They make the customer feel at ease and comfortable to ask questions. And my questions were answered promptly and with no judgement.

Belo ensures consistent experience across all touchpoints, whether it's online, in-store, or over the phone (even the text message I received from Kate.) Their website is also posh, even the pre-appointment online form is well-made.

I think Belo invested in staff training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service. All the staff compliments each other — like an orchestra where musicians have their own role but when combined still make good music. Dr. Anne gave me a reassuring consultation and a take home routine. While Jam gave me the best facial I just needed. All of them are doing their best.

From my point of view, Belo aims to build strong, loyal and LOOOOONG customer relationships.

The staffs are undeniably amazing I mean they're very approachable and welcoming, thats very unique since other clinics are prioritizing profiling clients upon arrival. Especialy Ms Bash know how to acknowldged her client upon my entry in the clinic. Its just alittle bit dissapointed coz the facial fee increased, they could also offer promo or discount for some basic Service like Facial. Overall I will recommend Belo to my family, since I already refered Belo to my couzin who undergo treatment recently.

The staffs are accomodating. Im really satisfied with their services though its a little bit expensive.
