Although i have not really used any competitors lately, I was highly satisfied with the professionalism and more importantly the care and friendliness of all the staff. I also much appreciate the strict observance of appointment times. I was also not expecting reminders of appointments, swift response to texts when I had questions and being brought to my car via a wheelchair after my procedure. Thank you so much!

I would say that they do hire pleasing and smart employees that set them apart from the others. Like the receptionist Cha. The employees make you feel safe and secure and they don't judge simply by looking. This comes from a man's perspective.
You know how tabu it is for us to do treatments but they don't make us feel scared or funny within ourselves rather empower us to do more for the sake of health and beauty.
Belo is very accommodating and helpful in terms of providing comfortable ambiance to it's customers.
The place is quite big, clean, and organize. The reception is near the entrance with lots of seating. There's also an ambient music. The staff is accomodating and polite. You will be directed to a different area if you are there for consult. Their cashier is small, and located on one corner of the office. Overall, my experience hare is good.
