I’ve tried different dermatologists, but Belo staff clearly explained my condition and how will I be able to treat them properly. The staff were also friendly and approachable.

To me the most commendable about Belo is, seeing that you are treating your customers equally. I don't feel indifferent or serviced less versus known artists and influencers who goes to Belo. I also don't feel a difference in terms of how I am being treated even if I only got a P2000 facial vs other customers who are getting more expensive treatments. I am sure their is a difference, but I guess what's important is that you make all your customers feel important and properly serviced from the time you schedule your appointment to the after care where your doctor or aesthetician even checks up on you:)

I normally do not write reviews to clinic, but Belo Greenbelt is the exemption, since in the past years; i used to go to Belo but have tried other clinic and doctors out of curiosity. I am Grateful that i have found “Doctor Givenchy Ang”in the past, also with “Doctor Muñoz” that is one of the top notch doctors that i have come across. She did an Excellent Service, her Expertise is Exceptional, it meets beyond my expectation. Highly recommend her if you want to try beautifying yourself

As I mentioned, I do blame the staff for the mistake that happened. But I am extremely happy that Dr. Vicki Belo and Dr. Hayden Kho took the matter seriously and contacted me, and I am glad that I met them and explained my concerns.

They took actions quickly and assured me that this is not a mistake that happens in their clinic, and it was a one time thing. I honestly do understand that, as a business owner my self, we sometimes fall for mistakes like that, but it is what you do to fix it that matters and stays with your loyal customers.

I will be visiting their clinic in person in July, and will be updating this review accordingly.

I do appreciate when owners take their customers satisfaction seriously. They have me now as a loyal customer and a friend.

It is sad to say that this is considered the best place in Philippines. I did not do any surgery or consultation, but the service I received even before the consultation is disgraceful.

I am from Canada, and I wanted to book a virtual appointment. It has been days waiting for this appointment. Two days prior to the appointment set with Dr. Buse, I received a request to pay the consultation fees, which I did within few minutes. A day before the appointment, I received a request to send pictures of my situation through email. Which I did.

30 minutes before the virtual consultation they contacted me to make sure I am available. Which I replied and confirmed. As this is very important to me and I was waiting for weeks. At the time they should connect with me I received a message that the Dr.would not be able to attend. I do understand she is going through medical issues, and I do not blame her. I do however blame the clinic for not able to organize a simple thing as virtual consultation. Maybe they should check with the dr at least a day before the consultation? One hour before?

I am also a business owner and a professional, I cherish my time a lot. Wasting my time for days, sending pictures, paying through GCash while we do not have GCash in Canada was all time consuming.

Yes I am bothered by the office unprofessional conduct and have cancelled my appointment and will never book again with them.

I hope they fix their issues, this is not an acceptable professional behaviour, especially if you have this kind of reputation.

I recently went to Greenbelt because I wanted to try Glycopeel Cleaning. But, the doctor I spoke to said it doesn't suit my sensitive skin. I love how they don't try to make me spend money for the sake of spending it. They only recommend treatments that are truly right for me. More power to Belo!

I go to Belo regularly for my maintenance treatments such as the Glycopeel Cleaning and Skin Reboot. The staff at Greenbelt are some of the kindest and sweetest I've ever encountered. They treat me like family! This is my favorite Belo branch by far.

The service is so poor, it fits this country. They don't even entertain inquiries and would jump right in to selling their other services and would say to get the maximum effectivity. I won't recommend this. Clinic looks good but worse service and worse price.

Nagpa-eyebrow implant ako last Feb. Yung result hindi maganda: (ang mahal pa naman 100k. Tapos ganun lang.

The staff are really nice. The place is clean and well maintained. My facial therapist was accommodating and knowledgeable, she was able to keep me entertained during my painful cleaning session. They have an effective process for new patients and I didnt have to wait long.

Belo Review

Me and my family have been treated at Belo the fort branch for almost 6 months. All I can say is that they have very poor service. Doctors dont care about the patient, always in a rush and only care about upselling service and products.

They did a poor job in treating scars and acne. Staff are in a rush in treating patients and goes by an hour time bound. Dra. Jetty Magalona and Dra. Givenchy Ang are complacent in service and are only “Celebrity Doctors” not real doctors who can help. This 2 doctors also dont reply to text messages and really dont care about the patient unless you are a celebrity which is really a pathetic thinking of filipinos.

Will never go back again. We are weary now of doctors who use celebrity to promote there brand instead of using real actual results and experience.

Will be posting a review also at facebook Belo page. It seems Belo staff are controlling reviews. This is an honest review. If you want to waste time and money with no clear results and no clear progress go to Belo. Also have receipts photos to prove that we did went there and nothing happened for 6 months.

The qualification of specialists in Belo clinics seems to be extremely low. Considering their prices are quite high for Philippines, I would give them the lowest rating.
I have been in the Greenbelt clinic: conveyor approach, absolutely no interest in clients needs, constant attempts to make you pay as much as possible. I had two appointments there - general impression is quite bad, and of course they were totally useless with money spent for nothing.

Wanted to have a decent facial and the aesthetician seemed to be in such a hurry. There were some blackheads that weren’t extracted. Plus their dermatologist seem not to know much. I asked her some questions about my skin and she didn’t answer them well. Then paid a humongous fee on top of those? ! Not going back there again!
