Aventus Pasay branch during morning around 10AM, tried calling their hotline which is on their website 8836-0627 and it’s not working, The nurse/receptionist advised me that number is just for outgoing, so why is it in your website? I don’t understand.
The nurse told me that the schedules ophthalmologist is 1: 00PM. Had their contact number is working I should have not waited from 10am -1Pm. We all know that Doctors are always late, they don’t know the word punctual.so I waited until 2pm. They don’t have respect to the time of their patients, probably because we’re just patients and they are the “doctors”,
While waiting, I asked for a contact number just in case I need to go back in the future, The nurse gave me a different contact number to call 8541-5645 and again, it’s not working, not even ringing.
To my dismay, I just asked for my ID so I can leave as it’s a waste of time and no empathy from the nurse like “sorry sir Wala pa po yung doctor”, she just asked me “cancel mo na sir? ” Then left while I’m still asking her a question, then she returned and gave me back my ID. Is she even human? I just noticed that 3 nurses i spoke really looks sad and unhappy. I even advised the nurse to check their website and try to read some comments, I have not seen good comments so far.
Aventus Pasay must be included in the worst clinic category in the metro. I know that other people just don’t have a choice as most of their patients are doing pre-employment. I hope their management can read this.what a waste of time.
Not the best experience. The staff do not have any regards for their customers' time. Had to remind them to call me just to have my blood pressure taken since they had me waiting for 3 hours. The whole APE experience took about 6 hours even if there weren't that much patients at the time. Will never book an APE with this branch anymore.
Used my HMO, took less than 2 hrs to complete my checkup. Matagal lang talaga response ng CS ng HMO ko before i-approve ang billing before ako magsimula, pero accomodating naman sila as well as warm ang approach ng doc na nakaassign sa akin as much as possible di ka nya muna reresetahan ng gamot basta basta para di ka maging immune sa gamot na irereseta sa iyo in the future, this is my first time here and highly recommendable sa colleagues and loved ones, nangangamba ako kasi sa reviews thru online pero on my experience parang hindi naman/nagimprove sila ng services
Waited for more than an hour. Had to remind the nurse station na di pa ko natatawag, past my appointment schedule na. My stool specimen expired due to the long wait. This is the worst clinic experience i've had. Starting from when I entered the clinic, the guy at the entrance talks weirdly rude, same with the nurses at the nurse station. There aren't many patients but the wait is tooo long. I gave up and cancelled my medical exam. They don't have respect for time.
The staff near sa entrance is kinda rude, nagtatanong ka lang tapos nakakunot na nuo niya at pagalit na yung tone of voice niya. SUPER LATE ng Dr.yung tipong nakatulog ka na wala parin siya. Tama ang mga reviews dito hindi maganda maghandle ang mga staff ng aventus PASAY branch sa mga patient unlike sa ibang branch. Another, ang hirap magpaappointment nakailang call kami sa mga tel no# pero binababaan lang kami.hayst.
These clowns don't care or wouldn't even pretend that they care about you. Especially if the transaction isn't cash basis (medical insurance).
Staff slow and rude.doctors not interested in your concerns and will not schedule required tests unless you demand.very annoying and time consuming.they have no interest in your health.its a money machine.they also never answer emails or requests from the web site.no place to schedule appointments on the web site either.they are living in 1960.
Really poor service. The staffs are all very slow. Stay away from this clinic as much as possible. You'll end up wasting your time
I had a good experience in this clinic after my medical and the staff are nice so far ️but they just need to add some more chairs for the patients
Staff and doctor were rude. Doctor kept on insisting to not forego genital exam even though I said I wanted to have one for the physical exam. Slow processing of patients for physical exam.
It was difficult reaching your number. No one is answering. My ABMP results has the incorrect date. It says i began the test 2019/10/16 when I only took it 2 days ago.
I have raised my numerous concerns of your clinic through HR.
Reminder niyo po naka pa skill pa sa labas na “ Strictly no companion inside except Pregnant women, Sebior Citizens, PWDs, or pedia patient.
Open niyo po 8: 00 nandito na po kami ng kasama kong pregnant 7: 00 bakit hindi nagpapapasok ng kasama yong guard eh tinuro ko na din po yong reminder na nakapa skill ang rason po madami daw tao na pero kami naman nauna papasok paren ng papasok pakitanggal nalang po ng reminder niyo sa labas kung hindi nasusunod sayang po yong pag effort na ginawa namen salamat!
I highly recommend Aventus Medical Care very accommodating staff they follow guidelines to prevent covid 19 every corner is so clean.
My mother had 2d echo test last January 25,2020 and was promised that result will be available by February 1,2020. So expecting that Aventus delivers to their promise and is professional enough to follow their own provided timeline/schedule, hence we already reserved an appointment to her own doctor on Feb 4. Until when we went to Aventus Pasay and was told that the 2d echo is still not ready and won't be available until Feb. 8. My mother is already anxious on her condition yet this Aventus clinic in Pasay do not in any way recognize the hardship their patients might be undergoing. They did not think that filing for leave at office for me to be with my mom's follow up check up is extremely difficult. All our follow up schedules with her doctor were cancelled due to this unbecoming of Aventus, not adhering to their promises, failure to follow their own provided timeline. Very disappointed. All I feel is incompetence.

The management have responded on me by email and phone and was given assurance this was addressed. I received a call from the clinic itself apologizing for the miscommunication and was told that the result was actually already prepared. I am pleased how quick the action was addressed and I felt it was really acted accordingly. The action given made me rate it back to 5-star. I appreciate the professionalism and quick action.
Everyone's so accommadating and very friendly -the security personnel, reception desk, nurses station, laboratory, radiology, etc.
Only spent one hour to complete my PPE today (05/21/2019)
The Aventus Clinic Pasay branch is fairly new -so it still looks nice and very clean.
Building pay parking available: P50 (first 2 hours).
Everyone's so accommadating and very friendly -the security personnel, reception desk, nurses station, laboratory, radiology, etc.
